I called about making a few plastic squares to replace lost pieces of a toddler toy. They were extremely friendly and said they do both small orders and big orders. They quoted me $0.50 per square. I asked for 8 and they gave me 2 extra for free.

We experienced above and beyond customer service from rapid quick quotes to a do what it takes to make sure the print arrives in time service. My robotics team had a print much larger than the printers we had at school and some very tight timelines and Rapid3D came to our rescue!
