My mom and I made an appointment to get our nails done for some professional pictures coming up in a few days. I had heard amazing reviews from friends so we decided to give it a try. The salon is beautiful and very clean.To start, I wanted acrylic nails with colored French tips, however my nail tech pushed me to get something else even when I insisted I wanted gel on top of the acrylic. She asked if I wanted pink and white powder instead, I declined that offer. Instead of doing my nails how I asked, she took the color samples away and proceeded to do my nails with the powder. Secondly, almost each nail was a different length. I wanted shorter nails and when I asked her to cut them down she only took off a little sliver of the nail tip. I had to ask her multiple times to cut them down more but she wouldn’t. Also, I told her I wanted a round almond shape, but they came out to be more square and sharp cornered. Not to mention I could totally see through most of my nails where the pink powder was placed.In addition, my moms nail tech kept arguing with her saying that her last manicure was dip and not gel (I’m pretty certain my mom knows what she got from her previous manicure.) This showed more signs of poor customer service in addition to the workers constantly checking their phones and hardly paying attention to clients. We ended up going to a different nail salon to get them fixed. Would not recommend.

I was in a jam to get my nails done for my seinor pictures, they were able to help me out! I have. Had a horrible experience with the past owner to the point where my nails were botched and I had to go to a different salon and get them fixed but with the new ownership it was awesome so professional I came inside they helped me immediately got me sat down and gave me the nail book and honestly my nail tech was super gentle he took his time fix his mistakes and honestly for like the $40 I paid it was 100% worth it and I will be returning.

I used to come here when the old owners had it. I stopped going because of the old owner. Took a chance today and I am so happy I did. my nails and toes look amazing prices are nice!!!

My first time with a new person after recently moving to Apple Valley. Jessica did everything just perfect.

Normally I would give them five stars. This last time I went the service was rushed and the polish started chipping the next day.

Wow. What an amazing and tranquil place. Waterfalls in every room, incredible. My feet have never felt or looked better - now time for a 8-night cruise baby!

I went for my first time with my friend And I was not impressed. Jennifer was good, she was very friendly and did a decent job on my nails! There is a couple spots that the polish doesn’t fully cover and there is nail polish on the inside of my nails and a couple nails that are a little more slanted than others but still a fairly good job. But it was only her and I believe to be the owner, so we were understanding on the lack of staff but the guy that did my friends nails got up and helped another client without saying anything so she was just sitting there for awhile until he was done. Again, didnt think much of it cause they were the only 2 there, but he just left her hangin just sitting there and he was constantly on his phone. Then a customer came in for her appointment and she sat there for 15 minutes before she was helped and the owner started yelling at Jennifer about hurrying up with my nails to help her and she was just letting him yell/complain but he was depending her to respond to her. Then when it was time to pay he asked how I’m paying, I said card, I didn’t think about the fact that I need to add the tip before it got swiped, so I gave him $20 cash and told him to do $10 each but he put it right in his pocket and the way he was treating her, I have a feeling she’s not going to get the tip… but I don’t want to make any accusations. My friends nails were also not quite the shape she wanted and there were a lot of spots that didn’t have polish on it. Not happy and will not be going back there!

So comfortable, so relaxing. I got a pedicure done. She was very good. Water was given to you. I had a wonderful time and a great experience. The atmosphere was smoothing.

Everyone is so friendly. The decor is so beautiful. My nails turned out great. This place is so relaxing. My boyfriend got a pedicure and said it was okay. The only thing that threw me off was the price. I was getting a refill for regular acrylics and was still charged $35 even with the discount.. also the ladies need to communicate better and not just assume what you want. I wanted coffin shape and the lady did square which didn’t really bother me but they need to work on communicating with customers. Otherwise still a good place.

I have been a consistent customer here since I moved to the area a couple months ago! I love the design and the atmosphere. Jennifer is an absolute ANGEL. She talks to you, listens to exactly what you want and is so utterly pleasant! Manicures and pedicures are well worth it here!I have had ONE bad experience here, but I came back the next day and they re-did my nails completely and complimentary!

Second visit there. Decided to take my husband to get a nail trim too. They did a great job of making my retired husband comfortable in this seemingly female environment. I got a good pedicure and before tip, paid less than the visiting nurse charges my husband to come to our house. We’ll be back!

Amazing nail salon! I went there today for a white and pink overlay and they are Absolutely gorgeous. The owner did my nails for me and he is so patient and friendly. The salon itself Is very beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommend.

Nice place!

Its a beautuful place and I had a pleasant experience the time I went there after it opened but I have to question how well its being managed. There was one technician & one client in the salon; she had to ask her boss if they could do my manicure and I was told to come back in 45 minutes (day of Christmas Eve, usually a busy day in salons). After waiting 15 minutes after the time I was told to arrive I explained I couldnt wait any longer and left.

