Couldnt have asked for better service, they showed up when they said they would. Did the job quickly and professionally, best part was it didnt cost me nearly as much as I thought it would.

I called Appleton Drain and Sewer at 9:20 on a Sunday evening, they answered on the second ring and were very friendly. I asked for a quick quote for the difference of a Sunday service call compared to waiting until Monday. Their pricing was very fair and I had them come out that evening. The worker arrived within about 15 min, quickly diagnosed the problem and went right to work. He had our system fully functioning and everything cleaned up ( including the mess made by the backup) in less than an hour. He also ran a camera down the pipes and showed me what caused the problem and offered suggestions on keeping everything flowing. If you need any drain or sewer services I recommend giving these guys a call.

Guy who worked on my drainage system was friendly, and he also knew what he was doing. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to get the job done. And best of all my drains arent backing up anymore!

I have had the pleasure of working with Mike on two different occasions. The first one left me with a great impression that when my second plumbing situation, he was the first person I thought of. I had lost my wedding ring and was certain it was flushed down the toilet (long story.) I was distraught when I called Mike and within a couple hours, he was there checking my drains. We didn’t have luck finding it and will never forget his generosity, professionalism and empathy for me, sharing a similar story of his wife losing her wedding ring and telling me to be hopeful that it might turn up like hers did. My sewer line was plugged and sump pump quit working, had water in the basement, called them and they were able to get to me in about 30 minutes, in between calls. Very reasonable for clearing a plug in sewer lateral.Also took pictures that identified a gas line was bored through the lateral. Been that way since 1975.Many other sewer cleanings and no one ever found the problem.

As a business owner getting my plumbing working correctly and in a reasonable time frame is important to me. Mike at Appleton Sewer & Drain responded very quickly on a Sunday. What I was prepared for was a large bill due to it being on a Sunday. I was amazed at what he charged me (Not much). My recommendations go out to to these gentleman and their business.

Called at 700am Sunday morning on a holiday weekend and had me up and running 815am and that was with a thirty minute drive here. Also pointed a repair that will be needed to prevent this problem again. The last 4 feet of my lateral is still cast iron going into my septic tank.

Currently fixing a mess that this company left in our basement. They failed to reconnect our plumbing to the sewer so our toilets, showers, everything has been draining right onto our basement floor.
