We have been with Flextech for several years. We were sold this ginormous system for our 3 person shop. While we were under contract they charged us for standard service. Flextech came out to do a repair and instead of replacing the bad cord they hot glued it to the plug. Now another phone broke last Friday morning. We were told they would replace it this Monday morning. Now I am told not till Wednesday. When we call for service we feel condescended to. The act as if we move cords and plugs in just for fun... We are extremely unhappy with customer service and are looking to replace this awful service. Steer Clear!
I purchased a new PC from Flex Technology Group this year, as we previously had good experiences with this company. We have been customers for over 5 years. However, things have changed. I feel currently the quality is sub-standard and customer service leaves something to be desired.Over the past 2 years we have also had problems with the backup service they provide. No backups were being done for months without being noticed or addressed. We, as the customer discovered this and asked for it to be fixed each time. This occurred in 2017 and 2018. Given these experiences, I can no longer recommend their services to others.
I work with John and his staff frequently for both home and business needs. His service is second to none. The Flex Technology team is very responsive and knowledgeable. I need my computers, printers, and phones to run my business and have used other companies in the past. I will only use Flex Technology and have/will continue to recommend them to other individuals and businesses.
I had great experiences with Flex Tech. Theyre well-versed in both Mac and PC platforms, which is rare in my opinion. The folks at Flex Tech give great advice and theyre not afraid to tell you what products they think are great and what which ones suck. I highly recommend Flex Technology Group for all software & hardware needs, both for business and residential customers!
John was extremely helpful in solving my problem. Fist of all he was able to stop by my house the same day I called witch was great. He also had all the parts that were needed to fix my issues with him. He used the last 15min. of the hour to clean up my computer and fix all the small things I have just been living with. I will be using there service from now on hands down!

Had a great experience with their remote log in support. They were able to work with our Macs and our PCs. They are also very good at trouble shooting common IT issues we have on a weekly basis.

They really seemed to have a genuine concern for the big picture of our business. They were able to translate the ever-confusing vocabulary of PC and Tech problems. If the problem persisted for whatever reason, they did everything possible to COMPLETE the repair. I appreciate that they can come ONSITE or offer help remotely.
