Had a bedroom window on a 2 story home replaced. They responded quick and came and gave a free est. a week later I had an apt to replace window. One guy came to replace the window and there was a slight hiccup while putting in window and it cracked, so the window was not able to be fixed that night. Was able to have the windows then fixed 2 days later and I must say, the owner and his boys came to fix the window and made sure it was done right! It was a little tough because they could not stand in our patio (Aluma wood could not hold them) so they worked as one hell of a team and made sure it was in there and made sure I was happy. EVERYONE from office staff to employees were extremely professional, polite, on time, returns calls within 5-10 mins of leaving a message, and the guys that came were very tentative and cleaned there mess! That was a bonus for me :)Thank you AppleValley Glass! I will be calling you back to fix a couple windows at my rental.

They retrofitted 8 windows on my home. The crew worked efficiently, they were respectful, cheerful and cleaned up after themselves. As a crew, they worked well together. They were also willing to answer any question. Being on a tight budget, they were chosen because of the price and quality of the windows. Super fast and reliable very fair pricing

I tried a DIY on a ceiling fan and even though I moved the table from under it, glass lamp shade on previously installed light bounced onto table. Large 4 ft. round table.Apple Valley Glass ordered the glass for me as it is not a normally stocked item. Cut it perfectly, and even delivered it and carried it into the house for us, at no extra charge.A large portion of the glass tabletop glass that I had left was in excellent condition and I offered it to them to use. Instead they offered to cut my leftover into a long straight piece at no charge. Picked it up today. They even buffed the edges, again at no charge. These people are the best. They went above the call of duty to make us happy, and just a wonderful company to do business with. I will always use them and of course they are tops on my recommend list

I wont call these guys . They worked on my business aluminum door over a year ago then while the worker was opening the door fall off the frame I called for a service call they said they dont have time to even look at so I cant even secure and close my busses I paid them over $300 to fix the door and I wasnt asking to be fixed free but apparently these guys dont have respect to there clients
