Joe Cappellino Broker-Owner was great to work with. Mr. Cappellino explained everything very well. We left our home vacant , moved out of state and felt very comfortable leaving Mr. Joe Cappellino to handle the sale of our home. Pictures were taken of both the inside and outside of our home and placed on their website as well as multiple MLS. The pictures did not cost anything and the commission was less than any other real state agents. Mr. Cappellino arranged for the escrow company and we used docu-sign for paperwork so we would not have to return back to California. The second couple who looked at our home bought the house so the house sold in seven days. We wanted a 30 day escrow and the property closed escrow in exactly 30 days. Benchmark Realtors is a small realtor; however the service is very one to one and we did not feel at anytime that we weren’t important. Mr. Cappellino always was there for us and we did not feel at all that he was just there to make money like the big realestate companies do. The entire process went very smoothly and we would use Benchmark realtors again and highly recommend Benchmark Realtors.
