UPDATE: I took my vehicle to another company to have it looked at. Just as I suspected, and TOLD Steve at Kolosso, it was the sway bar link that was the issue....sway bar links were what Kolosso replaced. So because of their poor customer service, took the car somewhere else to have THEIR mistake fixed. Shame Kolosso lost our business all over something so silly as having human decency. They need to evaluate if Steve is worth employing. Or at the very least give him training.The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Specifically the treatment I received from Steve in service. Maybe their other departments are great, but as far as the service department goes if I could give zero stars I would.

My son was interested in buying a new Ram 1500 last Friday. After they evaluated his trade in and went over the payment they scheduled him to pick up the truck Saturday morning. When he arrived Saturday they informed him he didnt qualify for the new truck and asked if he was interested in a different they had and he wasnt. The interesting thing is they still cashed his deposit check even though he didnt purchase the vehicle. He was told they needed proof the checked. He called his bank and received the cleared check info returned to Kolosso for his money and they said they couldnt until tomorrow. Hes 20 and 3000 is a lot of money to be waiting for when you are buying another vehicle and need the down payment

I cannot say enough about our experience with Jesse Jilek. He sold us our Jeep Cherokee 2020 last July, he was so easy to work with and INCREDIBLY helpful. Its been over a year since weve seen Jesse and we are having issues with one of our tires. We called the store and were not getting much help (which is the first time ever weve had issues). I reached out to Jesse personally and he had everything all sorted out and our issue taken care of within 30 minutes! Something he didnt have to do, but as always he goes above and beyond for his customers. Got four new tires installed on my Durango this morning - I dealt with Chris in service and he was very courteous and professional. They got me in and out quickly, the pricing was exactly as I had been quoted on the phone, and BEST of all they didnt try to upsell me a bunch of other service items as invariably happens to me at other shops. I don’t always trust people working on my vehicle. But when I had a turbo issue with my diesel truck I brought it to kolosso for the first time. Chris was one of the nicest most knowledgeable people. Kolosso took care of the issue and kept me updated the entire time. It ended up being an issue that was much cheaper than I expected. 100% recommend.

The dealership is always spotless with a comfortable waiting area; the staff members are always courteous and I am always in and out within 30 minutes. Dillian Baker waited on me when I was inquiring about the purchase of a Jeep Wrangler. I ultimately went with a different make however I highly recommend the dealership! Dillian Baker answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He also gave us the best price of any other Jeep dealer on the Wrangler. We own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and when it’s time to trade that vehicle we will definitely be coming back to Kolosso and have Dillian Baker help us.

Absolutely garbage service. They look to money first and safety second. They do not care about the machine they are working on, just the mechanic who is working on it. Shady business who makes up solutions to gripes and doesnt actually trouble shoot. Google was more help than a manager, a lead, and a technician. Trash...straight trash.

Ill give it 4 only because they try, but if you take your vehicle in for service try to avoid Chris. Had a issue and felt degraded and talked down to like I was a pos. When trying to ask questions I was repeatedly talked down to and felt like I was stupid and know nothing instead of trying to find out why I was having issues I got zero answers besides Im a moron.

Stopped in for a quick tire rotation, balance and an oil change for our 2013 Jeep wrangler prior to a long road trip. They pointed out some impending brake issues during the inspection. My service advisors recommended internal balance wt. as an alternative due to running a lift and 33s. They performed an extended test drive to ensure proper operation of the internal balance and returned the jeep to me. During my drive home I noticed a vibration that would come and go so I returned to the dealership that was then closed. I left a msg and they returned my call before I could call again and was told my jeep was already being worked on due to the fact they knew I had a trip. They determined the brake issue already brought to my attention involved additional issues brought on by our fine Wisconcin winters. I gave the go ahead to take care of it and it was done ahead of,schedule and I know some guys worked through lunches the get me on my way. We wont take our Jeep or ,Challenger anywhere else

Scheduled service with them. Took a week to get in. Confirmed when scheduling that there was a service contract for any work. Got there, stood around for half an hour, then had Lurch the Service Director come out and said it wasnt under contract and that I should call the dealership I bought it from. I asked him to call them and was told they couldnt. Apparently the phones dont work at Kolosso. Totally inept leadership and service. No apologies or offers to help in any way. Complete garbage.

They charged me almost 30% more than I was quoted and didnt even do the work that the car was actually brought in for.

