Went to get a Manger special wash for $37.99 and for the price I couldnt even get a decent vacuuming job done from them. Ended up having to take my car around to the free vac and got what they just didnt take the time to get. At the time I went (8:47am) they were not busym So I dont understand why it was so rushed (approximately 20mins) and easy vacuuming was missing. For $40 I wont be back

For the price, Im thinking of going back and doing my own cleaning. The vacuuming was childlike. Leaves and stones were missed in easy corners. Dust was under window buttons. Any spots, inside or out, that require a different directional sweep or second swipe were missed. I enjoyed previous quality here. I have a higher expectation than the service received. My car was empty of items, it wasnt busy and there was enough staff.

Their hours said from 9-5. We went at 3:30 and paid for a wash and when we went to pull in it wouldn’t open the door. Tried asking for assistance and the machine gave us a number to call. We called and they said we called outside of hours and had no body available to speak to us. If you close early put up signs or shut off your machines. Waste of time and money. HIGHLY do not recommend this place.

We will NEVER visit another PDQ Car Wash & Express Lube to use their horrible and completely shady business practices they seem to follow. I will also make sure to make as many people aware of how dishonest PDQ Car Wash & Express Lube management was with us when we confronted them about fixing their service error. I had a hope PDQ Car Wash & Express Lube would do the right thing??? But when faced with a proposition to fix the problem PDQ Car Wash & Express Lube created, they did not step up and fix the problem that PDQ Car Wash & Express Lube created. Let the campaign of telling the world that PDQ Car Wash & Express Lube SUCKS!

They took the time to power wash the bugs before moving my vehicle through the wash. Very polite attendant. Job well done.

Overall they did a very good job. However, they didnt vacuum off the back of my seats very well. I had to go home and do it myself. Next time Ill remind them.

Very happy with the results of my car cleaning. Inside was all junked up with dirt and grime. Now it looks brand new. Staff was professional and energetic!

The 2 pdqs in appleton I swear are getting worse everytime I go. Unfortunately they are the only full service car washes on the West side of appleton that Im aware of. My truck was just as dirty after the wash as it was before. In fact I washed it by hand when I got home. Also like every other time I have to go out and show them spots they miss drying and just give up after a bit bc they start getting attitude about it. Then you drive into the sun only to find out that your once clean on the inside of your windows is now full of nothing but streaks and dirt to the point you can hardly see out your windows. These pdq car washes are nothing like they used to be. They are straight up terrible! I wish there were other choices for full service washes on this side. I wouldnt recommend these to anyone. To top it off the cheapest full service wash comes out to about 28 bucks!! For what terrible washes, terrible window cleaning, then have to come out and babysit them drying. Then go home and redo it yourself. Cant stand them

This is the worst place to get your car cleaned & detailed. I was told this by prior employees. The managers dont care about the customer or the employees, only how fast you can get the car in & out. They give 2 employees per vehicle maybe 10min max to detail & clean. They dont care about bad reviews, if you look, not a single person has responded to the reviews. With the prices they are asking for, you could do a far better job cleaning it yourself or going elsewhere.

2021 Buick EncorePoor job wiping down the interior.Poor job removing bugs from front of vehicle.Brought this up with employee. She went over the front again by hand. Most bugs still on the front.Bug juice will eat into paint if not removed.Very disappointed!

Paid almost $50 for interior and exterior. The seats and center console weren’t vacuumed off or wiped down. Had to go to their vacuums outside and wipe down myself. Took only 5 min to get right. On top of that paid for dash conditioner which was not applied.

Streaks on windows, only part of the dashboard was cleaned, not entirely vacuumed. I will have to finish the job myself. Disappointing

We purchased the Klean-Freq unlimited monthly program for two of our cars. On at least five separate visits the pass has not worked - leaving us stuck in line with other cars behind us waiting. PDQ has apologized and given us credits - but the issues just dont stop. We got our last credit on April 30th, 2021 - but today (May 13th, 2021) the pass didnt work - again Im stuck inline and ended up going home without a wash.We dont want credits or something free - we just want to pay our monthly fee and have access to get our cars washed. Weve talked to managers - Weve called the corporate office - no one can seem to remedy this situation. Weve even asked for the name of the President of the company so we could write a letter - which we were denied.Very dissatisfied with PDQ Car Wash!

