We ordered the special option at Animal Medical Clinic Melbourne on 4020 Babcock Street. It was prettier than we expected with the box and the sympathy card and even the cast paw print. The box is elegant and carved wood, the sympathy card endearing and the heart shape paw print cast brought sentimental tears to our eyes. The book mark includes a special quote and wild flower seeded heart to plant. All very special touches! Will completely recommend. Same address and phone number but our items say Regency Pet Cremation on them.

Absolutely devastated at the loss of our beloved pet. Treated so rudely by the crematory operator!!! She should be fired. The manager did nothing to assuage the situation and we will NEVER use this place again. Have had nine pets cremated here in the past, so we are not just upset by our loss. They have changed ownership and these people dont care. Please, save yourself further heartache and use a place that cares about you and your pet. In addition, NO ONE wears a mask but they demand that you do. How hypocritical!

Let me start by saying if I could give zero stars I would. My dog got very sick and I had to put him down unexpectedly. As hard of a time that was I had to decide on cremation services with the Vet’s office. After reviewing my payment records I noticed the Vet’s office used Greenbrier for cremation services. Two weeks pass and I wonder why I hadnt received a call from the Vet to pick up my furbaby’s paw print. After another couple weeks and a few phone calls later the Doctor called me. I was informed that somehow they could not find the print and they were not sure if it was done. The veterinary office was very nice and did the research only to find out that my furbaby was cremated without the paw print being done!!! After buying a memorial frame and patiently waiting for his paw print to arrive; I now have nothing! Nothing but a broken heart and a empty frame! This has been the worst experience. Please do your research and ask what company is handling the services with your affiliated veterinary office. If Greenbrier is contracted with them please request another company!!! Don’t risk it!

I just had to put my lab to sleep, his name was Tank and he was my world. I have always had to bury my animals. I was determined to have Tank cremated I was so worried seeing how I had never done that before. When I received him it was very hard, but when I started looking at all of the sweet things that came with him it helped ease a little pain. I am not the type of person to write reviews but I just wanted to say thank you keep doing what your doing.

Very pleased with the services of Greenbrier. I picked up my cats remains today & was pleasantly surprised with what all came in the bag that contained the cedar urn. When my vet called to say the remains were ready, I was fully expecting to pick up just a cheap wooden urn, but instead I picked up an entire package. It came in a nice canvas bag that contained a very nice cedar wooden urn with my pets named engraved on a metal plate. Also in the bag was a mold of my cats paw print with her name carved in the back along with a very nice signed card certifying my pets ashes with a poem & some nice words. The card had her name printed on it. There was also this thing that looked like a bookmark that had a very nice poam and a butterfly attached to it. The back of the bookmark had instructions on how to cut the top of it off and plant the part with the butterfly and flowers would grow to remind me of my cat. The butterfly had seeds in it. There were some other really nice things in the package as well. It as such a pleasant surprise after such a terrible experience of losing a pet. I highly recommend Greenbrier & their services.

I would like to start off by stating that I have never posted a review on any company, product, or service and felt it necessary that I make an exception this time as I feel passionate about my experience.I have been taking my pets to Greenbrier for many years for their end of life needs. Needless to say, they are no longer the privately owned facility that I once knew, but rather a corporation by the name of Regency. I paid for the services due and upon payment I was informed that the cremation would take 48 hours to complete. I am very upset that this was not brought to my attention prior to payment as I was sure it would have taken approximately 4 hours as it has in the past. I was attempting to prevent my little girl from being placed in a freezer. If I had known I would have taken her elsewhere. After dropping off my pet despite, I called Regency back with the request for a clipping of fur from my little girl. In fact, I had left two messages and they did not answer on their regular line nor did they answer on their EMERGENCY line, thus I was forced to leave various messages. I never received a call back. When I picked up her remains, to my surprise there was not a fur clipping included as Regency had not listened to their voicemail. I expressed to the woman at the counter that I was obviously upset, but that clearly nothing could be done to turn this situation around. She then proceeded to ask me what I wanted or if I wanted something in return for the rather unforgivable discrepancy. I explained that when a company is dealing with death on a daily basis clients expect attention to detail and a certain level of attentiveness which was not achieved.Furthermore, when I received her belongings (bed, blanket, toys) they were soiled in her urine from postmortem leakage. They did not bother to wash her belongings before returning them to me and instead stuffed them in a bag. I would like to add that I am veterinary technician working at a veterinary hospital that is also run by a corporation and understand that medicine and corporate do not mesh well. However, I do my absolute best to care for my patients. There are times when my patients urinate/defecate/vomit on themselves and on their belongings while dropped off at my hospital for appointments. However, I ensure to bathe my patient and wash their belongings before they leave for the day. I feel that this is the right thing to do as I am providing a service that a client is paying for. I expected the same level of compassion from this institution and hoped that the transition to corporate would not affect my view of this once lovely facility.I am thoroughly upset in regards to this level of unprofessionalism at this institution. I will not return or refer them to my family, friends, or clients as they have proved their untrustworthiness to me.

