Ive been going here since they opened today they charged 84$ for this small load of debris. I feel like I got strong arm robbed. I usually pay 45$ for this same amount. Not alot of options out there and they just made choosing easier.

So I made arrangements with these people last Friday to pick up a large debris pile. They told me theyd be there Monday morning to pick it up first thing. At noon on Monday I was informed that they never showed. When I called dispatch she said the work order was canceled and couldnt tell me why. After being put on hold 3 times she said shed call back. Its been 24 hours and still nothing. So Im out several thousands of dollars until the debris is removed. My company works rain or shine and we show up when we say we will. They should have invested more money into customer service, logistics, and communications instead of all of the equipment they have on their website.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! One Star is too many! This company was hired to remove some tree debris from my neighbors property. Unfortunately, while doing so, there was an issue with the truck and we ended up with hydraulic fluid sprayed all over a large section of our expensive paver driveway! After repeated calls and texts by my neighbor to this company, this issue has not been resolved in almost a month! I would NOT hire this company for anything!!! We will now be trying to figure out how to save our driveway on our own, because they have been no help at all!!!!

The most disorganized dumpster fire of an operation I’ve seen. They jumped the price of a pulloff from 10 dollars to 25 over night. They eyeball and guess how much you have instead of measuring like they should. All the employees on site are utterly unhelpful rude and will try to intimidate you with the equipment they themselves can’t operate well at all. 109 dollars this morning for 6 yards of mix load. Don’t waist your time. Go to the young pine road landfill and pay the 36 dollars a TON that they want instead of getting robbed by these jerks

If I could get this company zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. I felt like I was chasing them just for a quote. I called twice and somebody finally returned my phone call. They said they would be out Monday afternoon late and Would call me first. I never heard back from them. I even called them one more time and the receptionist was very nice and apologized and said she would tell a supervisor. Again nobody ever called me back. Use someone else because unless you’re the Orange county convention center these guys could care less about servicing their customers. I don’t know how the heck they stay in business. I’m going with Yard stop in Mount Dora they’ve been amazing

Be very careful with this company. Especially if you work for them they will tell you they will pay you the amount you need and then on your check you will get a different amount.
