We did not have a good experience with MBM. Our machine stopped scanning and faxing and it took over two months to get it working properly. The techs are very responsive but nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. We need this machine for our business and we couldnt use it.

I have been a very satisfied customer for over a year an half. The IT staff is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of their way to make sure your printer is working properly. The supplies dept. is very fast and dependable. I would highly recommend MBM if you are seeking a printer or a service contract with a printer.

Lucas came out within 2 hours and resolved our issue. He was efficient and friendly. He even took the time to explain what he did and how he diagnosed our issue. Afterwards he showed me how to prevent or check the problem in the future. MBM has always been nice to work with and their service is very fast! Thanks!!

Technician over the phone was knowledgeable and although the issue needed attention on site to be fixed, they scheduled a tech onsite ASAP. The traveling tech called me shortly after to double check a few troubleshooting steps and confirm a time for the next morning.
