DO NOT USE THEM! This all started at 3pm for a tow from apex to Broadway just about 40min drive... they didnt get the car to me until 10pm. Would not answer the phone and when they did it was all lies. On top of all that they damaged the car in the process. When I called them about it I received a cuss word leaden denial and was told I was lying.

Assigned this company by my insurance company for a tow and supposed to arrive by 8:11 pm. Never showed by 10 pm and never picked up the phone. Theyre definitely not 24/7 and reading the reviews I may be thankful they didnt show.

Wish I could give worse than one star. Insurance company set them up to pick up my car after I was rear ended and then never showed or answered any of their numbers posted when I tried calling to see why they weren’t there.

Great group of men working for this company. I called them for a tow and I was picked up within 20 minutes, the auto mechanic immediately diagnosed my car, called for parts, and had my car fixed within 24 hours and the total price was very reasonable. They also topped off the fluids in my car, and the owner double checked everything and gave me a run down of all activities. Thank you to this knowledgeable and hard working team.

I needed to be winched out, and Nationwide Roadside messed me all up with scheduling and cancelling services. But when this company showed up, he was nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I rode in a tow truck for about 4 years, so watching him, I def knew he knew what he was doing. And with all others wait times being 2 hours this day, I may have waited 30 min for his arrival and was winched out in about 5 min. Would def recommend!

I really wish I could give lower than one star. I had my car towed 167 miles, a 3 hour drive, in February 2019. My insurance covers a certain portion of that, and I covered the rest. In March 2019, I discovered a bill from this lovely towing company, and the third party service my insurance uses. I disputed the third party service, but it turned out that the towing company charged me when they shouldn’t have. So here we are, at the end of May, and I am still disputing this charge. Chase called me today to tell me that CARL said they charged me to pay the difference between what the insurance paid and what the whole tow costs. Because apparently my three hour tow home has turned into a “five to six hour tow.” This whole situation is funny, because he told my insurance representative that he’d refund me THREE WEEKS AGO! And then a week ago he told her that he had “forgotten” and would do it soon. So now I am having my insurance fax over information that shows the $300 that I paid the third party is meant to cover the costs that I owed, and NOT the towing company’s charge of $200. Carl, you are a crooked man.

If you need your car avoid this place like the plague. My son broke down in November and we had Good Sam’s roadside assistance. This is the company that was sent. They towed it back to their shop and kept giving us the run around. “The part comes in next week”, “it’ll be done next week”, this went on for 3 months. We ended up having it towed out of there.

She called for the tow before 12pm They originally told us that the car would be picked up by 1pm and delivered to Burlington by 2pm. We called them back they told us that the car would be delivered by 3pm. Three passed and we called again. They told us they were bringing it with another car that they were bringing to Burlington so it would be late afternoon or early evening. We called Nationwide to see what was happening, they told us and Nationwide that they were about to pick up the car at about 6pm. They were still a no show at around 7:30pm. We called once again. They said it would be 9pm before they got to the car. So we canceled the original tow and they sent out another rollback for her car. The second tow service got to the parking lot the car was supposed to be in. The car was no where to be found. Nationwide called around 11pm to ask if the car had been delivered. They told Nationwide that it was delivered at 9:30pm which was a bold face lie. They didn’t deliver the car until almost midnight, nearly twelve hours the original tow order was received by Nationwides roadside assistance. The entire experience was highly unprofessional every time we would call or Nationwide would call the dispatcher would put the call on hold. Then they would talk to three other people when they should have been helping us.

I was introduced to Carl by my dad a long time ago. Im proud to call him my mechanic.When I hear a friend mention the cost for a car repair from another shop, I am always happy to say Dont take it there, I got a guy.The people at his shop are knowledgeable and friendly. Its the only place I take my car for repairs. For quality work at a fair price, you cant beat ACT.Advanced Collision and Towing = A+

This place is amazing. Best price for a tow that i could find, and they serviced my car for half of what i was told it would be by several other shops. I loved his dogs too!

