Have been loving Balloon Magic for more than 20 years for balloons, character visits for family and friends, tea, coffee and other unique items and LOVE this place!! I had a great experience buying from Balloon Magic this week for my daughters birthday. I was able to place the order over the phone (although I notice online options as well), swing by and they brought it to my car. No need to wait around while the balloons were filed etc. Plus, it was a pretty good price. I will be back.

Not impressed AT ALL by The Witchdoctor!They have a costume on their website as a man dressed in dried grasses, but a guy in a skeleton top and a plastic gree grass skirt showed up. Funny for 30 seconds and one comment after that. The costume was a HUGE disappointment, especially for $80! Would mot recommend this character.

The service here is always cheerful and quick, and balloons are an easy way to make small things more special.

BUYER BEWARE! Think twice before you purchase anything from Balloon Magic on Richmond St in Appleton. I don’t want anyone else being taken advantage of like I was by Balloon Magic. I don’t want anyone else to get screwed like I did.I paid $72 ($90 with delivery) to get a balloon arch from these crooks. What I ordered and what I received completely different. The only they the arches had in common were they were both made for other balloons. What was on their website was at LEAST 4 feet longer than the pathetic arch I got. Elizabeth convinced me that I wanted to have it delivered as the arch would not fit in my car and she wanted to personally deliver it and set it up. A man shower up to drop it off, handed it to me, said “I believe you are waiting for this” and walked out. And yes, the arch easily fit in my car. That cost me $10 AND I was charged an additional $5 because I said “yes” when the owner asked if I wanted it delivered by 11:00. That’s considered an early delivery, apparentlyBalloon Magic claimed I got exactly what I ordered and didn’t know why I wasn’t happy. They did “generously” refund a big whopping $13!Balloon Magic IMMEDIATELY removed the picture of the balloon arch I ordered after I hung up on them. They now have a new balloon arch on the we site that more resembles what I got for the bargain price of $90!There are so many other local places to buy balloons. I’d avoid these people. They don’t deserve your money.

Balloon Magic has very affordable pricing (best I could find in the valley). Along with that comes exceptional service!!! The owner is both passionate & knowledgeable about her product, without high-pressure sales. My order was not going to allow her to retire, by any means, but yet she treated me like her #1 customer. I will be returning for future needs.

I have been driving past this place ever since I moved to Appleton. Went in on a whim today. It is a wonderfully eclectic place with great coffee, a wide variety of teas, and I found my new favorite non-dairy milk! It is the cheapest place in town I think to get hemp milk! Great friendly service! I will definitely be going back!

Another great year with more beautiful birthday balloon decorations. They really go above and beyond and make the best decorations!!! I’m so pleased AGAIN with the delivery, setup and whole process. Thank you!!!!!

A spunky place where you can not only choose from a wide array of fun, funky AND classy balloons, but also, hilarious cards, gag gifts, costumes and the choice to send a telegram! There are 16 different characters you can send as a telegram to your loved ones workplace, home or wherever else they may be. The characters are ready to embarrass the victim and make the victim (and everyone else around) laugh. AND Balloon Magic is also the home of King Kong Coffees!! 🎈🎈🎈🎈

Went in to get ballons for my wifes birthday. asked for delivery and was pushed for pick up. Took my info and my cc info and charged my card. Once completed The timing for the balloons wasnt going to work. Called to return and was informed that I cant have a refund. Never explained, was never given a receipt, never emailed one either. Was charged 10% even after I explained that was not acceptable. Still was charged the 10% to refund the card! no CC charges that much for processing fees. Would not recommend. Save yourself the hassle and go to party city or somewhere else.

BEST COMPANY!!! They went above and beyond to help me out with a last-minute order on a Sunday. After a delivery fail from a different online company, Paulie at Balloon Magic saved the day. Even though they were closing soon and no delivery driver was available, she offered to drive a balloon bouquet to my grandfathers house personally. Wow! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend this company.

AWESOME PLACE WITH AMAZING STAFF!I scheduled Buela to visit my boyfriend at work for his birthday. A series of unfortunate events led me to reschedule, not once, but TWICE. The staff was so understanding and didnt even bat an eye at the change of plans. Buela showed up looking perfect! Everyone was so surprised! I will use them again in the future for sure!

I was at work and the Gorilla came in and, it was the cutest thing! It was a co-workers anniversary and he gave her balloons and a banana! I thought it was a very nice way to surprise a significant other on there anniversary!
