Extremely disappointed in the quality of my detail, it looks like they only cleaned my floor mats. The dash, cup holder area, window buttons are all still dirty and it was so dark under the awning I didn’t notice until driving off. You’d think for an extra $26 they would wipe down the interior for a detail?? I could’ve done a better job myself for free but as I’m 8 months pregnant I chose this out of convenience, big mistake. I won’t be returning. Employees were friendly though.Edit: Put it to 4 stars as the manager Linda reached out to me promptly and was very friendly and apologetic about the situation and did her best to make it right. I really appreciate it!

It is definitely busy on the weekends! Sweetwater car wash has friendly and helpful staff with reasonable rates! They provide an area to vacuum and clean mats with staff around the area to assist if you have questions which is greatly appreciated. The Sweetwater Apopka has an oil change next to it and a Wawa which is very convenient! Overall, I enjoy spoiling my vehicle and having a zen moment with all the LED lights and water sounds.

I found this car wash when I first moved to the area in 2020. Even though they are $10 more expensive than the other full service car wash I used, I saw the value as they are one of the only full service car washes in the area and they did a thorough job. Over time, their thoroughness decreased, to the point where it became a total waste of money to visit this car wash. The last few times I went, the workers were all teenagers who would rather talk or be on their phones than work. Though my car was slightly cleaner than when I arrived, it certainly was not worth the $35 I paid. I visited the car wash again today (5/1/21), and opted to use the self-service vacuums instead. After paying $15 for a relatively basic car wash, I proceeded to the vacuums. I was incredibly disappointed at the strength of their commercial grade vacuums. My cordless Dyson is much stronger. It’s a shame that this is one of the only options in the area. I hope management will read my review and do the needful to ensure positive changes for their car wash, but I am not optimistic. The way the workers behave is a symptom of poor management.

I guess you cannot leave zero stars so one star will have to do. $25 for just the exterior car wash. Then they informed me that if I wanted any interior service it would be another $26. I could have gone to 7-Eleven and done the same thing for five dollars. What a complete rip off, do not ever ever ever go here!!! I am in sick to my stomach that they would charge people this. When I asked about it the guy just looked at me and said well you pay $25 for $25 car wash. They have nobody at the entrance explaining the prices so you better figure it out on your own or you will get screwed like I did. The staff did not appear to care one bit just told me if I wanted anything else it would be $26 more.

Car wash machine missed bottom outside of vehicle—price too much, 20 plus then 25 plus more for vacuming, etc. hand wiping! Did not get the latter done, left! Horrible! They were Amazing at one time!

Not that great today. Big black marks along bottom of car from the tire cleaning brush. They said yeah, been getting complaints for a couple days. Well ya think somebody should maybe clean it or replace....☹️. Probably not going back.

My boss dropped his ear pod down the sewer drain. Michelle and the crew went above and beyond to help him retrieve the ear pod. Excellent service, very nice, will recommend!!

Where it costs a little more, its worth it. They do a great job. I just walk around the car and be sure they got everything. If there is anything else, they gladly take care of it. Rewashes are free if it rains the day you get it washed.

Its 96 degrees and they were definitely working hard for their money today. Got the full works; they did a great job!

Boy did this place go down hill. Raised prices and an hour long wait time to get a full service wash. The employees are not managed, it’s like a full on circus of untrained teenagers. Half the time I was waiting for my vehicle the crews were making almost what sounded like a mating call to each other instead of working. The manager walked around and acted completely oblivious to the poor production and professionalism. Could be a great car wash, but lack of management will keep me from coming back. Training would go a long way and probably make you not need to raise those prices!

My first time going here. The customer service was good! Very friendly and faster than I expected. But for $30 simple interior and exterior. I expected better the outside was clean enough. They could have done way better on the inside. Still very dirty .. visible dirty finger prints all over console and doors. Seems they used a dirty towel to dust and left a lot behind. I live in this area would like to a loyal customer. Please make this up to me. Was a Friday so maybe it was just a rush job!!

I attempted to call and speak with the person who left the voicemail after I was back in town but was left on hold waiting for quite some time and had to eventually hang up as I could not keep holding. Please call me when you can. Thank you.Beyond annoyed. Decided to try the sweetwater nearest to my home. we ended up waiting over an hour for our car to be finished. Once my car was returned to me, there was still dust all over my dashboard and steering wheel, there were still spots that could have easily come off of my dashboard and door with a little elbow grease, there was little teeny tiny pieces of shredded cardboard from boxes in my backseat that definitely would have been gone if a vacuum has gone over them, but the one I still dont understand is why those my driver and passenger seats had huge wet spots on them. I have reached out via Facebook Messenger to find out who I can complain to regarding this. I also tried calling the location which it occurred at, I was told to stay connected for a voicemail but it just hung up on me so I never got to leave a message. It was a good 45 minutes after they were supposed to close when I left, even though I showed up over 20 minutes before closing, and they still had a line of dozens of cars, I didnt even know if there would be management on site after close, and didnt want to prevent people from being able to get home, but I definitely want some form of resolution. if management responds to my concerns, I will consider altering my review, but as of this point, I am not a happy customer.

