Great experience! The staff are always friendly. The grooming services are quick and affordable! I was able to take my two dogs in for a walk in pawdicure.

Lacey in the grooming salon took care of my pups today and was so incredibly gentle and loving! They look amazing. You can tell she loves what she’s doing and great at what she does!

I took my dog Lola for her first ever nail grinding and she is not the greatest with strangers she gets very scared and skittish. They did an absolute amazing job they knew exactly how much love to give her and how much patience to give her to warm up they made her feel super comfortable and happy and as a dog mom that’s all I can ask for so I highly highly recommended here for any grooming service 10/10

If I could give 10 stars I would. Caitlin helped me with my 75 gallon aquarium and stand combo purchase and gave me the most incredible customer service experience. She and the other young lady went above and beyond assisting me with my purchase getting everything out to the SUV. They are definitely apart of a great customer service team and I will go out of my way to patron this particular store location in the future.

Everyone is very patient and helpful. Brought in a recent rescue who was very excited after spending a year and a half in a shelter. Very understanding staff. Mikey ( new dog) was well cared for.

I made a phone call to verify/inquire details about a specific reptile need and was very pleased with customer service rep. I arrived and was greeted and explained in detail the needs to take care of my reptile with the same love and attention I would want for myself. Thank you to Rebecca and all the staff that extended their above and beyond customer service this evening. Very much appreciated- it goes a long way. I will be back and pay it forward.

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. The employee was really busy but took the time out of her busy day to help and explain an item for me. Lines were long, but other cashiers jumped on and were quick after that.

First curbside order was a mess. Website didnt half work and then they could not get my prescription dog food approved in a fair amount of time. Then waited online for 20 minutes to get a rep to cancel the order. Never ever shop at this place. Their customer experience is horrible. There are better places to give your money.

The store seems clean, and most of the staff seems friendly. The Vet service in the rear of the store is very slow and over booked anytime I go with my pets. Get there early, and expect to stand waiting for 15 minutes if theres even a single person ahead of you, then another 10-15 to transition your pet to or from, and discuss payment, treatment, etc...Hope this benefits anybody that takes the time to read. Maybe your visit will be smoother if youre lucky.

Went in for fish tank decor and what not since I upgraded my tank size and needed some more substrate. Well I was greeted by one the best people in the world in the fish section. I had lots of questions for her about certain fish and snails and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She may not have had what I wanted there in store but her customer service was absolutely amazing!

The last three times Ive shopped here, the checkout line has been held up by the single cashier having an issue processing items. Help doesnt come for 5-15 minutes. Its not the cashiers fault - probably a preventable inventory issue - but Ive seen the line intersect with the Banfield line in the back.Also theyre almost always poorly stocked with Purina Pro Plan wet cat food.

Staff is friendly. They have a variety of birds, reptiles and fish, sometimes cats. Theres a puppy training area, grooming and a Banfield inside. Cleaner than other stores Ive been in. Jazlin did a great job on the grooming services.

I just adopted a Giant Day Gecko and I had never even considered one before so Im totally new to them. I spent over an hour on Google researching their care but Lydia was more helpful in 10 min in the store! She was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find everything I need to keep our new family member comfortable and healthy. The store was clean and welcoming. The associates were so helpful!

They support shelter and rescue animals in a big way, including providing a place we can show them for adoption. Our foster kitty Lyla is given a chance for a forever home here.

In these different than normal times PetSmart is doing great to accommodate people and their pets. Social distancing markers on the floor, wiped down carts, employees with masks, curbside available with a local/direct number. While were at home and trying to transition back to normal, my pets are able to still enjoy their food, treats and toys like nothing has happened.As always, the staff today was friendly, made sure I had all the assistance, answers and products needed. Great stores, good stuff. Now if my hair looked as well as my dogs then all things would be even better.

Store was okay. Felt like it was missing a lot of products. I only saw one employee and he was running the register. Coming from someone in a wheelchair, it made it impossible to buy dog food. I usually ask for assistance but that wasnt an option for me so I left without dog food and was forced to buy from another store where someone was available to help me.

We went to adopt a cat as we had to have ours euthanized recently. The person responsible could not get the 2 cats we were interested in out of their 2 foot square cage. Of course they are afraid, but her reason is she was not familiar with those cats Shame on her at least 1 of them couldve had a home.

I really want to be able to take my dogs here for grooming. The prices are hard to beat. However, this is twice now that I have made an appointment on the phone, only to bring my dogs in and be told they aren’t on the schedule. Whoever is booking the appointments doesn’t know how to confirm these things. I’ll spend more $$ elsewhere for the piece of mind to know my dogs actually have an appointment.

Dani in grooming is rude and passive aggressive to customers. I noticed is rough on dogs unless the owner is there. She ignored me twice on two different occasions when trying to get a service for my pet. If they are overwhelmed then maybe more people should be hired who want a job to reduce there lack of the already strained customer service. There also needs to be more training on customer service at this location. It happens way too many times.

Great location and staff. I just wish they offered more variety/lower cost options. However, we can always find something that meets our needs. Looking at all the animals is my sons favorite. The grooming salon is great, too!

