Everyone at Appleton Dental Group treat you like you are the only patient there. Courteous, friendly, like family taking care of family. Id recommend them to anyone needing to see a dentist no matter what the reason. Cant say enough good about any of them, they are all great.

The staff is absolutely amazing and if there is an emergency issue, they will do what it takes to get their clients in as soon as possible! With Dr Bob gone it is just not the same. Ive got a massive tooth ache but they wouldnt schedule me sooner then 4 days from now even though I had been a customer for 10 years with my whole family. They lost a customer Too bad. We called on Tuesday morning and they couldnt get me in until Friday morning because I was on their inactive list. So ended up going with a competitor of theirs instead who didnt have a problem taking us in sooner.

Dr. Bob has been our dentist for the past 10 years when we move to the Appleton area. Dr. Bob, his staff and now Dr. Paffell have been welcoming and great to work with. They make my young children feel comfortable and their experience fun! They are very informative and great at teaching them as to what they are doing so there are no surprises as to what’s happening. My children, husband and myself enjoy and look forward to visits at the Dentist office!

I have usually had pretty good dental experiences. Few months ago I went in for routine type stuff at the office I was using at the time. I found out there was a new dentist. Not being scared- I let her do some work she suggested. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I got a recommendation for Dr. Bastic and called (in tears) and made and appointment. I made a few more appointments to follow so he could try to help me. This kind man listened to everything that was going on (tears and all) and had happened with my situation. He really seemed to care and be concerned about me as a patient, but also a person!! I also think he REALLY knows teeth!! I talked with a couple staff members and they were all nice. I saw Shelly the most and she was very nice and caring. I am honestly grateful I came across such nice people that are willing to help me out...and also my family.

Dr Bob and his crew always have time to personally greet me every time I visit. Its always, Hi Gerry, How are you doing? It is a noticeable change from my doctors office where I have also been going for 35 years. The doctors office says, Whats your name? Whats your date of birth? Appleton Dental makes me feel like I belong there and they care about me.They have provided excellent care for me and my family for a long time. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Soon my grandchildren will be going there too.

I switched to Dr. Bob several years ago and find going to the dentist a better experience. The staff is so friendly, Dr. Bob is always so friendlyand my dental needs are taken care of with the utmost care.

Fantastic staff as well as care--and Dr Paffel is a welcome addition....

I recently had to have a tooth pulled. I had a bad experience when I was a kid and had to have a tooth pulled, so I was really nervous this time, but it couldnt have gone smoother. Both Dr. Bastic and his assistant were very considerate and there was no pain whatsoever during the extraction or after either. Healing afterwards went very smoothly and quickly.

We have been going to Dr. Bastic and Dr. Duvan since 1982 now with Dr. Duvan no longer there and all, the staff and new dentist are all wonderful, cant picture ever going anywhere else! Love them like family.

I was told about Dr BOB by a friend who is one of his patients am very pleased with his service.
