I am happy to write this review about Andrea Sauls in particular, because she gives us 100% on every encounter that we have. She is always easy to reach and friendly, no matter how “frustrated” we-the-callers are. (It is seldom that we are calling to say “Gee, everything is just fine in our building today.”) Andrea does a really good job at follow up …I think of the times when she has gently reminded one of us that a response is past due, and keeps us on task. She and her team do whatever is needed to keep us in compliance with the myriad of covenants and rules and inspections that seem overwhelming at times. They MANAGE the day to day operations so smoothly so we can focus on our own businesses.Andrea has done a great job meeting our collective needs in taking the time to get bids when work needs to be done. The lowest bid is not always the best quality bid, and she recognizes the value that some vendors add.Weve worked with Andrea since before January 2017 and this Google review gives us a chance to show our appreciation for her being someone we can count on to get the job done for us!
