Excellent service. Repair done on time as scheduled. Reasonable price for repair. Associate was knowledgable, courteous and friendly. Was able to schedule S7 Edge battery replacement online and got a $10 off coupon for doing so! If anything breaks, like back glass, during battery change THEY pay and replace! This did NOT happen in our case 🙂, but it was comforting to know. Thanks to Batteries +/We Fix It, I dont need to waste money on a new expensive phone! Loved not having to have my phone sent away to some far off repair center and waiting days or weeks for a simple repair. One hour and I was back in business!

They did great. One hour and I got my battery and screen replaced. When I when to pick it up, the touch screen wouldn’t work, so they got another screen on it in 20 minutes and works perfectly! Was not their fault that it happened but they apologized and were completely professional! Great prices too. 160 for screen AND Battery will be coming back!

Prices seem reasonable for iphone repairs, and turnaround time was pretty quick. They were able to diagnose my phone and even when it ended up not being repairable, they charged me for labor but not the replacement parts. (phone wont charge - turns out the logic board is broken) Also, they let me use the replacement battery long enough to get my data backed up. And, I got to pick up some light bulbs I needed while I was there =)

Never have had to have my battery in my iPhone replaced, but mine would not hold a charge for half a day. Recommended here by a family member and was very satisfied. Very polite staff, very efficient and it only took the time to repair my phone that they quoted me. In and out in under 20 minutes. Thats service!!!!! I love that you can schedule your appointment, and that they have the work done in just 15 minutes, and they check everything out on the phone, too, and give you a summary of its condition. Great service and repair, I needed a new battery and the power button replaced. They had the battery in stock, but had to order the power button. The power button came in the next day, I dropped my phone off to them and two hours later I had my phone back and everything is working fine.

First of all, the store opened 1 hour later than the time indicated on the front door. The first replacement battery that the technician put in my phone did not work at all. I was told that the store did not have another one but another location did. After about 15 more minutes, another battery magically appeared and was installed in my phone. So far, so good.

Got a battery replaced in my sons iPhone 6. Walked in without an appointment and walked out 30 minutes later with with a new battery in the phone. Services was awesome! These guys know what theyre doing!

Being ever so careful I replaced my phone battery only to wipe out the camera & light (cable I assume). when it came time to replace my wifes I knew I was not going to touch that one, (I am slow but not stupid) she would have killed me if everything didnt work. I took it to Batteries Plus Blubs and for a very reasonable fee had her battery replaced. They preformed a pre/post repair phone test and every thing worked just as it did before. Thanks to that made the repair as you will see me in the future.

Let me start off by saying people that worked there were very nice. Now for my problem....I dropped my phone off to have screen replaced upon picking it up after the repair I noticed my phone was glitchy and the colors were muted, so they said would try a different screen so waited for them to do it again upon picking it up the second time colors are still muted and the touch screen is not working as it should.I will change this rating if they can resolve the issue.

I had batteries replaced on 2 iPhones. The service was fast and friendly! And while I could have had this done cheaper at an Apple store (thanks to Apples current discount on this service,) the wait time to get an appointment there was at least a week, and the drive would have been 40 minutes round trip. Batteries Plus is 5 minutes from my house, I scheduled the appointment online only an hour in advance, dropped the phones off, ran an errand, and both phones were ready in less than 30 minutes. And by scheduling online, I got a $10 coupon for the service. (Though you might want to call first to be sure they have the appropriate battery in stock.)

Seemed like this type of battery was never in stock. I requested one from another city. Went back to the store to find out it was never shipped. So I took matters into my own hands and went and got it.

I was able to schedule an appt for my phone service online within 24 hours. When i arrived to the store, the technician was very polite and professional. He explained the process to me and gave me an accurate time frame for the repair to be completed ( approx 15-20 mins) . when i returned to the store my phone was ready and good to go!

Wow, great service! In a matter of a day, I accidentally dropped my phone and broke the glass. I brought my phone to Batteries, etc. and they fixed it in an hour. I now have my phone backwith a new glass. I couldn’t be happier.

Great service! Great store!Seriously a must for ANY lightbulb or ANY battery needs. The in-store displays give you comparisons of light tones and lumes. Knowing what bulb to buy completely changed the look and feel of our bathrooms.

The store had the parts in stock, took them less than an hour to get it done, did a good installation job, and communicated well.The Rayovac battery itself is a little disappointing. It is short on the capacity. Its supposed to be a 3600mAh battery, but AccuBattery is reporting 3370mAh after 4 deep charges; 6% less right from the beginning. I was expecting it to come in closer to nominal.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6splus. I called ahead of time - they said they had a battery in stock and it would take about 20 minutes to replace. I went in, gave them my phone, waited around 10 minutes and they were finished. Very easy, fast, and very polite.

Unfortunately my iPhone screen now has a heightened bright spot and the colors are not quite right anymore after a screen replacement. Employee said that my frame had been to damaged, so I guess I’ll take his word for it.