Literally the worst. We’ve leased and purchased through them. Once a sale is made they do not help you. It’s impossible to get a recall scheduled for service. But we had a mechanical issue pop up the very next week after receiving a recall notice and trying to get in, and I was able to schedule an appt in two days later. When I tried to turn in my lease, I called 11 times to schedule my inspection. At one point the manager literally said in the background (I was speaking to the receptionist) “I’m not taking it, she keeps calling, put her to vm”. The receptionist apologized and said she was embarrassed. Then I asked to speak to someone else and she said “I was told to say everyone is at lunch”. I have called Chrysler corporate to figure out where to bring the vehicle at this point I refuse to work with them again. Funny bc my family company leases fleets of vehicles and we considered suggesting them when we were car searching this last time. Like everyone else in our area- we’ll take our personal business and company business to Bergstrom like everyone else.

Leased vehicles almost 4 yrs ago. Salesman John T. Was amazing but financing took a long time. Here I am 4 years later trying to buy out my leases and 10 days later I am still waiting on buyout pricing. This is ridiculous. I have called numerous times to be told they would have it done within a couple days... 10 days and nothing! If you are going to buy a vehicle with them do financing elsewhere!

Went there to have an additional key programmed. Price was reasonable and the service was great. They got me setup in no time and I was on my way. Ill definitely visit again for my next service visit.

Worked with a guy named Andy Wilks. I did a pre-qualificaton application for a loan, and was approved for X amount. Obviously i was aware that i would have negative equity and went with a vehicle choice that would basically cap me out at the loan amount with my carry over but get me what i preferred. Spoke with him via text a few times during the day and he told me that his manager said it would not work, we need X amount down. I then stated that i was pre-approved, and asked if they sent it in to the bank for an approval or denial and he said no. He stated his manager knows it wont work, and they wouldnt try to send it in. I asked again, if they would just send it to the bank i pre-qualified with and just see if they said no or not, and they still would not bother to send it. I then got dinner and stopped by, during this time Andy told me via text he was actively working on it, but when i arrived he was working on helping close the store down for the night. I get it, its the last hour but dont tell someone youre actively working on something but are trying to get ready to close down shop soon. I spoke with him again asking what the status was in person and he told me again, his manager said no and that he tried a few different cars and still it came out the same. I asked if he sent it in to the pre-approved bank and still no, it would not work out. I get it, it doesnt look too good, but i dont want a no from your manager or from you, i wanna know what the bank says. When he said no i asked if it was what the bank said and he said no, thats just how its coming out. So youre telling me, you can get my into a brand new car, but cannot take my trade in? You got a no from your boss, but not from the bank? Honestly i already took a credit hit for the pre-qualificaton, so it wont matter if you send it back to them and i have to take another hit. Was it too much to ask for you to just send it in and they can tell me yes or no? For who ever replies back, obviously you will defend your employee/co-worker and say He did send it in but from what i saw when i came in 10 minutes after he told me he was actively working on it, he was not and he told me he was going to get back to me before close, from what i saw, i was not going to hear back. Im going to take this same review and send it the BBB and others as well since the manager is the bank on a yes or a no. Very disappointed in the work ethics if this place. I thought it was customers first, not what the manager says. Be aware that if you get a no from here that it was most likely the boss that said no and not the bank, since they dont send things in unless it favors them in their best interest regardless if youre pre-approved.

I bought a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan 9/2019. I had a great buying experience and they made the process very easy. However, since I have owned the vehicle the fuse for the sliding doors has blown twice now, once mid October and now again this past week. I had it serviced in Oct and was charged almost $70 to fix it (which didnt make me happy since I had the van only 7 weeks). And now I need to bring it in again to have the same thing fixed once again, hardly 8 weeks from the last time it was supposedly fixed.

Knowledgeable employees and good service department. Would have given them five stars if they would have had some bottled water in the waiting room. They normally have fountain soda but during the corona its been discontinued.

They were great here. I had some stuff wrong with my 2018 Jeep Cherokee and they were very knowledgeable and able to help with everything.

I came here from out of town without an appointment on one of the worst days for a car dealership to take a fresh customer - Saturday. Coming from the car biz I know that there might be a tough time getting helped but it wasn’t that way at all!! Thanks to Troy and the service team I was helped and back on the road. Fast and friendly oil change. I took a star off because they marked windshield washing fluid as good however within 20 miles I got a warning on my dash for low windshield washing fluid. For what I paid to have the oil changed you would think that they would top it off. Makes wonder what else they might have pencil whipped.

Made appointment for recall on my Chysler, shuttle was not running but I understand with virus. I walked to work. Told Chris I would be back at noon. I walk back and arrive at 1250 to find nobody has even started my vehicle. I am told they can have it done by end of the day. The other service adviser brings car around and says call for another appointment. I said hell no I will go to Bergstrom and will tell file complaint. He says you wont get a survey.

Pulled in and was greeted right away by a friendly service consultant who answered all my questions and checked for any warranty recalls . The overall experience was great. Will definitely be going back for future service.