Faithful Forever is the most disorganized, uncaring, untrustworthy company I’ve ever dealt with!! How on Earth do they have so many good reviews?! My beloved cat was euthanized at my vet’s office on September 26. Faithful Forever was supposed to come and pick him up and cremate him. They LOST his body for TWO WEEKS but kept me in the dark about it. Finally, after I called the vet’s office a couple of times, a vet tech noticed that Faithful Forever had actually forgotten my cat in their freezer! It was a Saturday, and I told the vet’s office that I wanted a different company to come and pick him up on Monday or Tuesday instead...but then the Faithful Forever people came and took his body without my permission!! Luckily, I called to ask about my cat just in time to get his body back. I got him back very late in the afternoon, so I had to keep him in my freezer overnight until I could get him to Pet Passages in Melbourne. Not only did Pet Passages do a wonderful job, but they were also far cheaper than Faithful Forever! A quick look at Faithful Forever’s negative reviews will tell you all you need to know. Also, they used to be called Greenbrier... Look up the horrendous news stories about them! They are NOT to be trusted! In the end, I am so extremely grateful that they lost my baby so that I could have him cremated by the caring, compassionate ladies at Pet Passages. Blessing in disguise.

We had our 19 year old cat pts end of april this year. we are using a new vets office so a new cremation service as well. after 3 weeks of sending us back the wrong ordered items i googled to see who regency was. i had no idea Greenbier is now called Regency. had i known i would have used a different vet and a different service. How horrible! we ordered a clay paw print with stand and name plaque. they sent it out the first time with quotes at the beginning and the end of his inscription. the vet called to have a new name plate sent back. well we got it back and its the wrong size for the stand. plus what was i supposed to do? pry off the old plate and hot glue the new one on? unacceptable! so the vet ordered a whole new stand. guess what, the new stand is a for a dog sized paw print not a cat. are you kidding me? a word to the wise: ask your vet who they use for cremation and look them up first. i was given the impression that this was a new company all together but its not! its the same place i had my dog cremated at back in 1998 ugh

Im not sure that any crematory could ever prove that you are receiving your loved ones ashes. You would have to be there through the entire process. Having said that, my experience with Greenbrier was a very pleasant one. As others mentioned, I was not prepared for the level care and honor that goes into their service. I assumed we would have to purchase a nice urn to transfer the ashes but that is not the case. You may think a wooden box isnt that nice, but this urn is. Solid, heavy, cedar wood with a nice engraved name plate on the front. Long story short, this company made me feel like we had the remains of a cherished loved one, not a random box of ashes. Well done Greenbrier, and thank you very much for your handling of Dewey. One side note though, make sure everyone understands they can get a clay paw print. Im pretty upset nobody offered that.

We had our dog cremated there and ordered the package that comes with the paw print. They sent us the wrong package and instead of the paw print of our dog we got a bookmark with a heart to plant in the soil. I can only pray those are actually our dog’s ashes inside since the rest of the order was messed up. What a horrible mistake to make and an incredible disappointment to us. We were so looking forward to having our dog’s paw print. I hope you never do this to anyone else.

After a long 15 years with our loved German Shepherd named Duke it was his time to begin his journey to heaven. Our family decided to have a private cremation, when we went to the vets office to get his ashes what we received was way more than what we thought we were getting, We did not expect this beautiful wooden box with his name engraved on a brass nameplate. Thank you so much, you went above and beyond what we were expecting and the time and effort is very much appreciated.

