Angie Mann is my agent and she has truly helped me out always patient when I have a million questions and she was great about offering various price options any time we updated or changed our coverage. Theyve been an excellent agency for me over the years and have taken great care of yourself e and then my husband too when we added him to my policies. I would highly recommend them.

Look at your auto policy carefully. These guys will add on additional liability coverage without your knowledge or consent. Their disclaimer is a declaration is sent out every year. Consumers responsibility for knowing what the state requirements are, ha! Knowing what is actually required by the state and accepting their quote without research could cost you Thousands! Live and learn, i am mad at myself for not discovering this sooner.

I recently moved to the area and needed a home and auto policy. I worked with Roslyn Cruz and she was great. Very helpful and quickly provided different quotes. Once I decided on a quote she quickly created the policies. Where Roslyn and the team really shined was when I bought a new car and forgot to call them for nearly a week! Silly me! I finally remembered to call on a Friday at 445 thinking theyd be gone, or never be able to create a policy that late on a Friday. I left my info with the receptionist, she gave my info to Roslyn and sure enough, at 515pm on a Friday Roslyn called me stating she was working on the policy. We finalized the policy and I was able to go into the weekend fully insured! Thanks so much Roslyn and the team at Apex Cary Insurance!!

They refused to give a quote! Two reasons - they know their quote would be higher than my current and/or because a few years ago I left them as I found a better cheaper quote.No body should be discouraged to get the best quote.

We use Mike for all our personal and business insurance needs and he has always been there for us. Even the late night emergency calls. His quotes are always competitive and the service is above par. Highly recommend Mike.

Every time you call, answer is leave a msg and somebody will call back. But never a call back is received. Im tired of this agency.
