I love this rental company. I ordered a jumper for my friends baby shower and the owners were so nice and worked with us and answered all the questions we had. They were very efficient in setting the jumper up and taking it down. Will definitely be ordering from them again for future parties!

I got a bounce house for my nephews birthday and the service was great. They were very accommodating. The guys that came to set it up were prompt and very friendly. I would definitely use them again!

HORRIBLE! If I could give no stars I would. Ive been renting from these people since 2010 & have referred numerous people to them. I have never had a problem UNTIL now. I ordered a cotton candy maker yesterday. When they delivered I wasnt home to see the FALSE ADVERTISED cotton candy maker they dropped off. It was a banged up bowl, with no lid, & to top it off the sugar had something that looked like mold growing on it. I called them to get a refund & not only was the woman rude on the phone, when they came to pick up, that same woman & her husband tried to argue their way out of giving me back my refund. Because I was in a rush to go back to the party they said they would be back that same night to drop off the refund, theyre ignoring my calls now. I will NEVER rent from them again, the people I referred to them over the years will NEVER rent from them, & I highly suggest no one else does too. Bad service & beyond unprofessional!

Terrible owners super rude I even offered to pay more to keep the jumper an hour longer and they wouldnt work with me at all. I had called multiple times for weeks with no answer and then finally got an answer and was treated so poorly and hung up on

I will never ever rent a bouncer from this company!! Id rather pay more for better service.....I am so unhappy with fiesta jumpers they ruined my already hectic Day!!!