I cant say enough about how wonderful Greenbrier has been for my family. When my horse unexpectedly passed away in the pasture last year Greenbrier was quick to come out and take care of him for us. They were so kind and respectful when they picked him up, and helped make what was a devastating situation a little easier. I chose to have my horse cremated, and they made a beautiful box with engraved nameplates for me to keep his remains in. Unfortunately, I had to call upon Greenbrier again a couple months ago when we unexpectedly had to put my pony down. Greenbrier was amazing and came out after hours to be with us and to take my pony away after the vet euthanized him. They were very kind and respectful throughout the whole thing, and Im so thankful that they were there and the fact that I knew my boy would be well taken care of. Just like my other boy, they had a beautiful box done for him, and were amazing in letting me put whatever I wanted on the nameplates. We also got an absolutely beautiful brass pony statue made for him that holds a small amount of his remains. I cant thank Greenbrier enough for all theyve done.

This is only the 2nd cremation I have dealt with. The first cremation was of my cat of 20 years and I was given back his ashes in a plain white urn. It was by an unnamed company and I had no complaints because it was my first time dealing with cremation. This time I was using a different vet and they use Greenbrier Memory Gardens. Im located in Chelsea, AL so I had never heard of Greenbrier before but yesterday I went to pick up the ashes of my senior dog that I had only adopted almost 2 months prior to his death and expected basically what I had received when I received my cats ashes even though it was a different company that did the cremation. What I received was far beyond what I had anticipated. I didnt open the nicely, woven Greenbrier bag until I got home but when I did I was amazed at the beautiful cedar smelling box with my dogs name on a brass plate inside the bag. There was also a clay paw print which I knew I would be receiving but didnt expect the amount of emotion it would trigger. As previous reviewers have said there was also a bookmark that had an adornment on it that you could plant and flowers would grow in your pets memory as well as a card with the Rainbow Bridge journey. This company went above and beyond what I expected and Im completely happy with the results. They made a sad situation a little less sad with the memories they provided me. I definitely hope more vets use Greenbrier because they seem to have done my dog justice in the end.

If I could I would not give Greenbrier even one star but must in order to post. This is strictly a business with only $$ in mind. Its really disgusting to think I really have no idea that the cremains Ive gotten over the years are those of my pet, or that of another, although I paid for private cremation. Apparently if you designate and pay for private they do a semi-private with some other animals.Ive personally taken my cats and dogs up to Greenbrier over a period of many years. They have gotten more rude and unprofessional. On one visit, 4-6 young adults were sitting on the floor of the lobby eating fast food as I was coming in to make arrangements for my pet. Another time, I was told I could spend some time with my dog in a private room. So, I thought, Great. Someone knocks on the door and says that the use of the room will be $25. In disbelief that this just happened, I said, Fine. Then, another knock on the door and the person said they needed to be in the room with me. Both of us were uncomfortable as she stood in the room facing the wall. That was it. I took my dog back out to the car for awhile.Another incident occurred where a woman received cremains of her pet at her vets office. She went up to Greenbrier to pick up the blanket she left with her dog. Her dog was still at the Greenbrier facility wrapped in the blanket. And, there are other incidents. I question whether any of the cremains I have of my pets that were processed at Greenbrier are actually those of my pets.Next time you need a pet cremation service, call Pine Castle Pet Cremation Services. Terry, the owner, will treat you and your pet with the utmost dignity.

I wish I had read these reviews first before allowing my beloved pet of 11 years to be cremated here. I called about picking up the ashes, and they seemed not to know what I was talking about. Then didnt seem to know my vet (I paid them separately from the vet by credit card, I wanted to make sure I was getting my own pets remains) as if they never heard of the vet before. Then said my pet was delivered already that day. So I called the vet and picked up my beloved dogs ashes from the vets office.I got a beautiful little paper box with a plastic bag of what looks like sand mixed with clay dirt. There were clear little quartz bits in the bag, like large sand grains. Dogs dont have clear sand bits in their bones. No bits of bone evident in the bag. No bits of teeth evident in the bag. Nothing in the bag resembled ground bone, it was too heavy and quartzy. There was no certificate of any kind identifying my pet. No tags the vet put on my dog. The only thing that identified anything in the box I got was the name of my pet printed on the envelop of a generic card that could have been printed at the Vets office. The envelop was inside a small burlap bag that held the nice generic box. Inside the pretty box was a plain plastic bag in a organza bag. When I got home with the box, I immediately started googling for what cremains should look like. Again, the contents of the bag appeared to be brown dirt mixed with sand and maybe ground cement, because it seemed excessively heavy. What is supposedly my beloved dog do not resemble any cremains photos that I can find online. The amount of cremains doesnt seem right either. I am really upset.

