Go early when they open. They are always busy, maybe because of the price which are very good. The guy that works there tries a little to hard to be cool but the teens love him. I only paid 17 for a full set which was good.,

I had my set done somewhere else and wasn’t happy at all and The guy who did my nails did an excellent job! He fixed them up and shapped them perfectly!!! The prices are unbeatable as well. It was my first time there and I will never go back! They are so disrespectful and so rude I’ve never been in a place like this. There nail technique is good but there manners are horrible. They didn’t even make me feel welcomed I ended up walking right out.

The customer service is horrible. It seemed that you to be a long time customer to be treated nice. The lady that was doing the ped was not gentle. Cut me twice and dig in to my skin several time. Shop was empty and the owner told my daughter she couldnt sit in the chair. If it was full I can but she just got her nail and she was waiting on me after getting my toes done I had to wait a 45 mins for someone to put gel on. I end up walking out the salon with no polish on my toes and nails not done.

UPDATE: After specifically requesting an appt time, on two separate occasions, I was made to wait 30 minutes before starting on my nails. The first time he did it to me, I made it clear I would not wait that long again. It looked as if he had just started working on the gal, which means she walked in the door 5 minutes before me. When he did it again at my next appt, I should have walked out, but they already had my husband in the pedicure water. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.I do not understand why these Asian nail salons cannot grasp the concept of appointments. My time is just as valuable as yours is. So please start respecting peoples time. Just because you can make a few extra bucks and make another person wait doesnt mean you should. Bad business. At least in America, which is, oh yes, where we ARE!Previous review: These folks are very good at nails. Vinh does some amazing nail art. But even just plain one color polish is always perfection. I like that he is fast but very good at it. As to the reviewers who said they were treated rudely, that would be highly unusual, IMHO. My husband & I have always been treated nicely there. In fact, Vinh is very polite & conversational.