Everyone at Sweetwater worked with the highest of professionalism. I was helped by a young gentleman named Nino. He was amazing, really ensured everything was highly polished, really respectful and kind. If I lived in Apopka, this would be my first choice of car washes.

DO NOT GET THE OIL CHANGE!!! As others have stated, you’ll leave with other repairs needed after these guys change your oil! I had what I thought was a simple oil change but later found out during my next oil change that they had damaged my oil filter housing on my Toyota. I had to get a new oil filter housing at Toyota. Stick to the car wash at this place. Your simple oil change will turn into costly repairs later!!

Been going here for a while now. Employees change faster than they change the filters on the vacuum cleaners.Some times you get a person that does a really good job at detailing your cars interior some times you get a kid that pushes a gum wraper around with the excuse that it might be important to you and he doesnt want to throw it out? If you get your car detailed make sure you keep an eye on who is doing it. You should be able to tell in a few minutes if you have to keep watching him or her or if he knows what he is doing.

Car always comes out shining on the other end of the wash, and I appreciate that the crew does a quick pre-scrub of the windshield, bumper areas, and mirrors. Really helps to get the spots that a normal carwash cant quite get. Free well maintained vacuums, and plenty of options on top of the normal drive thru wash.Happy customer for several years!

I will not recoment this place to no one this is the second time I have been to this establishment and wasnt pleased recently I took my car to get the 27 dollars detail. I specifically went to the guy who was cleaning my car and told him do not dispose of anything in my car when I got home my all my stuff was gone my tested glasses my sun glasses and other stuff upon calling the apopka branch they were very unprofessional and they even want to give me 100dollare gift card for my stuff witch was way less than I originally paid up to this date no call from this company I am presently seeking a lawyer.

One star for customer service and another star for effort. First and last time, Im a busy expecting mom and we didnt want to put a new born in a dirty car, but of course we still have to go back over it again. Ill go back to the retired vet that I always use, at least he does a thorough job and is thankful for the money. 🙄

Young men who detailed my vehicle did an excellent job and were friendly and very respectful which I really appreciated.

Completely stripped my oil drain bolt and torqued it to around 80 ft lbs. oh and they used the wrong oil weight.

Came in for my carwash and was greeted by the most kind and helpful young man. Xavier exhibited genuine friendliness and customer service and just made my day with his lovely personality. I always have both great customer service and awesome carwash here but today this young man was a true example of what customer service truly is and is an example to all to be kind to everyone! Thank you!

Stay away from this place if you have any aftermarket or decked out truck! I have a aftermarket grill on my truck and in the middle of the carwash my grill flipped over. I have been to several carwashes and this has never happened before. I tried to get someones attention while in the wash to stop it but no one must of been paying attention. As soon as the wash was over I hollered for someone to help me and try to figure out what happened. They took my number and pictures and said they would call me. I have a 500.00 custom grill on my truck thats completely ruined! I called a few days later and spoke with the manager and they said that theyre not responsible for any damage done to my vehicle especially if its an aftermarket Grill. That makes no sense! I had my grill installed from Dodge on my truck many years ago and been through car washes before with no problem. I later checked the BBB and found numerous complaints from other customers who have had similar problems to their vehicles. I tried to take a claim out with my Insurance company to get them to pay for my damages but having no luck. If you have put money into your vehicle and you want to keep it in one piece then I highly recommend staying away from this place. Youre better off going to someone who will wash it by hand.Im out 500.00 and now I need to pay someone to again to install my new grill.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Believe all the bad reviews!!!! I wish I did! I have never posted a review before but I am compelled to save people from going through the same experience I have. I brought my car in for a wash and oil change and a couple weeks later my car broke down and the mechanic found a spring from an oil machine gun in our oil tank which has now lead to a 4k repair. We have only gone to Sweetwater Apopka for our oil changes. Customer service was no help what so ever, they didnt even bother to review the footage. We are now forced to go through an attorney to cover damages. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. You can get a better quality car wash for less. I paid 30 to have my car cleaned including the undercarriage. The undercarriage was not cleaned at all. There is finger prints and water marks all over my car and I still have bugs on the front. I had to wait an hour for them to clean it. This is after watching 3 cars that came after me leave. They had one person working on my car and atleast 3-4 on the rest. Go somewhere else. My car was purchased new two months ago. It really wasn’t that dirty.

