Really in love with this store. They are honest and thoughtful. Michael went over and above find what fits us and he is amazing but the others there are really great too. We were so happy with our purchase that we returned to buy more.😁

We were in need of a new mattress and Michael did an outstanding job working with us to find the right mattress, and we even got a new couch and coffee table as well. Price was on par with every other furniture store in the area and selection was great. Very happy with the process from start to finish

Where do I start. Don’t believe what they tell you. I didn’t read the paperwork thoroughly when I bought my furniture. That’s my bad. However, I know I wasn’t told the end of November like my paperwork said. When I questioned why I couldn’t get a date I was told no furniture store could give me a date. Second, an item I bought was supposed to be taken off the floor but of course it wasn’t. I ended up canceling my order and going to Ashley furniture and guess what… it gets delivered on Oct 5th. Funny how I got a date huh…

Went in the store 3 days after a c-section. I really needed a recliner to sleep in because my bed was too high for me to sleep in. The store representative helped me find the perfect chair within a matter of minutes. Even went out of his way to get it approved for me to take the chair home that same day. I am in love with this chair and forever grateful for his service!!!

Great customer service, wear the mask inside and very helpful answering questions and explaining the products to us. We were looking for a daybed. Thank you Michael for your service.

Badcock went above and beyond to resolve a problem that I had with a chair that I purchased, The manager of the Apopka was very good.Mimi at corporate called and followed up with me to be sure I was satisfied with the replacement chair.I am pleased with the results.

I really had a bad experience with this store. The furniture is low quality and the warranty is horrible. If you have children I would to shop somewhere else with a better warranty. All the chairs purchased from this store broke within the first two weeks. The delivery process was a nightmare. You can’t to McDonalds and ask for filet mignon. Low end furniture store. Go somewhere else.

New store now open! Beautiful furniture. Super friendly and helpful employees that greeted me as soon as I entered the store. They showed me several items in their collection that were perfect for my home. My purchase was quick and simple!

I felt it was a bit overpriced and not many options for the modern,contemporary, clean lines look. The salesman was great(short young man,spanish,very presentable) he immediately acknowledged me and asked what I was interested in. He even checked the catalog for any alternatives that fit my needs. The store and its variety Id give it a 7 but the young man deserved a 10!

Customer service was not bad. The bad part was thr lack of knowing what product they have in stock and when it can be delivered. Me and my wife went in last night found a sectional and recliner that we both liked was told by the rep they were booking Friday deliveries we had one other place to look before making our final decision, went back today was told that the lady we spoke to yesterday eas wrong about delivery that they could not have a delivery done until Monday which was not what we were told originally after re adjusting our schedules I scheduled to have the furniture delivered on Monday after 5pm the lady started the process of getting everything set up I was ready to pay for the couches and then she tells me they dont even have the sectional in stock and they have no idea when it will be because the system wasnt giving a date. Complete waste of time and very unorganized paying customer leaving business on the table because they dont have there ducks in a row.

Horrible customer service! Walked in to buy a living room set...First of all, nobody greeted me and my wife as we walked around for more than five minutes. After twenty minutes of walking around still no sales employees had helped me and my wife. There was three ladys that didnt bother to even welcome us in. Two of the ladys were behind the counter on their phones so I believe because their heads were facing down the whole time as me and my wife walked around and the other lady was working with another customer. Me and my wife sat on the sofa set that we wanted to purchase waiting to see if one of the girls at the counter would notice us there, unfortunately they did not as one of the ladys walks to the back and the shorter lady stays up front staring at the tv watching the food channel...I had enough didnt even bother to call someone for help and me and my wife just walked out with disappointment on the poor customer service or should I say NO customer service. For a place that just opened up they really need to know how to run a buisness by hiring real sales people with customer service that really wants to make money. Never going back to that store again!