Good pricing for unlimited washes. Generally in and out in a gif. The service from some of the employees lacks at times. Some there are great while the rest stand around doing little. I’m a return customer and I’ll continue to use

Very quick and easy. The car comes out super clean. You can choose a basic drive thru wash or full inside and outside cleaning.

When they finished drying the van, it looked perfect, but once I got to the store, there were soap streaks down the back of the van. I dont know what they could have done to prevent that, but it detracted from the fresh washed look.

Very friendly And we bring our dog which everybody loves to see her.

Do not get your oil changed here. They dont know the basics of an oil change. My mom had got her oil changed here and when I tried getting the filter off it crushed inwards with an oil filter wrench. Had to go buy a specific oil filter wrench with teeth on it to grip the filter enough just to loosen it up. The results of this being stuck on is they didnt even put oil on the filter seal. It was bone dry. Wouldnt surprise me if they tightened it with a wrench as well. Never trust this place.

If you want your car to sparkle like you just drove it off the lot. Take it to pdq

Ive paid hundreds of dollars for This Clean Freq unlimited pass and almost every time i come in there is still snow on my truck when i leave and i watch them send my truck down the tunnel without even spraying it off time after time. Waste of money in my opinion... i will finish off my 3 months and take my business elsewhere

Express lube was great. Car wash not so much. Did not vacuum or wash mats and outside still dirty.

I went to get my vehicle cleaned inside and outside today at PDQ. The wash itself was good but whoever cleaned my windows used a dirty cloth to wipe down my windows and scratched my window tint to the point of it needing to be replaced. It looks like someone took a steel wool pad to my window tint. Be careful going here.

I went in for an oil change and car wash. I was very disappointed with the service performed. My tire pressure was low upon arrival and the car was dirty it’s winter here. When I left the tire pressure is still low and the windows are worse then when I brought it in. They are streaked and they did not remove all the cleaner. I will not be going back again. I paid $106.00 for a premium service and it was subpar.

Not the best way to go. I watched as the wheel rag was flipped around and was used on our instrument cluster and dash. Then the door jamb was wiped and the same rag was used again on my paint!!! Im still not over the horror. Shockingly poor.

The cashier at the front desk was unattenitive my car was done and my keys was on the desk I had to ask her if my car was finished and also a small crack on top of my car appeared after my car wash, was not happy about that

I did the Elite Express Wash (External Only). It was $16 and did an ok job cleaning the outside, but definitely not enough time in the rinse segment. Had lots of soap left over and water spots because the dryer segment was pretty short. Do I wish it was better, yeah...should I have expected more for $16, I guess not.

During the pandemic I was in dire need of an oil change, I went to their PDQ location and was extremely impressed with how the situation was handled. I was met in the driveway and throughly explained the new process. The most contact I had with an employee was handing over my payment. Thank You PDQ!!!!

Did not vac. Floor in back seat area. Windows were streaked after cleaning them. Passengers side inside door jams not dryer off.

Very poor customer service. And poor service overall. I had to vacuum my car after I had already paid $30 for them to do that. I was told by the manager that they cant always get all the dog hair yet after vacuuming it myself for 15min, I was able to do an extremely better job. Not to mention the dirt and food that was still on the floor after they had cleaned it.

With a deluxe wash the car mats where not taken out and washed and the car wasnt rinsed very well soap all over both driver and passenger side doors.

Horrible experience!! They cracked my undercarriage shield while I was in getting an oil change. Then thought zip tying it together was an efficient fix, without consulting with me before doing so. Also, while I was there, another customer started leaving after their oil change and had to immediately turn off their car because oil was leaking all over the floor. Must not have tightened the oil filter!! The manager was also extremely pushy in trying to up sell me on an air filter after I clearly told him from the start I only wanted my oil changed because I am completely capable of maintaining my own vehicle, just thought it’d be faster to get my oil changed there since I don’t have a bay to work in anymore.

