Theyre awesome and fast at finding the best insurance. However I give them 4 stars because it can take a while to get them on the phone. I know theyre busy so its understandable, just be willing to wait for a bit when you call them.

LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HEREYes this place was ok for a little until someone totaled my car. This 3rd world country SINGLE MOMs atmosphere arent helpful its like a nail salon in here selling BS underwriting policy to us and then over charging for crappy service also calling your insurance adjuster is a joke as well I had to file a lawsuit to get them to comply. People are rude and un educated single moms worried about hair and nails plus volume coming in only then sign here good bye.Go anywhere else trust me even calling them they keep you on wait or aventually hang up on you please get rid of the dead apples in the tree maybe only one good apple in the whole building so sad this place is a joke.

They dont answer calls, they stop waiting, they offer to call back and they never do. They also ask you to call your insurance company directly, I do not understand this recommendation because I am looking for an agent for that.