Made an appointment to meet with a sales associate. Wanted to take advantage of the 0 percent for 84 months. Appeared like one customer was in there working with a sales associate. After wandering around the showroom floor for about 15 minutes and was ignored by every sales associate there, I left. What a joke. I was ready to buy a 50,000 dollar truck during this covid crisis when Im sure there sales are pretty down and not one person here can even acknowledge me in the building.

You people should be ashamed of yourself, Charging almost $700 for a starter when every place else in town charges $350. in the middle of a pandemic right before Christmas, thats disgusting!!

I had a roller lifter fail in my 5.7L and it took out the cam lobe and spread filings through the engine and Duane had the guys open it up to show the Chrysler rep who sent a new long block engine and the guys got it all back together in one day. Very professional and timely.They noticed I had the life time warranty so it was all covered but the deductible and the plugs and thermostat.They even gave me a lift home after I dropped it off.Thanks Duane and crew.

We have brought our brand new car in multiple times and yet we’re back again. It’s impossible to get through to someone on the phone and when you stop in, you’re barely acknowledged and made to stand around and wait. Overall experience with this dealership is terrible. They put terrible tires in the car which we had to replace at under 20k miles. The backup camera still only shows the brake light and the exhaust system smells like it’s got 120k mile on it not 25k Not impressed by any of this as I’m still standing here waiting in the service department. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

I bought a new truck there and thankfully they have a nice facility with wifi because i did more waiting around than talking to anyone. Once i bought the truck, i was not shown how to use anything on it or even what kind of oil to use in it. Throughout the process i was told to take the survey Dodge will send me and to only give 9s and 10s. The general manager emailed me after saying he would look into my concerns but after 2 weeks i never heard back.

Went to start looking for a new truck and ended up buying a 2019 Ram. This is a top notch dealership with salesmen that know about what they are selling. Travis Schnuelle was great to work with, I didn’t know a lot about ram trucks because I have never owned a ram. He was very helpful in explaining the different trim packages and answered all of my questions. I also dealt with Zach DeRosso two days later when I went to pick the truck up because Travis was off that day. He also went over all the features of the truck again and made sure I knew how everything worked before I left. Just some of the most friendly and knowledgeable sales staff I have ever dealt with and would definitely not hesitate to go back when the time comes to start looking for another vehicle. Everything from the time I stepped on the lot to dealing with the sales crew to finance was an excellent experience. AND I LOVE THE TRUCK!

My experience was not very good. I was told right as I walked in the door, you need at least a couple grand before we can do anything for you. I felt like I was being judged and never even got to sit and talk about my trade in or any financing.

Its been a while since I bought a car and they have really streamlined the process. With a little forethought and planning the transaction went smoothly and quickly. Very friendly staff!

Oil changes are fairly streamlined. No issues there.The service center guys are rude, dont return phone calls in a timely matter or get questions answered. They are clearly irritated if you question them about anything. They had my truck for 2 days just to get a quote on getting things fixed. Awful!

We were very excited about a certain vehicle we had found online as we had been looking for awhile. When first showing up, everyone greets you appropriately, all employees open the doors for us and greeted us. They make you feel very welcome. We had a different sales associate then what our initial appointment was scheduled for, but once Tim got to know us a bit, he opened up and we really enjoyed our time and conversation with him. Once we made our official decision and we went through the paperwork process, Tim was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (Jeep Rubicon) that we purchased and was continually making awesome suggestions for either upgrades or just letting us know the unique features about our new vehicle. The financing was a breeze. Laura Wolfgram does an amazing job and we had great conversation while going through everything. Overall, based on the individuals we dealt with, we had a great experience with our vehicle purchase. We would give 5 stars, but being business owners ourselves, we find that there is always room for improvement. When we purchase another Jeep, we will start here at Kolosso!

Spent 7 hours around the area looking fro the right car, wish I would have come here first. Had the car for a year and love it but the best part is when I needs repairs or maintenance, everyone is so friendly and easy to work with. Nobody likes to have their car serviced. Its an important tool for my family of 5. We have one vehicle that fits all five of us, so it absolutely crucial that our vehicle not be out of service for more than a day. I have not been a customer of Kolosso in the past, but was in need of getting my turn signal repaired (safety issue). My regular dealer said they couldnt take me for a long time, so I called Kolosso. You told me to come right out and if it was just a burned out bulb youd fix it on the spot. And just that fast it was done.....at a very fair price. Excellent service!!

I looked all over at vehicles. Originally tried to get a vehicle at Dorsch who sold the one I wanted out from under me before I even got there and the sales guy was super rude. I walked into Kolosso and had an appointment with Jeremy to test drive a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I was in love with the car. But Jeremy took his time and explained everything to me including prices and what I was actually getting. I was so comfortable with him. He really made it an enjoyable experience. I was so nervous and anxious. He put my mind completely at ease. I will forever do my business with Kolosso.
