My experience was amazing. Very quick as a number of employees were all ready to serve you. Chris was who served me and my car. He was just an amazing guy, changed my mood and perception. Very quick and speedy service! Front service desk was kind enough to offer us a coupon for the oil change. Waiting area was pretty small, definitely bring a mask. We were charged for a vacuum cleaning (which we didn’t ask for) and we hardly noticed any difference.

5 stars for the amazing service. They were friendly, helpful, and informative. Also I noticed that they were all in a good mood, I witnessed them laughing with each other and enjoying jokes as they worked on my car. I really liked the fun environment they had and I hope they dont stop. Definitely will come back.

I got my state inspection done here. The staff was very friendly and polite. They were quick with the inspection as well. The inside seating area was clean as well.

Received absolutely terrible service. Went in for inspection and normal oil change. All seemed normal. After being there a little while, saw the car pulled out front but no one let us know anything. Figured paperwork was being done, waited about 20 minutes then inquired about what was going on and was told the car had been ready. A little frustrating, but moved on, then got to check-out and found out they were out of regular oil and had performed a synthetic oil change for $100. At no point did anyone mention they were out of regular oil and that it would have to be synthetic. Absolutely would not have had the service at this location. Refused to discount and gave us a hard time about it. The person at check-out said we should have been told, but we werent. I would steer clear of this location as they are not informing customers theyre about to be charged $70 more than expected for a routine oil change.

They are now charging $100 for an oil change, first of all. I was the only customer there, no other cars in the bays. There were about 6 employees standing around my car talking. After I drove away, I noticed that the car had not been vacuumed. I looked at my receipt and it said that I had declined the vacuum and the window wash. I had not. I do not trust that they checked all the fluids now.

I come from Raleigh just to use this Jiffy Lube because its the best one Ive ever been to. Been here twice and both experiences have been stellar, will continue to return for all of my car related needs.

I met the new manager, Tae, who is very helpful and friendly. I went for service at 9:30 a.m. and was done in 30 minutes. Oil change & filter, checked all fluids and tires. Very reasonable. I will return for the next oil change.

This was the kindest Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. They opened every door as we walked in and out. Even vacuumed my car just to be nice! And no wait! Will 100% go back to this one every time.

It was Sunday and most businesses were closed. I needed to do state inspection for my vehicle and found this place is open on Sundays too. I decided to pull into this Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed and to my surprise, Chris greeted me in the parking lot 5 minutes before they opened. He told me that they’d open shortly and he and the other team members would provide services to my car.Chris shared the options of oil for my car and he provided a brief description of each product and how they differ.Once finish, they pulled my car up and told me it was ready. This is the best customer service I’ve ever received at an establishment such as this.The customer service that was rendered to me at this location was outstanding. Chris did a phenomenal job and I wish all CSP’s were attentive to their customers the way he was. You can tell those who enjoy what they do.I’ll be back! Apex Laura Village Jiffy Lube tire service is a joke. I pulled in to get assistance on a flat. Was told they can not plug it, can not patch it, can not replace it. They could only put air in it. But happy to pull it off to see what is wrong.I explained the Cary store has always taken care of me and my tires. They said they are not Cary and have no equipment like them. This forced me to visit Quick Lube accross the street. I have been a Loyal Jiffy Lube Customer for years, now I am hurt and disappointed it a time of need. They really let me down.

Currently waiting 20 min for my car thats already finished, its waiting outside for me and I just need to pay....great service right.

Got both cars oil changed in a little of no time. The staff was very friendly.

I would not recommend this place. Their aftermarket filters does not seal up to the filter housing adapter causing leaks. Further their lift cannot lift a full-size SUV for tire rotation. Nor do they top off nitrogen tires. If you drive a beater this place may work for you. Newer vehicles forget it.

Super fast. Super friendly. Super professional. An outstanding gentleman named Chris helped me. I spent about a half hour from when I drove into the parking lot until I was leaving. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube, of the half dozen I have been to in the past 9 years, this is the best one by far.

Rude technicians that have poor communication with their customers

I had an issue with another Jiffy Lube and was advised by the District Manager to go to this location to get it right. Corey, the manager went out of his way to take care of things and make it right. Also offered a FREE oil change next time for any of my vehicles. He knows how to manage a business and understands what Customer Service is. Highly recommend going to this location.

My teenage daughter went to get the Jeep inspected. They did a good job and didnt try to talk her into an oil change or some service that was unnecessary. That was nice. They werent terribly busy and got it done quickly.

