I’ve been going to B-6 Fit for almost 2 years now. It has tremendously helped me get stronger & fit, I wouldn’t be anywhere if it wasn’t for Doug (He’s awesome!!). I love being a part of a positive & healthy group of people that have a passion to workout hard.

It is always clean and neat. The equipment is all good.

B-6 fit and Doug have been such a game changer for me! Im a very small female trying to get into the local fire department. With his help, Ive gained so much strength and confidence in myself already! The workouts are difficult but they are adjusted based on your fitness level. Ive learned that workouts dont have to spend hours in the gym every day to get results. Doug is very professional and knows what hes doing. I highly recommend B-6 fit!
