They’re not really professional they’re kinda rude Idunno you guys hired them.

It is an industry standard for job recruiters to discreetly find their candidates new employment without interfering with their current employment. This does not seem to be a concern for ERG, as a recruiter cold called my current employers main office stating who he works for and that he wanted to speak with me. This is a completely unacceptable practice, and when I spoke with his superviser to address this, I was startled to hear that she showed no regard for their conspicuous and potentially job-threatening actions saying it was common practice to call someones current employer in order to contact them about alternate employment.

What part of take me off of your call list is it that you dont understand? Obviously, its the no part.
