Fast Signs was amazing! I had an idea to transform our all-white kitchen at Chateau Mickey into something post-Covid amazing. We now have a gorgeous lemon fridge and cheery yellow appliances. Fast Signs has taken care of many of our signage needs. They have wrapped all of our trucks, made show ready signs, and even personal signs for various things. They take great care of us there and have helped us with many solutions.

We have been working with the team at FASTSIGNS in Apopka for about 5 years. We order vehicle decals from them every few months. Our orders consist of both printed and complex cut vinyl graphics for trucks.We have had consistently great experiences.The team pays great attention to detail, is responsive both by email and phone, and completes our order on time.We have also been very pleased with the quality of the graphics. There was a human error made while manufacturing the sign (one letter was incorrect). I responded with an e-mail stating the error. Rod was very responsive and made the repairs within 3 hours that same day. People make mistakes, HOWEVER - not everyone responds to the clients needs so fast. I called in the afternoon of Friday, March 16th. Nobody answered the phone, so I left a detailed message of why I was calling. On Monday around noon time, I still had not received a call, so I drove over to your store. Tiffany had a handwritten message on her desk with my contact information and said that she hadnt had a chance to call me yet. I spent about an hour going over my order with her. I needed two banners for our Charity Golf Tournament, and a large check made out to our charity. I brought a banner from our 2017 Golf Tournament so that she could see the size of it and the placement of the information. I left the banner with her for the designer to reference. I chose your store, because the banners had been done by a FASTSIGNS store in St. Petersburg. She explained that the FASTSIGNS stores are franchised and she couldnt access the information since it wasnt one of your stores. She told me that somebody from your store would call me within the next day or two regarding the proofs from my order. It turned out I needed to place an additional order for the event, so I stopped by on Wednesday, only to find out that Tiffany was out of the office until Monday and the proofs hadnt even been started yet! As a matter of fact, the designer had questions regarding the logos that I provided and nobody called me!! So, if I hadnt stopped by the store that day, who knows if my order would have been completed at all! Joann was frazzled by what was happening. She explained that she was new to your company. I suggested that the designer speak with the both of us so that we would all be on the same page. I then looked over at Tiffanys desk and saw that the 2017 banner was still at her desk! Unbelievable!! We went over and retrieved it for the designer to look at. In the end my order looked good and it was done on time.