Best car wash in the area. My mom loves the place. Its always the place I recommend to everyone. Great service and then a free vacuum after the car wash is finished. Also, the vacuum is high-powered... Not one of those typical weak ones you get when theyre free after a wash.

11/18/19 at 3:45pmUse to go here every week, but the quality started to slip. I haven’t been here probably in 4 months and decided to give it a try again. Well, first off the 2 guys at the washer were not paying attention to me to guide my tire into the track. I had to stop several times so he would look up and make sure my wheel was lined up. He would look up for a split second and just wave me in as he continued to talk and laugh with the other guy. I finally had to stop and motion to him to please pay attention so I wouldn’t damage my rims and tire by missing the track. So on top of that they didn’t wash the back window, so I figured the machine would get most of it and the retailers would get it. Nope. I didn’t see any supervisor the whole time I was there, so the workers were more about walking around and talking than working. With that stuff was getting missed. So basically I had to finish my car when I got home. I spent about 40 minutes there and thought, wow they must be doing a great job, but I guess not. I use to love this place but the last few times I’ve gone the quality is slipping.

$14 for the ultimate wash and my car is spotless! They are very efficient. Worth the trip and the wait...cars line up and I see why.

The quality of the service/car wash isnt all that and the prices certainly went up. As with most automated car washes though, youre paying for convenience/speed more than quality. The kids working there have good energy but may need better skills or training though. The monthly car wash idea is a good but should be a better value for money though.

A good wash.

This place is the biggest joke ever. After pulling in my vehicle was checked by an employee to ensure my car would clear the track. He then proceeded to tell me to pull on. Once doing so the vehicle slammed in to the guide system causing my transmission pan to slam in to the track. After backing up and inspecting the damage there appears to be large dents and a in the bottom of the transmission pan causing transmission fluid to leak out period they pull me into the loop Center so that we can get a visual inspection from underneath the vehicle when the manager and three other employees had stated there was damage and then proceeded to pull my car forward so that the manager could contact the owner. The owner states that they are not responsible for any damage and that it is not their employees fault for damage done to the vehicle they say they cannot proceed with a claim and they will not compensate or do anything about the damage.

Service was quick and they did a good job.

This place is a MACHINE! They do such quality work, and are actually able to build a relationship with the customers! I have known Michelle for about 8 months but I feel right at home whenever I come by. She is the best manger for many reasons! I constantly have to tell her to stop cleaning my car because she leads by EXAMPLE! Great service and it always starts at the top. Great job yall!

I want to take the time to thank the two managers at Sweetwater in Apopka.I came in for a car wash and detailed. There team did a fabulous job. Three days later I had spill some drinks in my car on the driver side. I wasnt able to clean it myself. The fact that I had knee surgery. Dom and Michelle (managers) were very understanding and helpful. They was willing to clean the driver side for me. . They took good care of me. I was very pleased with there work. Usually, things have went well every time Ive gone here. This last time, when we got home, I wanted to check the radiator coolant level before we went on our trip to Tallahassee. When I pop the hood, I noticed that the oil dipstick was broken and placed on a ledge under the hood. Apparently, they broke it and made no mention of it. I guess they assumed that since I dont change my oil, that I never look under the hood, and that I wouldnt notice. They couldve at least told me that it was broken. Accidents happen. But, no. Very displeased with my last visit.

My first experience at Sweetwater Apopka Carwash and will definitely be back! I called the store to ask about cleaning up some dog throw-up in the backseat of my Jeep. The manager (Michelle) told me to bring it right in and they could take care of it. Every single employee that I met treated me with respect, Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the Jeep has never looked so clean! I plan on signing up for the monthly car wash club and will be taking all of our cars here from now on. Thanks again!

It said leave trunk opened do they vacuum. They didnt vacuum my trunk. And I left a tip. I had to wipe hup caps to finish taking out the dirt. I paid over $31.00.

Car was was fine detailing was fine but I made the mistake of leaving something in the car and when I got my car back it was missing so be ware of this when you go....The response from the owner is politically correct so I expected that... I did call spoke to Travis he said he looked at the cameras but couldn’t see anything to help me and I used the item as I was pulling up in the bay so it was in there but not when I got back in so yea but it’s ok they must have needed it more than me. Just know that you have a thief working for you😐

My vehicle was rather dusty, dirty and covered in pollen, so I decided to get it washed. I went there on a Wednesday and was expecting to pay $7 for the basic wash, but on Wednesdays, its Wacky Wednesday and it only cost me $4. Now, it hadnt rained for weeks, and of course, the next day it poured rain. LOL! So if you ever want rain, let me know and I will go get my car washed for you.😜😜😜😜