Ive not written a review before but the service was so good here today that I wanted to make sure to note it. I arrived at the place to get the state inspection (no appointment needed) and they took the vehicle from me right at the front door before I had to park and drove it around themselves. They opened the front door for me and told me where the bathroom and coffee was. I verified it would take about 20-30 minutes and asked if I could walk to the Taco Bell across the street while they worked. The nice woman at the counter said she wanted to check and make sure the lights were working properly first so they could notify me if anything needed replacing while I was gone. She ran out and checked with the crew and let me know the lights were good to go and everything would be ready when I returned. I went and ate and 15 minutes later came back to the vehicle already being done. She saw me coming and came and opened the door for me and asked how my lunch was. She was extremely nice as she rang everything up and they give you a coupon book for return trips. A younger male worker opened the door as I was leaving and was polite and said to let them know if I needed anything else and that theyd see me next time. And after this experience, they will. I was pleasantly surprised.

This was my first experience with this Jiffy Lube and I was very pleased with my experience. Friendly, curious and helpful and a fast turn around time.Coupons were applied before I even asked. I had an oil change and a tire rotation.At previous drive thru services I was always told I needed to change my oil at 3000 miles.....and I would ask even for a synthetic oil? Answer was always yes. I googled it and asked multiple people and that is totally untrue.I will be back to the Jiffy Lube I Apex for my oil changes in the future.

Loved this place! They applied my groupon, did everything including oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation, glass treatment and even vacuuming all in front of me! Im impressed by their service. Probably took about 15 minutes! Excellent service and I definitely recommend!

Been here off and on through the years. Avg experience. But last 2 visits in July 2018 were remarkable. First visit was great. Young man was friendly, chatty, helpful and even gave me a couple coupons to use. Second visit a week later was different. Same guy was rude, curt and tried to cheat me.Went in for oil and inspection. When complete, paid the bill and was given a receipt but no inspection sheet. I asked for it and was told, Its in the car. It wasnt, so I went back in and asked for it again. This time the guy said, You have a blown fuse so our equipment couldnt connect and we didnt do the inspection. Yet he charged me for it and lied about doing it. Only after I persisted did he admit it wasnt done and void the original charge.If I had not pushed, I wouldnt have discovered the problem until I tried to renew the car registration. Then would have had to return and try to reconcile, hopefully before incurring the expired registration penalty. I tried to surmise why this guy was so different from one week to the next. I could only think of one thing. The second visit I was wearing a Make America Great Again ballcap.Perhaps this was relevant... perhaps not. But the fact is that the guy charged me for work that wasnt done, lied to me about it and tried to send me away. I wrote Jiffy Lube corporate before posting this public review, but received no response from them. I thought you folks should know. There are lots of places that do oil changes and inspections.

They wore gloves and masks where Jiffy Lube in Holly Springs did not. Good job Jiffy Lube Apex!

Update: I took the car back yesterday. They looked at it again and tightened everything down and so far no leak. For now im going to raise the rating to 3 stars because they did look at and fix the problem this time. They would have earned a 4 for 5 star had I not had to take it back a second time.I suggest you dont go here. They changed the oil in my wifes Mazda and it leaked right after that. She took it back and they said it was the transmission leaking. Really do you guys think Im gonna believe that. Tried calling several times and all I get is a busy signal. Just stay away.

I will NEVER return to Jiffy Lube in Apex i got my services done on december 21st to get only an oil change later on that night my oil light and my maintenance required light was on had to come back to jiffy lube to see that they never reset my dashboard and that wasnt the case due to my car still acting up after my service was done they left my battery Post loose and all my lights came on my dashboard smh, just the other day while on my way to get food and my car died on me due to the batterie post and my computer not knowing if it wants to work or shut down they gave me someone elses recipe with there information on it with my signature on it they lied on the recipe saying my transmission fluid was ok and it was not i would never recommend this jiffy lube

Car failed inspection due to an o2 sensor. Part was immediately ordered and changed within the hour. After driving the drive cycle, car passed. Employees were helpful, efficient and knowledgable !!

I strongly DO NOT recommend this place. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and when they were finished, it was returned to me with a broken window. The mechanics denied they broke it and the company refuses to take full responsibility for the damage. It was the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with.

I have a feeling Jiffy Lube is running an ongoing scam on its customers. $70 air filters, paying for work that wasnt done, giving car advice when they know nothing about cars. Please be careful of Jiffy Lube.

These guys failed to replace the plastic shield that keeps road debris from under the engine. I learned of this when going to a local shop for service. Like many places, other charges were added on when I went in with the groupon. Yeah, won’t be back there...

These guys were awesome. 15 minutes I was in and out of there with an oil change. They were polite and just got the job done without messing around. Very satisfied. They checked my air filters and I hear somethign Ive never heard at a chain before. He said this filter looks pretty good still, you could probably go another oil change before getting a new one. Sounds like theyve been working on their reputation and doing things the right way.

I literally rated this place 5 stars when I walked in, then the dude try to screw me by piling services on you dont need. I cant stand shops that do that, go somewhere else. This place is a racket.

Had a great experience here - very fast and friendly service. They keep the place clean too which alot of shops dont. It was one of the only places open on Sunday for an oil change, but Ill be going here from now on.

