Honestly, would not recommend working here. Long story short, got fired because I wasnt understanding. They never put me on a proper job to prove myself for the job. And dont get me started on HLA. Worst department there.

Worse management. A lot of favoritisms. Great supervisors never last. Management allows people on the floor to control supervisors and management; especially first shift. First shift people cry about everything and gets away with everything. They get to choose what they will do and not do. All shifts are treated differently. First shift gets half hour unpaid lunch and are a bunch of crybabies that are hypocrites. Second shift has 2 different starting shifts (Which doesn’t make sense and has the laziest supervisor of all). Third shift has no supervisors and have lazy retarded seniority people control night shift. Bathrooms are dirty and bugs year-round and bugs are worse during the summer. This place isn’t a place to grow. They’ll train you in 1 thing and you’re forever be stuck in it. Company is too cheap to expand people’s opportunity to grow and grow itself. Everything is old school way. Everything is paperwork and files and for an electronic company, they’re too cheap for better or newer technology to better their production. I’d give it a 0 star.
