We’ve had our ups and downs but they have worked to sort things out it seems. I’ve had a lot of marketing companies. If you think the grass is greener because your buddy told you you may want to reconsider. Sometimes the grass isn’t greener. All the same. You must stay on people and tell them what you need. These other startups out there that have poles up with weird names I would be careful. Lots of mad people writing fake reviews I can tell. If you don’t like them, just fire them. They will hand back what is yours. FYI. GSuite licenses are NOT $6. Jennifer is an absolute masterpiece. Again. Not happy? Fire them. And move on. Don’t bad mouth them. You can get in trouble for that. Oh and Jennifer works until 8,9,10 pm at night.

Autoshop Solutions was once a great company to deal with however they now have a lot of turnover and their pricing has gone sky high! If you are a big company you might use a lot of their marketing services if not....get set for a lot of fluff that a lot of small companies will not need or use for $100 per month just to host a web site! Danny has sure lost sight of the little guy customer. They shut down and transferred my domain with no warning (yes my bill was always paid) and no information of the account they set up so I could access it. Still waiting to hear what has happened to the second domain I own. The Onboarding Specialist has not even a clue that there are 2 domains. Heaven forbid that I actually be contacted by an accound manager or any manager at all. Thats what happens when you are a customer for 6 years! UPDATE: I posted this review 4 months ago and no one from Autoshop has responded to this review!!!! SAD!!!!

I made a switch to a different company. Autoshop solutions made me feel very uncomfortable on how they handle business. I was spending thousands of dollars on ppc was little return when I asked to see the google analytics they told me they couldnt show me. They bill directly for everything even though the company im with now charges me separately for the ppc management and I got a separate bill from google for ppc. So i know 100% of my money is going towards my campaign. They were charging me 15$ for Gsuite emails when I couldve got it directly from google for 6$. Their websites are mediocre. I hope they change their business practices because everything theyre doing is mis leading.

I signed up for their program and paid for the setup. Three months later, I started getting bills for the monthly service but had not even gotten a web page yet, let alone any advertising. They rushed one together (just an outline) and said they can do nothing and still get paid. I asked for a refund and was denied.

We are new to Autoshop Solutions. EVERYTHING that has been promised, has been delivered. No missed assignments. No missed deadlines. No forgotten details. No apologies. No problems. No worries. Not perfect, but I would have to search for something to criticize.These are the nicest people ... every contact is pleasant!

Great team of skilled professionals, exceptional customer service!

I would not only never recommend this company to anyone, but strongly advise against it.The websites(2) they created were not up to date, were not secure, always problems with posting/correcting every blog post, missing title meta tags, double confusing meta tags, and slow customer service. you could never get hold of anybody, and when they call back they have no answers. When I finally bought myself out of my contract early, all back services stopped or failed and one of the websites went down. Their entire SEO is based on 2 keywords and when asked for making certain changes, which were supposed to be included, would be asked for extra money. If I hadnt driven my blog, the pages would have sat entirely stagnant the entire year. It took my new team more than a month to fix and rewrite these totally, technologically out dated pages. The only thing that saved me was the fact that I have Auto Repair in my company name.

These guys have taken my online presence to a whole new level.