I went in with a friend and my first encounter in there should have been enough to scare me out of the door. There were two girls in the waiting area while I was waiting to be called in and they were giggling hysterically and finally they warned me that I was better off taking my money else where as they showed me their botched nails. I thought I couldn’t leave because I was stuck waiting for my friend either way and hoped that I would turn out with better luck. I was finally called in after my scheduled appt. time and was asked between gel and dip and when I asked for the prices AT THE BEGINNING I was told dip without acrylics would be 40$ and so I went ahead. Throughout my entire appt. my person was on continuous phone calls and texting and would get up and do things- I had all the time in the world so it didn’t bother me too much but it seemed very unprofessional. Then I was told because they were dio they wouldn’t chip basically just told I was paying more because they were a lot better quality. Well within 3 day a couple of my nails had already chipped. I also can not begin to tell you how thick they were. And then at the end of my appointment I was told my nails would be $45 which again not a huge deal but for a place that looks so professional and fancy it seemed for tacky to me that they had told me a set price at the beginning only to change it last minute once my nails were already complete. Bad service, unprofessional, I was left disappointed. I will definitely not be returning.

Im really disappointed with this salons customer service.I got a regular polish manicure on Saturday and 5 nails had chipped before the next morning. When I called the facility to see if I could get them fixed at no charge because they didnt even last the day, the man on the phone let me make an appointment.The lady who fixed my nails today insisted on charging me full price for a manicure. I assumed she had received a note about the appointment being a fix, but I even told her and showed her which nails had chipped from Saturday. And I insisted she keep the length and shape and only change the polish.I wish they would have communicated better that Id have to pay the full price just to get a manicure fixed. Its really disappointing because I was excited about this place going up and the decor and finishes inside are beautiful.Im glad I have family and friends in the area who get their nails done regularly so I can tell them not to ever visit this place.

I love the women there working. But I highly don’t recommend the owner of the shop. He’s always on his phone and never pays attention to the clients. I went there to get my acrylic nails off and he was too busy on his phone to realize that he had broken my nail in half. Then I chose a light color and told me I couldn’t use it because it needed to be dark. And on top of that I said I wanted a manicure, while taking my acrylic nails off he said he couldn’t a manicure because he had other clients waiting. The women there are very friendly though. It is quite expensive too.

I came here to get a full set done and they werent done properly. i have chips in my nails from where they didnt catch, the polish is spotty and has a bunch of bubbles.they didnt even cover my whole nail. what bothered me the most is the person who seemed like the manager who was doing my nails, was looking at lingerie on his personal phone in full view in front of me. ive never felt more uncomfortable.

Went there on opening day, and WOW! What a beautiful place! The design and detail down to the ceiling beams were just gorgeous! There is no TVs but instead a really calming, nice and relaxing music playing. Just what I needed for some MOM time All the staff were very nice. They have a private room for pedicures with a really nice fireplace, Maybe can be booked for birthday parties or something? Really nice to have that option! I cant wait to go back, my nails (Gel) look lovely!!

Walked in for a gel manicure and signature pedicure today, and they were both great! The space is beautiful and both of the nail technicians who worked on me were very good - technically skilled and very responsive to the way I like my nails shaped, etc.

Ive been this salon a few times. When I first went to this salon I did refill pink and white ombre, I asked the nail technician that I can have the darker pink then I got the answer was NO. I did get the discount 20% but they raised their price up. Then the second time I changed the gel polish. the nail technician did a awful job on my nail. She did apply 2-coats of gel polish but it didnt fully cover my nail. Then she tried the 3rd coat, it didnt get any better still. After 2 days my nail chipped off for $27. For the gel polish changing most salons do charge $25. This time I went there Kane is my favorite so far. I did get a refill of gel powder. He is very nice and gentle. Ill definitely book him again. Hopefully, they still offer the 20% off. The reason I gave out 3 stars because the liquid that he apply on my nail was very strong of smell. I couldnt stand with that smell. Im not sure what liquid that they use to mix with gel powder MMA or EMA. Ill definitely figure it out. Hopefully they use the right one.

It’s a beautiful place and was close to my house but when I was there, there was kids running around, the lady doing my nails was constantly on her phone and I was not impressed. I had my nails done 1 week ago and they are already starting to fall off, I asked her to shorten them and she wouldn’t and I have never had that happen before. I will go back to my original nail lady at her salon. It makes me never want to try a new nail salon again.

Not impressed, my daughter was having her acrylic nails filled and gel nail polish, the guy that did them, was watching football on his Ipad and was looking at his phone the entire time. To top it off, he asked for my credit card to pay, I gave him my card and he walked up front with us and he said I am sorry, your credit card snapped. I turned around and my credit card was broke in half!!!! I am not sure what he was doing with it, he continued to tell me they offer 20 percent off during the week days and to have a good day.I am speechless!
