I was very disappointed. The lady was clearly rushing when she cut my sons hair and became visibly frustrated when I showed her the lumps in the blending and the uneven bangs.

Im rating based on overall experience, this place has some pros and cons. First of all I had very long waiting time due to staff shortage on that day. However overall service was good when they took me on chair. They asked questions what kind of cut I want and they did..else location is convenient. Prices are bit more than average I feel..

What an adventure :(Showed up for my haircut, the place is nice and quiet. Wow, this should be a breeze, I think.It all started in the middle of my haircut - the power went out for three to four minutes. Finally the power comes back on and the haircut is resumed.When the time comes to pay, the stylist sees the computer is not on, so I am unable to use my debit card. No worries, we wait five minutes for the system to boot. I see the system is stuck on a text screen, the system apparently is having communication issues on the network with a remote server. The stylist is not computer savvy at all and says I will reboot it again.This process is repeated two more times as the network connectivity issue persists. Eventually, I express my desire to leave as I have been waiting almost 20 minutes. She casually informs me that I cannot go, she will be short, and I need to pay. But I only have my debit card, I explain. She wants me to drive away, go to an ATM, and then come back and pay (full price, no less, no discount offered). I explain that my bank ATM is not that close, and anyhow, why should I have to go out of my way for an issue with their system. Eventually, I am trying to troubleshoot her system and locate a number to help her get in touch with support. She calls the manager after this does not work out, who reiterates I must pay and is sorry for the system being down.I told her that she should comp my cut, I have been waiting for over 30+ minutes at this point, and she refuses. I asked for a steeper discount, I will have my wife drag our kid out in the rain and cold to bring cash and get the transaction sorted. The most she can do is 20%. I countered with 50%. She said that is too steep. I explained she will lose a customer and this is very short-sighted of her. She did not express any interest in caring about my position.Eventually, my wife did show up and I paid with my measly 20% discount for all the inconvenience.In short, to absolve oneself of direct responsibility and disregard my time due to their own technical and personal issues is (in my opinion) insane and super poor customer service. The manager had a terrible attitude and I will never go to this location again.

Maria is absolutely wonderful! I started by bringing my youngest son in, and from there we have had two more family members return to Maria for her amazing skills and even more amazing personality. She mentioned to me that she had been cutting hair for 30 years and it shows! The haircuts and styling that the three of us have received over the past few weeks have been the BEST in my life. That includes over-priced salons in Los Angeles. I’m not sure how the other stylists are, but I can say that if you get a chance to let Maria work her magic - you won’t regret it!Another mention, I’ve noticed that sometimes there is high demand for this salon. I’ve never had a problem with booking online and coming in, but if you walk in and there is no immediate availability - it is WORTH the wait.

I had an appt and called before that time to say Id be 2-3 minutes late. The rep told me that that would be ok and I still get my slot. When I got there she told me that since I was late she booked 2 other people for my slot and Id have to wait at least 1/2 an hour to be seen. When I reminded her that i had the appt and what she said on the phone, her reply was oh well, you can wait or come back later. When I said I cant do that she said ok whatever goodbye. I have never been there before and will surely not recommend her to anyone.

Wow, as a long time customer here, things have gone down hill dramatically. Received absolutely TERRIBLE service by a person named Angie Martinez. She obviously was in a bad mood. We talked about how I wanted to have my hair cut, then did the exact opposite. I wanted a dry cut, which is stated on my file in the computer--which she checked first. Then grabbed the water and sprayed my hair wet! I asked her not to cut the front/top, she immediately cut the top-- scary.. No friendly conversation or conversation at all. DONT GO HERE! Couldnt get out of there fast enough!!!

There is a lady there that is pregnant there raging at the world that she is there by herself after 5pm. Not only was she unprofessional. She was carelessly swing her hair dryer around hitting me the back of the neck and shoulder a few times. She was rushing the whole time. I should have waited for Erica, the other person who was working with her this morning. Erica was trying her best to balance the other others rude behavior.

Gulay is awesome she has been doing my hair for awhile now, she does color and cut and I would highly recommend her shes at the Morrisville store!

I have been coming here for about 7 months. I always use the app on my phone to check in, thus I wait no more than 5 minutes when I arrive. The people are always friendly, always attentive, and are very receptive to those little touch ups at the end. I dont have a complicated cut, but they go the extra mile to make sure it is just right. I have had 3-4 different people cut my hair, review is the same for all of them. I will continue to use their services (I come in about every 2.5 - 3 weeks)

I have been to many SuperCuts in NC and in NJ. By far, the best stylist is Erica who trimmed and touched up my undercut, she knew exactly what I was asking for (even though I am new to the undercut and wasnt sure of the terms myself!). She will be the first stylist at Supercuts here in NC that I will actively request for future styles!!

I take getting my hair cut very serious. I waited until the 3rd haircut before leaving a review. My son and I both go here. Weve lived in the area for 4yrs. Whitley has cut my hair twice and another gentleman once. They both did exactly what I asked for and didnt take a super long time doing so. The prices are fair, the stylists are respectful, the establishment is always well kept and clean.Also, the prices on their products they offer in store arent ridiculous. I bought Tea Tree shampoo for the same price Id have paid on Amazon... Id recommend giving this place a shot, Im glad we did.

I went here about a week ago and just had to post a review! I cannot remember my stylists name, I think it was Whitley or Whitney, but she was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly and got my hair exactly right. I have had bad experiences with Supercuts at some other locations, but this location always seems to get it right for me. I had people complimenting my hair the next day asking where I got it done, and they were shocked to learn it was cut at Supercuts because they claimed it looked salon quality. I agree. Overall quick but fantastic experience.

