My experience with Peak suites has been Awesome!Recently needed to find a short term place at last minute. Mark kept me informed during the whole process and made it very simple. The place was just perfect and so comfy.Mark went above and beyond. He is very professional & he is also a genuine good person I feel grateful I picked up the phone and spoke with him!I will be using Peak Suites in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a short term place. My husband and I stayed with Peak Suites while house hunting. We are from out of state and unfamiliar with the area. Our furnished apartment became our oasis...a relief at the end of busy days. The location at Tryon Place couldn’t have been more convenient...we loved it. Any questions or needs we had were quickly answered by Mark and Shannon...so very different than staying at a hotel. The apartment was furnished nicely and the full kitchen almost made me want to cook...almost. Sitting on the balcony was delightful, and we used it everyday. It’s difficult to find furnished apartments that will rent month to month, and we were very pleased Peak Suites was recommended to us. I’d choose this over a hotel any day! Thank you Peak Suites!

I moved last minute as a short term relo and Peak Suites went above and beyond to make everything easy within a very short turnaround time. Their corporate housing is beautiful and incredibly clean and they respond immediately to any questions/services requests. The owner Mark and his team are great to work with and you wont get better service or physical amenities anywhere else.

I rented a 1 fully furnished, bedroom apartment for 4 months with Peak Suites due to a relocation. Overall, my experience with great. So much better than an extended stay hotel. They were very professional and responsive to my needs. If an issue arose, they addressed it promptly.

Great job by Peak Suites. Very easy to work with and we moved in a matter of days. Every expectation was met and I would highly recommend this company and would use again.