Thank you so much, Greenbrier for taking care of my beloved Mina!!!! I had many anxieties about how the people treated the animals, if my dog is the only one getting cremated, etc.! Before her schedule date, I had my fiancé call several times about details about the memory box, the viewing, etc. They gave him all the information that we asked. He said you could tell that they are very nice people. We live in Jacksonville and have a dog, we asked them if we can bring our dog with us because we didnt want to leave her home for a long time since our dog has been grieving as well and they allowed us to bring her. The people were extremely friendly and caring!!! All my anxieties went out the window when I walked into Greenbrier. They made sure that I have everything I wanted to remember my sweet Mina. I didnt do the viewing because I knew it wouldnt be best for me so I had my fiancé do the viewing. He said it was very dignified. They gave him as much time as he wanted with her (one on one contact). He said the crematory was small enough for just one dog. Just to note, my dog was not allowed to go in the viewing. Overall, I am so grateful that I chose Greenbrier!!! I would highly recommend Greenbrier to anyone!!! Thank you again, Greenbrier!!!

Our beloved cat Bob passed away on Dec.17th 2013 and was taken to Greenbrier on Dec 18th for private cremation with the ashes to be returned to us. Yes, Greenbrier does a lovely job with the beautiful box, poem and even a clay paw print impression, but none of that matters if you dont receive YOUR pet. I received the paw print of a dog. Clearly, a dog. After receiving the paw print back theyve even admitted to me and my vet that they screwed up and gave us the wrong paw print, but insist we have the correct ashes. How do I know? No way of proving it. Is it an honest mistake? Probably. A horrible one. But how they are handling it now is despicable. Weve received three different stories from three different employees as to what happened. The manager Debbie in different words basically called one of her employees a liar. When I asked the manager why I got one story from her, which was that my cats print was never made....another story from an employee that Bobs was made and the owner of the dog got Bobs, she said she would have to speak with that employee who was at lunch, would be back in about an hour, and she would call me back. In the same call, I also asked if I could have that dogs vet clinic information so I could verify with the clinic that this dog did exist, she said she would have to pull the file. I told her I was not accusing them of lying, but I felt if I could get any information on this dog, like size, I could possibly know better if I had my cats based on amount of ash. She never called back. Our phone call was completely polite, I was never rude, she was never rude. She insisted she wanted to help give me some comfort. Ive left numerous messages for her to call me (as Im always told shes in a meeting or on the phone) and she has not called me. Clearly she has something to hide. I just wanted to know what happened and if Bobs print was out there somewhere. I wanted something more to go on to give me assurance we at least have my babies ashes, but they refuse to speak with me. This was already a very difficult time, which they just keep making worse. Id like to save others from the same misery. Please dont use this place. Humans make mistakes, but their story is not adding up and its beyond reproach to not speak to me once I asked questions. My vet has taken this so seriously that he immediately stopped using them and went with another company. Check the Better Business Bureau, there are other complaints, though none as serious as ours.

How on earth was I supposed to know what to pay for, who to pay and what method, if no one calls me and tells me? I was trying to be patient with the holiday but this is sheer laziness on their part and borderline callous. As if losing my dog isnt hard enough, having to wait so long for his remains and be charged $168 for it is a real kick in the teeth.

