They were supposed to replace the battery in my boyfriends Google Pixel XL. When he disassembled it, he did something to it that made it so the only way you could hear any sound from it was to use ear buds. Rendered the phone USELESS! Even after factory reset, hard reset, it still doesnt work. Not to mention the first battery that came in was dead and we had to make two trips instead of one just to replace the battery in a now useless phone. I would recommend going somewhere that is INSURED. This place is NOT INSURED.

They were willing to tackle the screen replacement on my new Note 8 when nobody else would. The guy broke the back cover while doing the replacement, but ordered a new one and got it taken care of at no additional cost. Im impressed with the re-assembly quality considering all of the glue these things use now. I would recommend The Fix.

Not sure why theres a sign that says they fix all brands. I went there and he couldnt fix my Motorola cell phones broken screen. He barely looked at it before he said they dont do Motorola phones. Very disappointed. Wonder why they dont.

The phone service sucks. I have called 3 different times. The first time it just rang. The other two they just picked up then hung up. Would not recommended this place to touch a phone, let alone your personal phone

I brought my phone in 1 week ago and got my cracked screen fixed. It costed $115 and only took 15 minutes which was great. The next day the top portion of my screen started showing up at the bottom of my screen and flashes non stop. My screen also doesn’t work a lot when I touch it to get into an app etc. I was told I would get a screen protector on my phone and didn’t.. now today I set my phone down with screen facing down and it cracked with no pressure. I went in to get it fixed with the glitching and the first thing the guy said was oh I can’t do anything with it because it’s already cracked. I told him I was never told how the warranty worked, wasn’t given a screen protector when I was told I would and it’s been messed up since he touched it last week. He still proceeded to tell me he couldn’t do anything and was looking at his phone and a little tv he had behind his counter while I was trying to get his help. Finally he said he would look and see if the wires were loose and that’s why my screen was glitching. Well needless to say that didn’t work and it still glitches, doesn’t work when I tap my screen half the time and has a crack now too. My phone is in worse condition than what it was in before they touched it. He said he could replace my new screen for $75 and that’s all he could do. Not a happy customer here.

I went in to get my charging port fixed on my samsung phone. They told me they didnt have the part in stock and would have to order it. Ok, no problem. But then they made me pay for the entire repair up front. This seemed a bit odd but whatever. I was told they would call when the part came in. I never received a call. I called to see if it was in and got the nobody called you? line. I was then told they couldnt replace it on my phone for some reason, which made sense since the YouTube videos I watched showed an elaborate repair and other repair companies quoted much higher prices. This place told me 15 min to fix it. I even asked the guy if he was sure about that. He told me he does those all the time. I really have no idea if they do good work, I assume so based on the other reviews, but it didnt work out for me. For someplace that fixed this stuff all the time, I would have guessed they would have known my S7 a bit better.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone because I went there 2 and a half weeks ago to see if they could get a new screen for my phone and fix the broken screen and Im still waiting, they still didnt call me like they said they would and I gave a20.00 down payment to ensure that they would have my new screen and fix my phone! I shouldnt have to wait almost 3 weeks for my phone to get fixed!!! This place sucks...

My daughter broke her phone screen after falling on the ice. We were desperate to get it fixed quick and at a reasonable price... Unsal ( sorry if I misspelled name) in Appleton Fox River Mall was so nice and fast! Plus he put a screen protector on and said there is a 6 month warranty!!! Went in there told me my phone was junk un savable. I ordered my own screen online replaced it myself and it worked great. The guy at the store had no idea what he was doing.

I would give 5/5 but the prices on this website DO NOT match the listed prices. Listed on the website is 49.00 for iphone se and upon repair of my phone I was charged 73. False Advertising at its finest. Repair person was very friendly and did great work tho. They should not advertise online if they dont honor the listed price on their website

Horrible--took phone in to get battery change, person working there did something, was not able charge pass 1%, he didnt know what he did. Talk to another worker, and got the ok from the big boss to pay 85% of cost to fix it by another store, when done worker would not pay 85% of what it cost to fix phone, didnt even get a full refund on the repair that they messed up on. Would never use this place ever again----and will tell everyone I know to never use them. The guy even got made at me--saying I was trying to con them--no your boss told me to take it somewhere else and get it fix bc you did something to my phone--your boss agreed to pay 85% of what it cost to fix my phone---just glad it is done and I have a working phone. Worst experience ever.