Good luck attempting to contact this place outside normal business hours. Open 24/7 sure, but we wont have anyone man the phones so you can actually contact us. A 24/7 business that doesnt want to work 24/7 is useless.

Justin with Advanced Collision and Towing came to tow my car to the garage because it wouldn’t start. Instead of just loading the car up on the tow truck he took the time to see what was wrong with car. He was able to diagnose that it was the battery and it needed replaced. He gave me a jump start sent me to get new battery and car was fixed. Because Justin took the time to diagnose the situation it saved me money and hassle of having my car towed to the garage. Yea Im their Webmaster but Im also a customer. Needed CV joints and control arms (ball joints shot) on my Honda Accord with over 300k miles on it (great car btw with good maintenance habits), still get 29 mpg. These guys squeezed me into their busy schedule, did the work and the car is great again. $55 labor rate for mechanical? their getting busy quick, better hurry and make an appointment.

I got my cars body kit fixed up at Advanced Collision. It looks amazing now! They did a great job. The only issue I had was that they forgot to call me and let me know it was finished and also didnt answer the phone for 3 days so that was kind of a let down but other than that, job well done.

I had a car towed by Carl from an accident in 2014. The car was totaled. The next day, I went to retrieve some items from the vehicle. As I was leaving, I called my stepdad to see if he could bring some tools over there when he got off work to get out a new stereo/dvd system that I had just put in the vehicle the week before. I was unable to do it myself. He agreed. About 4 hours later when he went to do so, the new stereo system was no longer in the vehicle. He confronted Carl and after a near showdown, it turned out one of the guys working for him had taken it. He claimed he saw me there earlier that day and thought I was done getting what I wanted from the vehicle. Either way- it was theft. Carl made the guy give the device to my stepdad. We were unclear on whether Carl knew that his employee had taken it, but I do know that Carl has been in some trouble with the law in the last few years in relation to the work he does. The whole place is very sketchy and far off the road. There were a few big German Shepherds roaming around also that did not seem friendly.

My motorcycle ran out of gas 1 mile away. I called and asked if I can walk there and purchase some gas. The owner insisted he send someone to drive out to me and I need not walk. I said okay and he mentioned “there will be a small charge for this” which I was fine with for saving me the walk. One mile and a half gallon of gas later, he tried to charge me $25 for “gas delivery” fee, let alone the price of the gas! Thankfully, there was a young employee who understood my frustration at not being told this beforehand. To the employee, thank you. To the owner, what a horrible way to do business...

I was going to this place before it became so popular! Now sometimes you have to wait abit to get your auto back, but you know that it is going to be done A+.From brakes to new radiator, etc. you always feel safe knowing he has been in on the repair. The worst customer service I have encountered. Drunk guy answers the phone and says 1:30am after I’ve waited 2 hoursHe then says they work with Amex and my service is covered but I owe 129 to tow 3.3 miles.This kind of behavior and business should never be tolerated and is a disgrace to small businesses world wide.

I have had work done by Carl and his team for many years. His body work is second to none. I highly recommend their mechanical services. He has maintained my diesel truck, BMW since new.Give him a call.

Been almost a month now and STILL havent gotten my car back. They keep saying itll be done by the end of each week but it never is. Also, they dont answer the phone a lot.. Wish I went somewhere else!

Dont use their service. I used their service for jump start on dec-06-2013. They arrived after 2 hours. After jump start is done I asked for a receipt so I can submit it to my auto insurance for reimbursement. Guy says I will receive receipt Monday so I provided my e-mail address. I havent received my receipt yet (almost 10 days). I call them couple of times, One of the lady again took my e-mail address and she said she will sent receipt but she never sent. I called after 2-3 days but no solution.It seems like I need to go to their shop for receipt! I will never use their service.

I have my Honda Accord paint fixed here. The price is fair and service is great. Very nice person.