Greenbrier will forever hold a special place in my heart. Last week, my best friend in the world lost her long battle with cancer. When I walked into the lobby I was immediately helped by a young woman named Letty, who brought me into a separate room with all the urn choices so I could look at everything and make a choice of what I wanted for my puppy. I was having a really hard time handling my loss and she was so patient and understanding the whole time I was there. She and another gentleman then met me at my car to take my baby and they were so patient while I said my last goodbye. I left around 6pm and was told she would probably be ready around the same time the next day. I got a call at 9am the next morning that I could come pick her up. They informed me that Letty had gone ahead and done her paw print and hair clipping and proceded with her cremation as soon as I left, which put my mind at ease that she did not sit around in a freezer all night, it made this whole thing easier knowing after I left she was able to finally rest. When I got there in the morning I was met by another young lady who showed me everything to make sure I was happy before she wrapped it up for me. She wrapped it up nicely and put it in a bag for me to carry out. I couldnt think of a nicer way to honor my sweet baby girl. The package I chose was called the memory box, it comes with her ashes in a nice brown soft bag that says, until we meet again at the rainbow bridge, a slot on the front for a picture, her paw print in Clay on the front, a gold plaque above that says In loving memory, October, her hair clipping in a nice bag, a necklace that has some of her ashes in it, her cremation certificate, a nice poem and a bookmark that you can plant and it will grow flowers in memory of your pet. The box has enough room that even with all that I was able to put her bandana and favorite toy in there. The location is very beautiful as well, in front of the lobby is a koi pond, surrounded by lots of green grass. I will forever miss my doggie, but I am so grateful for the staff at Greenbrier for making this process a lot easier, and for being so patient and caring. Thank you

Had my ferret put down from heart failure on July 7th. My vet sent him out for me. I didnt even ask where he would be going because I trusted them. 9 days later I call the vet to figure out whats taking so long. We live in Savannah GA. They told me they didnt know when he would be back. They called back the same day and said he was ready for pick up. Picked him up the next morning and knew immediately it either isnt him at all or its him and others. The container was to heavy for a 3 pound or less ferret and to large. The container was bigger then my other two and its the same kind of tin. When I looked at the ashes they looked kinda right.(had two others cremated in ky) however there was double the amount of ashes as my previous two. This little guy is/was my heart. I was worried the whole time only to be given that. The container wasnt even marked. I got a certificate with just a name. No weight before or after like my other two. Even though I figured it wasnt him I got him an urn anyway and can pretend its him. I got a 3 pound or less urn for when they were alive and only half of him fit. Go figure. Now I have to live with this decision for my best friend. Thanks alot jerks. If I cremated any of my other pets they will not go there. I didnt even know he was shipped to Florida till after he came back. All I wanted was to have my boy back and get some closure. Ignorant money hungry people took that from me and now I will forever wonder what became of him. The only closure I get is in the fact I tried to do right by him by ending his suffering and bringing him home. He wasnt just a pet. He was family. You dont treat family like garbage.

To my surprise, I was handed a burlap bag. Inside was a beautiful cedar box with Walts name on it, the Rainbow Bridge poem, a lovely blooming bookmark and Walts Certificate of Cremation. I was stunned....the care your company took with my pet, especially on the return trip, is like nothing I have ever experienced.I am so grateful to you all for your kindness and would highly recommend your company to anyone who is need of your services.Thank you so very much --Jill Kittredge

Our sweet Kobi passed away on a Saturday, we decided to call Banfield Hospital, a free standing vet location in Boca Raton and they took care of our dog... We just went to pick his ashes up and we were so happy, that it was done with love and care! A beautiful seal cedar box and his name Ingrave... And other beautiful motives ingrave also on the wood ...They send him to Greenbrier and Im so happy that everything went smooth... We got a card and a book mark and something to plant in his honor...the box is so beautiful it will stay in our living room were Kobi spend most of his time! Thank you for such a tasteful and beautiful honor to our dog!