This is the 2nd time I have taken a vehicle to be cleaned at PDQ and both times it would have been better if I asked my 5 year old to clean the inside of the car. Its half vacuumed and you can see they may have set a rag down on the dash but didnt wipe it. What a waste. Never again.

First time going to PDQ, paid for the best wash/interior clean possible. I went home and realized only one of my back floor mat was in my car, the cup holder had not been wiped out, you could see where they did and didn’t wipe on the inside...overall paid $60 for a terrible job and lost 3 floor mats...Would not recommend going to this location. The employees spend more time talking/flirting with each other than they do doing their job.

Worst cleaning job I have ever experienced. I paid extra to have my car mats cleaned and truly that was the only thing that even got cleaned. I had to ask to have the car vacuumed after I started the drive away and the manager even said herself it didnt look like anything was cleaned. I stood in the parking lot while they attempted to clean it and even confirmed it wasnt perfect but I could not be refunded or any kind of coupon. I just got home and realized the windows werent cleaned either. I cannot believe just how terribly my car looks right now, will never recommend this place.

I am a Clean Freaq customer where I get unlimited washes for $40/month so I go to PDQ often. I find the staff to be pleasant but quiet. I was told the location I go to is slow but I have never experienced this myself. Sometimes, I have found the detail lacking in drying off the vehicle but when it is busy I can understand. They are drying a lot of cars. Overall, I do not know what more I could expect from PDQ so 5 stars!

In the past I’ve gone to Kwik Trip to get my truck washed. More recently I’ve been frequenting PDQ Car Wash. My vehicle gets a better wash and the wait isn’t as long.

Usually they do an amazing job and it’s a good value, I had to go through twice today and there was a long line because they didn’t pre-spray well

Have not elected for a detailing but in the market for it. Went with a Managers special twice now...first time it didnt get the windows properly cleaned super streaks on front windows...if back windows wouldnt have cared so much...second time the driver window inside and back window inside were not cleaned properly or at all...residue blotched windows...cleaned myself. Vacuum between the front seats didnt happen, perhaps because a bag was left there but they vacuumed everywhere else at least. In and out pretty quick. Staff was super friendly. Maybe there is something going on...because its not like it used to be...but hey....you cant beat the unlimited wash packages they offer especially during the liquid salt eating away the vehicles body months...

Bought my wife the $54 Managers special where you can come back as many times as you want for just a quick drive through car wash or the full inside and out treatment. Vacuuming was terrible. They left sand/dirt that should have been cleaned both front and in opened rear area. Rinse job terrible! Soap left on rims and other places if body. Dried streaky soap residue left on front side windows because girls didnt wipe down good. Windshield inside was all streaks from them not cleaning good. Wife had to redo almost everything we paid them to do especially the inside windows!The worst was we paid them extra besides the special to wash just the front floor mats. They washed them and while still dripping with water, they put them back in on her brand new cars carpet!

Didnt pay any attention to the cup holders (which were empty) or the backseat floor mats. They barely touched the dash and left smudges on the windows. Very disappointed in the kids cleaning abilities. I understand they need to go quick but they need to pay attention. I had cup holders empty so they should have been able clean them easily. Definitely will not be back to this particular PDQ.

Came in with my interior unreasonably dirty and had a coupon for a managers special wash. Staff was quick getting me and my vehicle in the building and quite pleasant. Veronica at the end of the line was the star though and went above and beyond cleaning the center console of gunk Ive failed to get off numerous times. Thanks yall!

Good quality car wash. Occasionally gets busy during obvious hours, but even then they do a great job of keeping everything moving. I personally like to do the express wash for $7 and use the vacuums they provide for free to clean out the inside of my vehicle myself.

I paid $100 for an oil change/car wash with new windshield wipers and air filter. When we got the car back they did not vacuum the entire interior and trunk nor apply the air freshener. When my wife brought the car back they told her they would fix it. She waited for a while with no help. She finally used the vacuum herself. I would not recommend this place. The staff is unhelpful.