Replacement glass must be cheap. Both my and my daughter have clumsy hands so we tend to drop our phones, a lot. She had to have hers replaced cause a golf cart ran over her phone. Mine is original. We always keep our phones in cases with a glass screen protector. When I had hers replaced, I purchased the screen protector and a case from there as I was assured that the case was a good one and would help protect it if she dropped it again. Well she did and what I thought was her glass screen protector broke. My glass screen protector had broke cause like I said I drop mine a lot. Went to replace her screen protector and found the actual glass was broke as well. I replaced my screen protector and mine was fine. There is no reason that her glass should have gotten broken when we had it in a case with an additional protector on it. I brought it in to se if they’d replace and they won’t. Said she dropped it several times, for one the crack is worse from use and for two it doesn’tatreenof she dropped it 1x or 10x it was being protected. It shouldn’t have broken that easily. Mine is dropped quite often as well but my glass is fine but hey I have my oem glass. So don’t bank on their warranties or product durability.

These guys are extremely shady and unprofessional. Caught them red handed scrolling through my girlfriends photos when we came back from shopping! Once he saw me coming he sneakily slid it back to the other guy who was fixing it. The phone still wasn’t fixed and he claimed he needed another 10 minutes as 15 minutes had already passed. He was too busy and curious going through photos and then denied it when confronted. NEVER GO HERE!

I went there on October 20 with a crack in my screen that I wanted repaired… My iPhone 8 Had no type of keyboard issues or glitches… And now I need to entirely replace the phone I paid almost $800 for and it is only a couple months oldNot only did they destroy my phone but now with the cost of their “repair” service have literally robbed me of almost a thousand dollars.When I called today and asked speak to the manager and or owner, the worker stated that the owner is never there and will never be there and that even if I left my name and number nobody would get back to me. The worker, when I asked If he was the owner stated that he was notI am from the Milwuakee area and am quite hypervigilant and sensitive to businesses attempting to take advantage of poor unexpecting victims... however, having been born and raise in the Fox cities area and Understanding how legal correct of action is pursued in this area, I plan to have this company investigated

We went to have my son’s iPad mini screen replaced and they were able to replace the screen it worked for a few weeks after that the screen would not work where you would touch it and now all you can do is type one number of the password in and the iPad type all different number even when we are not touching it and will lock him out for putting in the wrong password to many times.. or trying to click on an app it’s like the iPad has a mind of its own it.. my friend told me not to go to him because they had went to him to have his wife’s phone fixed and the same thing happened to her phone... he uses cheap parts.

First offf, I dropped my phone in a bath tub yesterday and the screens had already been cracked. I thought I was screwed. For no charge Unal ran some tests with new parts to see if my phone was fixable he showed me in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done with no up-selling and made it very easy to understand. I had walked up to him about 20 minutes before closing time and he took the time to stay a bit late and fix it for me. Great costumer service and overall experiance. Would recommend them to anyone.

Nice folks, but the iPad screen they installed for me has repeatedly come loose. Went back once and they reattached. Then it stuck out so much the new screen actually and the iPad became unusable. Went back a third time and they put in another new screen, but after a few hours that one started coming off. Will go elsewhere.

When I confronted them they denied it of course. Will no go back for anything again!

Brought in my iPod touch to get screen fix, Still worked fine with the screen being crack. So the guy told us itll take 1 hour to have it fix, so we waited. Waited a hour, and went back to check up on our iPod touch, the guy left, but left us with this other gentleman. He told us that, the iPod touch had a shock as soon as he try to fix the screen. He then proceed to tell us, that if we pay 65 bucks hell send us a new iPod touch 32gb. So I paid the $65, and gave him my home OWNER of the house address and that well expect 3-5 business days to receive the iPod touch. But we never gotten it, so we call the guys and they told us they dont remember anything, and kept telling us their manager went on a trip to china. And that will get back to me by 6-7pm. Well they never called, I ended up calling back. And they told me theyll reach me by Monday about the iPod touch. And that, their must of been a mis-understanding about the address I gave them, I even call ups, FedEx, and my mailing service about the package and they said they never had any packages sent to my home address at all.. gave me suspicious? That these guys are just straight unprofessional and gave me the round around.. if you cant honor your own words, and continue to keep on having bad service then y hold a business! Simple as that, still cant even get a refund or any information back.. when clearly I have the receipt right here to prove it!!! 👎👎 bad service!! 👎👎

Should call it “The Break”. Brought my phone in to get the rear glass replaced . After 30 minutes I picked it up only to find my phone turning off and rebooting every 3 -4 minutes . Spent all the next day waiting for them to try and fix it . Finally they told me to bring it to computer world and that they would pay the cost to fix it . Computer world told me the mother board was fried . When I brought it back to “the fix” they basically accused computer world of being dishonest . Long story short I had to buy a new phone - thankfully I was eligible for an upgrade but it cost me the trade in value of the phone . Then had to argue just to get a refund . I would stay far away .
