Needs to carry LG screens

I was recommended by my cell phone provider to come here to change my iPhone battery. They were upfront that it would take a little bit, but they were able to finish the job in an hour and a half which was right up until the store closed. They never gave me any attitude or grief for making them stay right up until closing. They were genuinely polite- which is hard to come by these days.

Customer service was WONDERFUL. The one who received me and the one who took my payment....extremely awesome. I was with my two kids and the guys were so friendly and even watched and took care of the little one as he was going round in the store picking stuff! I will always be back for bulbs, batteries, but I will try to guard my phone from breaking even though I would like to come again and again. I wish I could mention the names of the two guys who took care of at the store.....Those who were there between 12-1pm.

I have always had tremendous service and help. Everyone is professional, courteous, helpful and provide excellent customer service.

The staff was great they explained every detail. They were honest before fixing the screen on my phone so Id know what to expect. They were awesome! Pricing not bad at all they saved me a trip to the phone store and the hassle of waiting for insurance to approve a replacement then send a new phone and us shipping the old one back.

I made an appointment, and bought a battery for my tractor online, for which was great - I figured I could drop off my phone for battery replacement, pick up my battery, grab something to eat, and pick up my phone after lunch and head back to work...The salesperson seemed pretty confused about how to deduct the care charge, and process the phone battery replacement. It took a good 15-20 minutes for him to sort it all out.Neither battery had any power, so were essentially useless until I put them each on a charger for a few hours...

Noah checked me in. Outstanding customer service skills. Explained things, told me about a feature on my phone that I wasn’t aware of and throroughly checked out the phone. When I picked up the phone, it was another service rep and unfortunately I did not get his name. His customer service skills were also great. Both of the service reps were so personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to the Apple Valley store if I need anything.

I had my daughter go here to get her cracked screen replaced. It had cracked even though it had a case on it. Everything seemed to be good. After we had it repaired I added a screen protector too. About a month after this, her phone screen blacked out while she was using it. She took it back there and they said it was damaged so it wasnt covered under warranty so they charged us the same price again. It hadnt been dropped after the replacement, there was no damage on the screen protector or the case so I am not sure how the screen itself would have been damaged. I couldnt go with her and since she needed it fixed, she ended up paying for it and not having covered under the warranty. I wouldnt go there again to have this done.

I brought in my moms phone for a new battery with an appointment because it seemed to be losing battery too quickly. It would go from 100% to 30% in 5-6 hours without much use. They told me they would need it for 1 1/2 hours so they could do diagnostics to make sure it needed a new battery and see if anything else was wrong. I picked it up later that day and the next day it was behaving the exact same way it was the day before. When I brought it back in, C. told me it was normal and the apps my mom was using were using up the battery--the battery was fine. Hummm. The day before, they thought it needed a new battery for the same behavior! Turns out the lock screen got turned off in settings, so the phone was lit up all the time unless my mom locked it manually. FIXED! Never needed a new battery, but out $64!! I tried to give you a ZERO, but it wouldnt let me post it!! So much for your diagnostics! My bad for thinking I could save time instead of going to the Apple store.

The service was great. Knowledgable help. The battery isnt great. Not sure if thats the battery or apple but my iPhone 5s doesnt stay charged all day even with the new battery.

I had a broken screen on my phone so I brought it in. The new screen they put on sucks, they did a poor job calibrating it and now I have problems trying to use my touch screen. I also opted for a replacement battery because he gave me what I thought was a good deal...my battery is even worse than before. Find some other place to fix your screen

Super busy. We had an appt to get a phone screen repaired and had to come back in an hour and a half. The employees were tentative and dealing with a bunch of customers. Super professional and friendly! Definitely a good experience!

Went to have my galaxy s8 plus phone screen repaired after shattering it. Just under $300 paid and two separate trips is the end result. Didnt recieved a quote before service and was sticker SHOOK when I recieved the bill. Not happy. Dont recommend them.

Screen repair was completed when promised will need to return to have the battery replaced as they did not have the battery in stock at he store. this would have been nice to know prior to choosing service time, date and store to schedule repairs.