Unfortunately I had to give a star to leave a review. This company doesnt deserve a star!My experience was horrible to say the least. My boxer Stewie unfortunately passed away at the animal ER on September 5th. My fiance and I were devastated to say the least. We were asked if we would like the option to have him cremated and that is what we had planned to do when that day came. We were introduced to Greenbriers catolog and without hesitation we chose his urn. We were told that Stewie would be picked up on Thursday... this was Monday. The next day I contacted Greenbrier and made an appointment to view my boy before they cremated him so my family could say goodbye one last time. The appointment was set for the following Monday. We all arrived at Greenbrier at 9 am, once we came into the waiting area the owner of the company asked my fiance and I into her office alone. Without hesitation we went in but were unsure of why. When we sat in her office she said she had bad news. Well, the bad news was my dog had a bad oder to to decomposition. Shocked to hear this terrible news she put the blame on the animal hospital. They must of not taken the proper steps to preserve him. I asked how bad is it he smells like 2 week old road kill... we were put off at this point, but what were we to do? Our opinion was to view him through a window before they put him into the oven.We were hurt that we werent able to give him a proper goodbye!I waited till Friday to receive his ashes and urn. Once I received him I contacted the ER and questioned their procedure when an animal passes away. They said that the animal is put into a cooler until Greenbrier comes for pickup. I explained to them that our boy was decomposing when we arrived at Greenbrier and they were blaming you for him decomposing. The manager was very unhappy to hear about our experience and apologized several times and expressed to me that they will be contacting them.I also contacted my vet and told them about our experience. They said they stopped doing business with them do to their own bad experiences!I wish I had read all the bad reviews before agreeing to let this company take care of my buddy. Hopefully someone will read this and choose someone else... they dont deserve to be in business!Oh one last thing... they charged me an extra $50 to look through the window to view him... shame on them and karma will certainly come into play!

It was a sad day indeed to go to give my Granddog Stewie a hug before he was cremated and to find out that Greenbrier did not take care of him from the time he was delivered there. They went ahead and blamed the Emergency Vet Clinic though and didnt own up to not freezing Stewies remains as they should have for close to a week!!. On top of it they charged an extra $50 to view him through a window because he was so decomposed and the smell was horrific. They certainly wont get my business and hopefully no one elses. They have no conscience!!!

I lost my baby 3 weeks ago.being so upset it totally slipped my mind to check reviews.I brought her to greenbrier and when i sat down with the girl she wasnt very helpful.didnt tell me what they offered.I had to ask about things in the showing room with all the urns and things.she never told me they offered a viewing plan where i could of watched my baby go in to the inferno.had she i would of in a heart beat. She said i had to leave her and shed be ready in 24 hrs.well when we went out to get my baby two men cane out with a cot thing to carry her on.the girl acted in a hurry.I wanted to say goodbye to my baby as for i was away when she passed thank god for skype cause i was able to spend her final moments with her via skype.well that made me upset.then i had to call them 2 days later.they said shed be ready in 10 mins so random.I had gone to thier website and learned of all their services and was very angry to see that i could of watched my baby off and had piece of mind.after the reviews i read im still sick.and what i saw the day i picked my baby up.when we arrived we saw two trucks in the back off loading one to the other were deceased animals.just throwing them. That made my heart drop to the floor.I went inside to get what im hoping is my baby.ive had nightmares since all this. They seemed not very caring.for 250.00 she got a tin can in a burlap bag.I also got an Angel pendant and a paw print.I am buying her the urn my baby deserves. It kills me daily not knowing if thats my baby in that can.it looks like sand and cement.to me.If she is mixed in with others thats okay as well.My love for animals has no bounderies.ill keep all near and dear to my heart.my fear is the mistreated my baby and threw her in a landfill somewhere.these dreams are telling me something.and her picture keep falling off the table.I have her photo leaning against the tin can and it keeps blowing off there and falling down. She was my Angel and She will let me know if there was foul play.so far i believe she has.Shell forever be in my heart regaurdless.I think the staff should make people aware of what they offer and i didnt see any caring at all. That was my experience.cheap means you get cheap GO TO ALL GODS CREATURES.HES ON THE UP AND UP AND THEY WERE SO NICE WHEN MY CAT PASSED.And i got a beautiful wooden box with a photo slot not a tin.I didnt bring my baby there cause i didnt have enough money and the heat was against me as it was we had to keep her on ice until monday morning and she died sunday morning. But my other 5 animals will all be brought to All Gods Creatures. These are our babies and they deserve the same love and respect in there passing as we do.Remember we are all Gods Children and All Gods Creatures.Godbless And i will pray for all those pets that got mistreated in there death and in there life.know us animal lovers welcome your spirits into our hearts.Amen

I was told it would be two weeks to get my pet back, and there was no guarantee that it would be MY pet as a private cremation means they do multiple pets at the same time and likely mix the remains. I hope this was wrong information, but I was certainly not willing to take the chance.
