Very disappointed in these people: they did some home networking and other IT setup for me when I bought my house--2 years ago--and did a very good job.I then had them back again, about a year ago, when I had some issues with a small, but crucial, part of my IT resources. Again, a very nice job (though I did have some trouble getting them to call me back).Now, Ive got another annoying problem with my system, AND I CANT GET HOLD OF THEM! I called my usual tech (Phil) and texted him as well, several times over the past 3 to 4 weeks--no response.I, then, called their office and got a circular voicemail system whereby I was not able to talk to a human. As instructed, I left a voice message-- but no one has called back :(Maybe theyre out of business?