After a detail conversation with, I believe it was Kathryn (bad with names Im sorry), letting her know my likes and dislikes about how my hair falls and how I would like to see it; she was able to deliver. After styling my hair at home, it was light and bouncy, didnt drag. Thank you!

I brought my son for a haircut. We were in a hurry to leave so I didnt notice until we got in the car. It was extremely uneven and choppy. Definitely the worst cut hes ever had. I went back a few days later and they charged $10 to fix it. The second stylist did a better job but it still wasnt great and she rushed through it.Id love to discuss it further if you would provide me with your email I can share those details you need to look him up.

I gave this a five stars( it should be a one star) because I wanted people to see this I don’t remember the hair dresser name but I got some layers in my hair and it look like a three year old cut my hair never mind layers more like chunks of my hair gone 😪😪😫😫😫😣😖😤😤😤😢🙁🙁

Katie did an amazing job on my haircut. I gave her a picture to get an idea of what I was going for and she nailed it. It was totally different than how I looked walking in and I’m really happy with the way it came out, I’ll definitely be back.

This place is a joke! My regular hair salon is under construction and I needed a quick trim and color so I thought I would give this place a try. After calling multiple times...and not getting an answer....I finally left a message to make an appointment. A couple of days go by and I dont hear anything so I call again and leave another message. Again, I still do not hear anything from them. So, I stopped in to make an appointment. They told me to come in the following day at five. The following day I go for my appointment. The receptionist asked me if she could help me and I said yes, I had an appointment for 5 oclock. She told me that I was not on the schedule. Not to mention, their attitudes could be a little bit more to be desired. Needless to say, I told her that I will not be coming back!

Tyler did such a great job on my hair. I have been in fancy salons but they always tried to do what they want with my hair and in the end of the day its me who is going home with it. He listen to me and all my requests and my hair turned out just how i wanted it.

Very poor attitudeI frequent the saloon for mine as well my son’s haircut and most time’s we find the same lady. Today when i walked in it was 6:27 pm. And seeing me close to the entrance she hurriedly stopped attending her customer just to lock the doors and once i tried opening she didnt even make any effort to come and tell me that they wont take any more. Understanding they close at 7, i could have accepted that she might be overworked and thats why cant take any more. But this sort of attitude in unacceptable. I want the management to give their barbers proper training on how to work with customers. You are a business and not a social welfare club. Act like one

I went in for a haircut and specifically told the stylist to leave enough hair on the top so I could comb it. When she is all done I look and see that my hair is way too short and I cant even comb it. I hate that I have to call her out, but it was the manager who cut my hair. I expect much better.Only reason I am giving 3 stars is that I have gone here many times, and most times they meet my expectations. But now I know which stylists to ask for every time

The staff clearly does not understand basic instructions for a haircut. I brought my daughter in for a haircut, several inches off the length & a long bang, we left with a poor excuse for a long bang. The stylist did not even attempt to blend the mistake she made. The “ long bang “ was actually a few strands cut at the eyebrow level..we went in with all one length. Never will I use one of these establishments again.

Great hair stylists and great for a budget haircut. I dont get a complicated cut and used to go to GreatClips, but after trying Supercuts Im hooked. That warm towel after the haircut makes the difference.

If you want someone who completely didnt listen, uses clippers that need oil and an attitude to match.... see the manager. Not a place I would recommend.

Just got back from not getting a haircut. I stopped in a little after 10 AM. The only stylist I saw was a woman with curly blond hair. There was an elderly woman waiting in the waiting area and a mom was checking in her 2 kids for cuts. This is my one day off so I dont have time to wait. I went to my house to check in on Supercuts website. The only stylist they listed as working was Erin so I chose her. They said to arrive around 11:45, almost and hour later. Fine. I ran some more errands until I got there at 11:35. There was a lady waiting in the waiting area. I sat and waited for the stylist to finish up with her current customer. The stylist then told the waiting lady that she would be with her next. I told the stylist that I had checked in online over an hour ago. She said, Oh, yeah! With Erin, right? I told her I dont know who Erin is but that was the only option when I checked in. She said Erin was at a meeting with the owner. I told the stylist I just want anyone to cut my hair. She said the waiting lady was ahead of me since I had requested Erin. I said I didnt request Erin, I was forced to choose Erin because that was my only option. She said I would have to wait for Erin and she did not know when she would be back. She refused to cut my hair. I said to cancel the check-in. She giggled, smirked and said OK. She didnt care nor have any accountability.Ive cut my own hair in the past, its not like its difficult to cut mens hair. I will be cutting my own hair for now on since I cant find anyone around here who can cut hair decently on a consistent basis, regardless of price. Ive paid $25 plus a $10 tip for a cut that was good. But they rushed through my next cut and messed it up. No one cares about doing a good job.

I went early on a monday and i did not have to wait. Haircut was fast. Stylist was polite and did a good job.

Received a hair cut for the first time here. Stylist seemed to not know what she was doing. Cut lasted about 4 minutes and was extremely unbalance. When asked to fix it she gave a student remark to her co-worker saying, wow, hes really serious about his hair.The next day, needing a fix for the butcher Id received I called and left a message requesting another stylist to fix my hair but never heard back. I called two more times and spoke to a man who offered no solution. Its worth the extra few dollars to go to a better salon.
