Anyone can benefit from this device, especially those with a drinking problem obviously. Its surprising how long alcohol can stay in your system after having some drinks. Certainly a wake up for me as the entire process of needing one of their devices has been. Glad I went with Integrity though, they have all the information I needed and were ready to help when anything arose.

Within a short time, my wife had the system installed by Integrity and knew how to use it. She appreciates how easy the test is to do compared to other vendors that offer similar products. No regrets going with Integrity Interlock for their services.

Would suggest going to them if it’s needed. Ive had a good experience going through this life changing process with Integrity. Their technicians are fun to chat with at each visit too, so that’s a plus.

These guys make a crummy ordeal more bearable

If youre in need of this companies services, youre probably a little grumpy about the situation youve gotten yourself into. Paying $80 a month for the privilege of starting and driving your vehicle isnt a great feeling. But hey, at least you have a way to get to work and the kids to school. Ive had friendly service from the schedulers and technicians at Integrity. Which is a good statement towards these men and women because Im sure they dont have that friendliness reciprocated. The hardware hasnt let me down. The installation has been good - the technicians have been good to my vehicles. So if Im going to pay someone, I have no problem paying Integrity.

FYI the people who have previously commented on this were probably customers who were bribed to do so in order to get a fee waived. I am one of those users on the previous comments. The technicians are nice, Anthony is the nicest of them all...so If you do end up going with this company, I recommend scheduling with him. The OFFICE staff however, is an entirely different story....Diane in particular seemed to always have a bad attitude anytime I called with questions or concerns. She advised me that she would waive a missed appointment fee IF I left a good review on them, AND MENTIONED HER NAME. Well, the fee was never removed from my account as she promised. The device itself is decent..it is faulty at times... but from what I have heard they all are....this one will at least start in winter.. although it takes about 5 minutes for it to warm up.

Friendly technicians, helpful staff- Anthony, Alex and Diane helped make the process at least a little less stressful. Although having the device was not by choice, it did not give me too many problems. Takes a while to get used to. Don’t drink and drive folks.