Great hard working people

Brought in my own oil and filter since they dont carry the oil needed in my car and still got charged an extra $42.00 for an oil upgrade when I brought it up I was told by the service Mgr theres nothing they can do besides give me $5.00 off. So I paid $30.00 for my own oil and $42.00 for oil they didnt even use. Floor mats were still filthy after the wash and dust everywhere in the car. Never again.Update: was called back and refunded the 42.00 and they will be looking into how they train the employees because it is wrong.

I have their cleanfreq pass. Well worth the money for unlimited washes.Edited from 5 stars to 3. I still have the clean freq but will be cancelling it soon. For quite a few washes now that I have received the interior wash has not been good. I have gone when it was busy and when no one else was there. Not sure what changed but they use to be much better.

Completely horrible experience. I left without having my car fully washed, i could not trust them to finish washing my car. I gave specific instructions to the first attendant not to clean, wet, or slide the windows, simply do not touch the inside of the windows. Then i proceeded to tell the girls at customer service remind the employees do not touch the inside of the windows i just had them tinted. They can not be wet, washed, or slide down. She responded, thats no problem we already notified everybody. As i see my car pull up in order to be finished being washed I spot an employee sliding my windows down and wetting them. Thats when i asked for the manager. I explained the situation to the manager and he replied, its just water and proceeded to wet the inside of the window and wipe it down. I said what are you doing i just told you not to dot that and if they mess up you are paying for the ruined tint. He the said. good thing we are not liable for aftermarket accessories. I just jumped in my car and left, if the manager can not follow simple instructions i would expect the rest of the staff to be the same. I suggest the manager take a course in business law so he familiarizes himself with what thier sign that say they are not liable for aftermarket product damages really covers.

I would prefer to give this location zero stars. The attention to detail is the worst in the area. The customer service is atrocious including interaction with the locations manager. It would make sense that the managers special is as deplorable as the store manager (Brendon Smith) himself.

Paid $55 for the top wash interior and exterior. I had dog hair in the back seat and when i jumped in the drive off, I noticed that they did not even touch the backs of my seats with a vacuum. super disappointed in the service... yes, they were busy, but come on.

I had the oil changed in my vehicle, the guys were soo thorough.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Brought two different vehicles in for detailing and paid for the most expensive service. I even told the employees that I would not be back for a few hours and that they could take their time to do a good job. Both vehicles were left half vacuumed (to the point where there was grass and even a couple of crackers left on the floor) and cup holders were left sticky and were noticeably not cleaned. Many areas of the cars were unacceptable and I had to ask the manager for a rag and cleaner so I could clean the rest of the car myself. What a waste of money and my own time. The whole reason I brought the vehicles there was to not have to clean the vehicles myself. Instead I had to pay over $150 just to go back through and clean the vehicles myself. Very dissatisfied with the service. I will never go back and will tell the story to everyone else I know that goes there or is thinking of going there.

Prices have changed however they did a really amazing job cleaning the car and doing the dash and doors/seat protection i was there when there was only a few other cars in line and they took a good 5 mins getting the car nice and dry/ clean I think for the price you pay u should get a better freebie air freshener but thats no big deal either I will say that I was impressed with this wash and will come back again

I thought I received a average oil change. until I decided to see what was making a noise from my engine. Checked the oil and it was 2 and a half quarts of oil over. Getting a mechanic friend to take a look to see if any damages because of their inability to properly measure units of oil to engine size…. Someone is going to pay!!! From Dennis Bell

Love this place...they do my oil changes and clean my car which includes drying and the inside. Got a little backed up the last time I was there but it was the first warm day after 2 weeks of bitter cold. Their forgiven 😊

They always do a through job on the car wash, and they have a nice selection of air fresheners and car mats, wheel covers, ect.Oil changes are a tad expensive, but not to where I wouldnt recommend it, and after your first time, you start getting coupons for free car washes for when you come back.

They do an excellent job in the car wash area, better than any other PDQ around! Lube Center prices could be a bit lower. If you like to get your car washed a lot, purchasing the clean-freq is the way to go!
