Just left this location after what was supposed to be a visit to retrieve my personal belongings from my totaled vehicle - the majority of my personal items were stolen. Many of these had sentimental value, as well. When I returned to the office, no one was around to assist me. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting.

This company lies and has a major lack of communication when it comes to picking up my car that is totaled and in a backyard that needs to be opened. First time they showed up with wrong truck. Second time they just didnt show up in time frame we agreed on. Third time somehow the manager just deleted our appointment and we waited all day wondering when truck was coming. And now on the FOURTH day they didnt show in time frame we agreed on and then just showed up and left without calling so we can open gate for them to get the car.I shouldnt have to be dealing with this when someone else totaled my car and I cant get another car till this one is picked up for the insurance to pay me.

Very very professional my car was totaled in a not at fault car wreck and I got most of my possessions out but I forgot to get a few things out they actually brought the car up to me to get my final personal belongings out. these guys are very very professional

This place doesnt deserve 1 star. Made an appointment to tow my truck before 8 and 4 today. Never showed up. Told my insurance company that they towed the vehicle yesterday. Nothing but lies out of this company. No call. Nothing. No emergency or on call number on voicemail. Whats wrong with this company?????

We run an auto repair shop, so we deal with a LOT of tow truck drivers. Yesterday David came by to pick up a totaled vehicle and went above and beyond what any tow truck driver has ever done (to be honest, theyre usually pretty grumpy).Our 2yo Little Dude was playing with a truck in our office before going to his babysitter’s house. David, the tow truck driver comes in to get keys for to the vehicle. I step out to get the keys and David is now on the floor playing with my son. He then left to put the car on the truck. Once it’s secure, he invites Little Dude to help him operate the levers that raise the bed of the truck. Our son was smiling from ear to ear! David gave him a high five and was on his way.I called David’s boss (also very friendly) to tell him how he went above and beyond. Our family has been going through some difficult things and to see someone going out of their way to brighten my kids life, when I KNOW it would have been faster to just do it himself, meant the world to us.

Worst company for having your car picked up, ive attempted to have my car picked up for 5 weeks and each day they forgot to schedule me even tho i called the day before EACH time to confirm. They give vague pickup times at are impossible to schedule around and always arrive not within the window. The one time they did show up they brought the wrong truck and could not pick it up. AVOID

They refused to service me because I didn’t have a mask. Only two employees in the building we’re wearing masks and they offered me to buy a mask. There are about 12 employees not wearing a mask on the phones. Yeah employees were rude in uncourteous I would not recommend going to this copart. There’s always a problem with customer service at this location

Run and Drive once i got the car it did not budge, in any direction. Transmission was locked up. There ought to be regulations on copart and what inaccuracies they list! Just because car jerks with shifting does not mean it drives! We need more laws to protect consumers!

This company does not care about american company & american buyers. In the worst time, during this pandemic when millions of people & companies lost job & income decided to increase their fees to almost 3 times in last 45 days without any prior notice to customers.

My transaction had a few hickups but copart dealt with it rather smoothly, but I would like for Copart to give international buyer maybe two more dys to pay for and pick up lots won due to the fact that the process takes a little more time for us international members.

Don’t ever let your car go to Copart after an accident!! They will go though your car without your knowledge or permission! I had personal things damaged and stolen from my car! And they will not hold anyone accountable for their actions! I talk to the manager and she did nothing about it. Location at Apopka,FlEven found out they took a A/C part out of my vehicle as well!!WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

Well on their website it states that they close at 5pm, nothing shows that at 4:30 is the time they close for pick ups. I traveled few hundred miles got there at 4:30 and they said come back tomorrow!!

This company is full of thieves. Roughly 1200$ worth of things were stolen out of my vehicle and they claim they dont know what to tell me.. But I assure you i will contact the Better Business Bureau. The news will have a story and I will contact my lawyer.. This is ridiculous that ppl have the nerve to steal things that i bought with my hard earned money!!I will not just suck it up and take it as a loss.

If I could give no starts I would. Items were stolen out of my car by their drivers and they didnt investigate the situation. The inside of my car was also cleaned out and everything was thrown in the trunk except for my most expensive items which were 3 big MK purses. I spoke to multiple people and it was like talking to a wall. Im also in the Law Enforcement Academy, when I start working accidents I will personally go out my way to warn people about this company. Im going to contact there corporate office and put in a complaint with the BBB.

Big company thats making millions off insurance and policy holders. Cant say much good about my experiences with them. Owner retained a total loss vehicle of mine, was not cared for very well while they had it.

Missing items from a vehicle are not okay in any way shape or form. Items from my vehicle were taken. After an auto accident that is not something anyone should have to deal with. Period.Don’t bother responding how about we just do better?

Ok so I received a phone call for an interview from Copart from a Punta Gorda, FL phone number and did the first phone interview then was invited for a face to face interview for a position that I applied for at the Apopka, FL location. The girl never sent me directions, confirmation email or even said where the job was so I assumed she was calling from Punta Gorda to set my interview up for Apopka because I live 15 min away. So just now Im trying to find my way into the building because its got a huge wall surrounding its premises. I called the girl who setup my interview and she said you interview was supposed to be in the Punta Gorda location!!!!! Well that would have been nice to know 2 weeks ago! Also you could have sent me an email and then she sugggested that I pop in to the Apopka location while Im right there to say hi! Apopka location was like oops sorry we have no positions! Great company guys!!! Great people you have working for you!!! I gave up another interview today because I wanted to work for you guys and now it was a complete waste of my time!!