This is the best PetSmart Ive used throughout my years of having pets. The staff at this location are so dedicated to their work and really care about helping and the animals in their care and the ones they meet. They also have a great return policy when youre cat is a little too rough with its toys. They have new stuff all the time and the staff is so nice and knowledgeable. Two different staff members were extremely helpful when I had to change my cats food twice due to her sensitive stomach. I definitely recommend making your pets happy by going here.

The store is always clean and well organized. They have most of what Ive wanted for our two dogs. Overall, nice store and what youd expect from a local pet shop. We shop here 1-2 times a month.

Exceptional service tonight. No less than 5 associates, working in the aisles, asked if they could help me find something. When I did ask for help it was prompt and knowledgeable. Someone also loaded my dog food in the car. Good job.

Good service from “Mary” who has worked there decades, I think. Every time I visit they seem to be doing some work to benefit nonprofit animal support services. Fast checkout. Large inventory. Mostly, it’s what Roth noting that customers, staff and visiting pets were all cheerful. While we shopped, a young child started banging on the fish tanks. Mary quickly used a “positive approach” to stop the behavior and educate the child. Very impressive. We don’t have many pet stores in our area to compare this one to, but I can’t imagine what this store could have done to improve their performance. It’s a big box store with a mom and pop feel.

Great PetSmart location with a nice selection of pet supplies for a good price. Its great their loyalty program has benefits in terms of savings now. The Banfield here is amazing. Awesome staff.

This Apex location is particularly nice. The floor is arranged more efficiently, the aquatics section looks more presentable and in order, etc. We also found a great sale on a jumbo dog bed/pillow that wasnt happening at either of the two other locations we visited that day. The two aquatics employees we were helped by seemed knowledgeable and very nice. Much better than my local (Sanford) Petco, in terms of variety and presentation. Will prefer this location from now on.

We have been taking our Dogs to Banfield for 15 years. Always great service, compassionate care and fair prices. Totally worth it.

They forgot about my dog when I took her in for grooming. She was locked in a cage in the back for over 8 hours. They seemed somewhat sorry when I enquired and they realized what happened. They offered a free flea shampoo treatment but I dont think she got it because it was the end of the day at that point and were rushed.

This is a great petsmart compared to others in surrounding area. The Employees know a lot about the animals but you can see some animal abuse because of the VERY small cage size for example a bearded dragon should receive over 50 gallons of space and it is receiving less than 2 gallons.

I walked in and a nice lady approached me. All I needed was a collar that would stop my boxer from jumping and pulling. She knew exactly what I needed! (Even gave me a heel tip) I ended up w a wonderful harness.

We love taking our mini schnauzer here for grooming. Good consistent crew working there.

I always find the staff attentive and willing to help. As far as big chain stores go I feel they do a great job to keep customers happy and coming back.

I have a 55 gallon Top Fin aquarium which has been great since my purchase. Last night, as I was doing a water change, I noticed my temperature was a little low. Knowing it was past store hours there wasn’t much I could do but recheck in the morning. I woke up this morning, and my temperature was still low. I looked at my heater, which appeared to be on, only to find out I could not see the heat waves coming off of it. I then stuck my hand in to feel it and it was not giving off any heat. I had to go to work this morning, so I turned the heat in my house up to 73-75, and immediately after work I went to PetSmart. The team and manager were so amazing about assisting me and making sure to rectify my situation as seamlessly as possible. Long story short, this evening my heater was replaced, it is hooked up, and soon my fish and aquarium should be back to the 75° I keep it at. Just want to say thank you for all of your help, and also helping me with ideas for cat food for our picky eater.

Good place to take your dog to get dog food. The selection of natural food is much better than it used to be. We have taken our puppy to get groomed and theyve done a great job 3 times in a row so far. The training classes with Kristen are worth it, my dog will be a better dog with the training time and socialization hes getting there.

Staff is very friendly, always ready to offer advice and give belly rubs. Unfortunately, I have to dock a star due to the promotion of choke chains, e-collars, prong/pinch collars, invisible fences, etc. For a more humane alternative store, check out Unleashed of Cary, right down the road!

I have a Cavalier King Charles. I took him in for grooming this past weekend. When I went in to pick him up I was informed she couldnt trim his 2nd ear because he was biting her. I was shocked since I never had this issue in the past. After looking at my dog I now see why. The groomer cut his whiskers and cut into his snout. They tried to tell me this was standard and normal. Well then please explain why in 9 years youve never cut it before? Perhaps because youre not supposed to and their faces NEVER need trimming!!! Theres visible damage to his snout area.. Well now I know why he was trying to bite you!! NEVER will I visit this salon for grooming or any of my pet needs again

Recently Ive been finding myself disappointed with the selection of dog toys. I have an aggressive chewer and toys that are supposedly meant for tough chewers (usually a big dog) my miniature schnauzer can destroy some of them with in a week. Once he didnt even make it through the door before destroying a toy. The prices are also, in my opinion, a bit much. I recently purchased 3 toys for the price of one at petsmart and they are the exact same toy and brand. That aside the staff has been friendly and do their best to make recommendations.
