Update: The comment by the owner is factually incorrect. The correct reports were provided. I had no issue with not being able to be offered coverage based on work needed, but I still received another call just last week. A careful review of other comments on Google and Yelp reveal a disappointing pattern of failed business opportunities due to a lack of organizational control. A competent office manager is desperately needed to coordinate requests and outstanding documentation. Would rate zero stars if it were possible based on the owner attempting to rationalize away a bad review by providing false claims of incorrect reports.There are standardized reporting criteria for four points as well as wood destroying organism reports and wind mitigation reports. Theres no incorrect reports to be given. Its state standardized reporting criteria. The excuse provided is a laughable rationalization. Stop calling people who have told you they dont want to do business with you and that Farmers has said cannot be covered.The home office did not force your office to call repeatedly and request documents for a policy that you were told was no longer wanted by the homeowner.______________________________After providing requested home related documents no less than four times I was still being called and emailed multiple times a week being asked for the documents. Weeks after stating I was going with another company due to their lack of organization I was still being contacted asking for documents from Edward. He should have known that I sent the documents because I spoke to him each time he called to request the same documents and then would go oh yeah, you did send those.Terrible service. Oblivious to his own conversations.

Fast and easy

Absolutely horrible. They quoted me one price then pulled a bait and switch for $700/yr more for home insurance and then took my money from the banks escrow account without checking with me. I only found out by checking my bank statement 2 weeks later. Stay away from this one. Nearly 3 weeks later and no refund. Looks like a case for a lawyer. Absolutely horrible service!
