Grant is a very fair and professional person to use for any of your appliance repairs. He has been to our home three different times. He is honest with diagnosing the problem and always takes good care of us. I trust his experience and expertise. Its not easy finding hard working and decent people nowadays.

Grant is very friendly, honest and helpful. We had a coolant leak in our fridge that required dye testing to find the leak and coolant refills. Grants prices are very reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. Wed highly recommend HomePro and Grant to anyone that needs an appliance repair.

I Havent Had A Tech To Come Out @ Ths Time!Been Very Busy!

Grant was quite responsive and did quickly diagnose our dishwasher issue. However, he did inform us that he does not wear masks, and if we needed him to that we should call someone else. So we did. Would have saved him and us time if we had known ahead of time that he would not wear a mask. Sharing in case it saves you time too.

Grant is excellent. He does a great job at a very fair price. We had our dryer go out on us around 4:00 on a Thursday heading into Christmas weekend. He was able to fit us in as his last stop for the day which I know made a longer day for him. We had been told by others that we would have to wait about a week to get the parts for this brand but Grant had them on hand and was able to get us up and running.Highly recommended!

Grant does a great job! We would recommend him to anyone in the Fox Valley area that needs to repair an appliance rather than purchase new ones. He communicated every step of the way from diagnosis, to part ordering and finally to complete the job. Another appliance store in Appleton (who sold us our appliances) told us to call their service people who told us to just buy new without even coming to diagnose the problem. They wont get my money again...but HomePro Appliance will if we ever need them again.
