All Im going to say is Richard lives up to his name if you know what I mean.

Oh steer clear from this company! The other reviews about Lorriane Duak are indeed correct. She sold a home where the sellers admitted to knowing about a mice infestation and the day she gave us the keys, she allowed the sellers take their time! They were still moving the day we received the keys. She told us she would take care of the belongings left by the sellers and now when we reach out to her, she is completely refusing to remedy this situation.

Our Experience with bounce reality was awesome. Our realtors Trevor and Jennifer were very knowledgeable and patient. We looked at MANY houses and they kept looking.... Until we found the right house. We closed escrow in July 2018. Highly recommended. Thank you Jennifer and Trevor!

Richard was so kind, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process of finding and buying our first home. I think we might have had him show us every home for sale in Hesperia. We had a very limited time frame to find a home and he helped us to do it with time to spare. Thank you Richard!!

Worst experience ever! This realty company who employs a realtor by the name of Lorraine Dauk dropped the ball BIG time @ the cost of hundreds of dollars & much heart ache.There were multilpe occassions where she outright lied to me and/or spoke half truths, while dealing with me. Then there were other times where she apparently didnt know the answer so she just made them up, until pressured (by me) to find the right one. Many times, I had to point out & then ask her to correct the mistakes she would make. It was frustrating but I tolerated this because she was a family member of someone we hold in high esteem. That was my first mistake! I found her to be lazy, incompetant, distrustful, unprofessional & lacking basic ethical morals. And Im writing this review so that others who can bear witness to the truth can be spared the frustration that this woman and her company can cause. Unfortunately writing reviews is one of the only recourse as consumers we have to strike back at someones incompetency. Thank you for reading and thank you for believing.