After calling my Ins Co and waiting for 6 HOURS for 2 other tow trucks to arrive, (which they never did!!!) ACT was there when they said they would be. Kevin couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. He was a great driver and secured my Spyder on the truck very easily. We had a pleasant drive to the motorcycle dealership & he helped me out of the tow truck like a real Southern gentleman. Their tow truck was the easiest to get into & out of since it has an extra step!The only negative thing I would say is that the truck cab is old, really dirty inside, has a break all the way across the windshield from one side to the other, there was no AC and no working seatbelt on the passenger side. Since they restore cars to such beautiful condition, Im surprised that their tow truck is in such poor condition. Its not a good first impression.They were the ONLY local tow company who knew how to transport a Spyder or would even TOW a motorcycle! Thank you ACT for coming to my rescue.

Unfortunately a few weeks ago I was in a bad car accident, I gave one call to Carl at Advanced Collision & Towing and they took all my worries away. Advanced Collsion towed the car, worked everything out with my insurance company and did an excellent job on my car! I had just bought a Mazda rx7 off of Craigslist and dogged the heck out of it and learned that there were some things you had to do to a rotary to keep it in tip top shape(pre mix) and since it had 200 thousand miles on it it wasnt a fan of 9 thousand rpm and ended up excreeting oil out of what I guess would be the block. They were there on time and the only shop in the area that were competent when it came to rotary engines. 10/10 would recommend

OMFG this is the Fn worst mechanic ever I am serious when I say it took 1 month to do a serpentine belt replacement, and he ripped me off to boot $800 to replace a $40 belt, but after not having your car for a month you pay the RANSOM money, then I drive the car one day and the serpentine belt self destructed, oh Ill fix it in one day he said, 6 weeks later, I get my car back after a thousand phone calls, oh ill have it fixed today.......yes he had my cat for a total of 10 weeks, and he was driving my car too.....he had to replace a tire on my car (to replace a serpentine belt?) He also put the car on his computer ( for a serpentine belt?????) Note the tire dosent match the other tires , and when I got the car back the first time the check engine light was on i was able to clear that myself, the second time I got my car back. The electronic suspension is broken, the brakes service required light was on (the car had no brakes), the tire sensor was damaged on the tire he replaced, an the fender well was not replaced, causing an object to ge projected in to my radiator....causing a $1000 worth of damage.

Simply unprofessional. Do not know how to repair Dodge Vehicles, maybe anything else. Dont waist your time or money.

They are so well written that I decided to go there.My car got a small dent on its back bumper. Its a new car and my first car. I was so worried because Im still looking for job and money is tight. The guy from another bodyshop said he wouldnt just pop it out. He would do the re-paint and fix everything for $500!! I almost fainted. So.. I googled for another place and Advanced Collision showed up. To be honest, I was so scared while driving alone on the small road that looked like it was going into a wood. Im new to the US roads and towns. When I saw a bunch of cars parked in a wood, my mind screamed This looks like American horror movies! I should get out!!Im so glad I did not leave before talking to the people there. They are so nice!!! You can feel that Carl was being sincere and honest about the prices and all the options he provided. The mechanic finished repairing my car in less than 20 minutes. I was so happy and soooo relieved that I almost jumped and hugged the mechanic! Thank you so much!Being International students, there are a lot of things we dont know here. A good place to fix our cars is probably one of them. We relied mostly on Internet search. We dont know the town or the people and sometimes had no clue how much things supposed to cost around here. If you happened to find this on google search like I did, have no doubt! Just go there!I promised Carl that I would write a good review. My car looks like its never been hit. Very bad experience with this so called company was told that my vehicle would be picked up by 4:30 today after we had to call multiple times and every time we called it was going to be about 45 more minutes according to the shop owner. My vehicle was not picked up until 7:45. If there was a way to give negative stars I would. But the drive I feel sorry for him having to work for a company like this

They destroyed my friends car! They broke his front bumper and changed his clutch which made his car drive even worse!!! Dont go to these asses there con artists who destroy peoples things and then block there numbers when you try to call them!!!!!! 👎👎👎

This company is a joke . Not honest at all. I call for a tow . They tell me 5:20 . Then I get a all I can say is that they are flat out liars and cant be trusted I HIGHLY recommend no one do not use them to tow a vehicle ..they are liars and can not be trusted with your vehicle .
