Ray installed vinyl plank flooring and retro-fit stair coverings in my1970s built house. He was meticulous and paid attention to all the little details that makes this floor a pleasure to have. I had wobbly, uneven floors and of course no right angles in my house built in the 1970s. He screwed down the subfloor to eliminate squeaks and put floor leveling compound in an area that needed it. He worked with me to get the prices down (retro-fit stair coverings instead of new stairs) and agreed that I could do some work (painting the shoe molding.) It was a pleasure to work with Ray and would do so again.

Ray Home Services was recommended by my realtor when I purchased a new condo, and in my first convo with them it was agreed they would paint the entire unit, for a very reasonable cost. I chose a pretty linen beige color over darker hues (including deep red, olive green and purple), so priming and lots of preparation was required. I could not be more pleased with the outcome, which was done to absolute perfection! Great care was taken to prep the space around an extraordinary amount of wood work, and a few last minute repairs/adjustments were requested and included without complaint. I recently purchased a townhouse with a lovely hardwood floor in desperate need of refinishing. Ray was extremely responsive and helpful. He even came over a few days early to test stain options and let me see them on the floor! It was a small project so he was able to fit it in and get it done before I moved in. Ray does great work, on time, and at a good value! Can’t asked for more than that! He did our wood floors throughout kitchen, dining room and hallways. He gave us a lovely range of color samples and they turned out great! He also painted our ceiling, walls and cabinets, and did a tile back splash. So a big project he said would take 4-5 weeks. It took him exactly 4 weeks including clean up (and he left it pretty darn clean!). Can’t say enough about Ray’s work, project management and communication throughout project.

This past October, Ray spent a few weeks at my home installing the most beautiful flooring I think Ive ever seen. Ray is a master of his trade. Ray refinished our dining room floor and installed new trim. He did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He was communicative throughout the process and helped us find a solution to match the stain with the rest of our flooring while keeping in mind we were looking for the least amount of dry time for the project.