*****Zero star rating***** I have a 2016 Nissan Rogue. February 11th 2017 I had the oil changed.... Well today 7-8-2017 I changed the oil myself, only to find the original manufacturer oil filter still on the car!!!! The oil was as black as black can be. ( yes it could have just been normal use ) but with the filter not getting changed, who knows if the oil was changed or has 10,000 miles on it??? I believe the oil was not changed. Recently upon start up the car valves have had a rattling sound and now that I changed the oil and filter, the noise is gone. What scares me the most is, how much damage was done by jiffy lube, not changing the oil? I expect a shorter engine life now. I brought the original Nissan filter into the the store and the manager was in disbelief but refunded my invoice completely. I am thankful for the refund but again, how much damage is done to the engine at this point? Newer cars have very small oil ports and oil changes are quite important. It cost a whole lot more than $90 for an engine. I have heard of this type of work or lack of, with other oil change places but I didnt think this would happen at jiffy lube. I wonder how often this has happened and to who? I am fortunate to be able to work on my own cars.The point is...... I have 4 vehicles and will never be back for service. Lost my business for sure. I will do it my self from now on.Bring your vehicles to a trusted mechanic you know or at least has a friends recommendation.

Been once, and it was a good experience. They didnt push any products or additional services, which one would expect from places like this. They were knowledgeable and quick. Definitely giving them a second shot, and hoping I can keep going back.

I was very pleased they let me know about all of the services they offer and not only did they changee my oil the guy up front Sam let me know my manufacturer recommendation ( who h I knew nothing about ) tires rotated clean air filter new oil vacuum my floors and a lol sticker to remind me of my next oil change right next to a carwash. I WILL BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION BEST SERVICE EVER !

Store manager greeted me int he parking lot and based on the history of my visits, he recognized the reason for the visit and performed the services. It was good experience.

I just went to this Jiffy Lube today. They were very pleasant and fast, however they failed to re-secure the cover over the oil drain before we left. Driving home had very loud noises coming from under the hood and found the cover dragging with only 1 screw attached. Went to this Jiffy Lube before and had them forget to tighten the oil drain before I left. Found a large oil spill on my driveway one hour after returning from my oil change. They seem so focused on getting you in and out that they forget the very basics. Would not recommend if you want worry free service.

This Jiffy Lube has changed management over the last year and a half and has been great every time I go. I will admit it used to be bad but it has gained me back as a customer due to just needing a quick oil change one day. The prices are competetive and they put value to the service. All those old posts must not have been here in a while.

I took my car in today for an oil change and tire rotation. The person checking cars in wanted me to get brake fluid changed, air filter etc. Denied these repairs and just wanted oil and tires rotated . Long story short, I went to lunch across the road, (they knew), and found my car outside in a Jiffy . This is because they could not find the tool to remove the tires? They looked everywhere, glove box, etc, apparently however not in the instruction book in the glove box. The tool is with the spare which I found in 20 seconds, as described in the manual. Now I need to go somewhere else for this to be done. If they would have called me, I could have found it for them. Poor resolution of a problem, but since this is an extremely popular car. Lexus 350, would like to think someone there knows the basics about the car

Well Ive had good experiences here in the past. However, I am very displeased with the way the treated my wife the other day. She went in to get an inspection. They would not pass her unless she bought wiper blades. Long story short, they charged her $85 for the inspection and wiper blades.For a point of reference, just a week before, they inspected my 25 year old beater car with 3 year old wiper blades without a problem. This mistreatment of female customers is dispicable. They can kiss my business goodbye.

I am not a complaint writer but I have to complain from my two experiences with this Jiffy Lube. The first time I went in for an oil change. They asked me if I also wanted them to fill anitfreeze, wind shield wiper fluid ect. I said no. When I go to pay for it my oil change went from $55 to $120 dollars( $30 was for an inspection) I asked why the price was so high they lied and said that they needed more oil. When I got home I found they had filled the fluids even though I told them no and then charged me for it. Today I had learned my lesson. I only went for an inspection to renew my car. I knew it was $30. I they came out twice asking if I wanted my wipers changed, I said no. They asked if I wanted my antifreeze filled. I said no I dont think that is part of the inspection. When I go to pay they charge me $40. I said I thought it was only $30. They said North Carolina has a new law about inspecting tinting that cost another $10. I looked it up online when I got home. THEY LIED! DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMPANY!!!! THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS

Oil change. Fast and good!

First time here I used a Groupon, so $36 for an oil change, tire rotation, etc.. Unfortunately, they failed to put one of my hub caps back on, so it fell off in the street. I got home and discovered the missing parts of my car and had to retrace my route to find it = no time saved from doing the change myself.Second time here I $80+ for a simple oil change w/o a Groupon. An extra $20 for high mileage oil which costs the same price as the other oil at the store. Of course, none of the prices are listed, so when I agreed to the high mileage oil, I had no idea it would cost so much. Nor did they inform me that the different oil would cost any more.Definitely not going to Jiffy Lube ever again and will be changing my own oil for
