Wanted a piece of old flooring tested. Looked them up online and drove to their North of Appleton location-no office there where their website said they were on Edgewood and N. Ballard Rd. Called the phone # and told them what I wanted & asked where they were located, also what it would cost to test my item-was told by the woman who answered $50. Then drove to the Neenah location and was told $110. NO THANKS.A: what does it take for you to change your address on your own website? B: If you cant give an accurate cost estimate, maybe someone who knows that stuff should be put on the line. ZERO STARS.

Had a great experience with NorthStar Testing! My wife and I bought an older home and were concerned that there was lead paint on the interior of the house. NorthStar Testing was onsite the very next day testing every wall, ceiling, trim, window, bath tub, and floor in the house with an x-ray lead testing machine. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and hung around after our paid for time was up to explain proper removal procedures. NorthStar Testing also took asbestos samples from the house while onsite. Well worth the money for the peace of mind as we renovate the home. I would suggest anyone who is renovating an old home to have these tests completed before you start.
