What a joke! I brought my truck in yesterday for a oil change and to see if they could get one of my windows to go back up after it recently stop working in the down position. They said it would be 100 dollars to even take a look at it. Not fix just look. I purchased my truck here and also a member of their A+ program whatever that is supposed to mean. I brought my truck to a local repair shop and in less then 2 minutes they had my window back up, diagnosed the root of the problem and quoted me to fix when I was ready all free of charge. The real kicker is it was under 100 bucks for the repair. Avoid this place at all costs!

Been going here for many years. Nice people & friendly, efficient. Clean waiting area with drinks (coffee, pop, etc) & popcorn. Wait time usually reasonable.

Best place to get your vehicle serviced! I have had my vehicle serviced here a few times before and have always had a great experience!! Yesterday top them all though! I brought my vehicle in to have this shop recheck a problem that Dokmo Ford had caused with my vehicle. Nick the Assistant Quicklane Manager was extremely helpful and explained things to me when I didnt understand. As a woman who doesnt know much about vehicles, its nice to feel safe and secure when you leave a shop. Super impressed with his assistance and that he stepped onto the shop floor to look at and take care of my vehicle himself. Thanks so much Nick!!! Robert the Quicklane Advisor made sure I spoke to the right person and was very personable and nice to work with. Thanks so much you guys, I really appreciate it!!

I came here on a day that was 98 degrees and was not told there was a waiting room until there was a problem with their internet. So after sitting in the car for 20 minutes, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to try to connect so I could pay. Also when I went in I said I just wanted an oil change and the staff continued to push other products on me and would act upset when I told them no.
