I love Commonwealth because they offer rental units to families with low income, they continue to strive to better families who need a helping hand. They have a multitude of properties with different options like properties that are multi family, or only for 55 and over. Maintenance is great always trying to help properties that may not currently have a maintenance man. Managers are willing to go above the scope to make sure residents get the help they need and in my opinion a timely manor. There will always be the few that are not happy but in my experience I would rent from any commonwealth property! 5 ⭐️

You could never get a hold of the manager unless you left a message seems craftmens village of Appleton still have the same problem with manager not answering calls and they wonder why I couldnt put my 30 notice in or do anything after the eviction but hey oh and your automated thing for this number is broke pressing the star key does nothing

Been living at the new Hortonville cottages. WiFi is included in the apartments. But because spectrum hasn’t put in connection we have had no WiFi’, no cable no anything. And it really seems like managment doesn’t care. When I emailed about it, no response. When I went into the office she seem irritated that I was asking about it. She doesn’t keep in contact about what’s going on. I don’t think I would have choose to move here knowing, that we have no clue when we would be able to get WiFi or cable! Lived her for over a week and still no word. We literally have been watching movies since we moved in. I understand it’s not her fault that spectrum has dropped the ball, I also have contacted them multiple times. But it is her job as the manager to keep us updated on the situation. When she fails it to do so it makes it seems as if she doesn’t care that we have no WiFi or cable access for our apartments.

Don’t ever rent from this company.. I don’t even know where to start with how disappointed I am.Never again. I will not recommend this terrible agency to anyone.Do not rent from here....
