As a first time apartment dweller, I feel the need to share to others what a wonderful experience I have had since moving in a few months ago.First off, the grounds and buildings are immaculate! I mean every inch.Second, the residents are very nice, chill, and just relatively good people...just a very laid back community.Then theres the amenities- wow! Amazing gym, pool, clubhouse, etc. with lots of parking available. The apartment itself is very cool- new, trendy, washing machine and dryer...very impressed and I love my balcony!And all of this wouldnt be possible without the staff. They rock! Very professional and personable. I have had only positive experiences with them.The location is also great- easy to get in and out of with the light- that makes a huge difference!Highly recommend

I absolutely love living in this community. It has a laid back atmosphere and the staff are awesome, my favorite part are the community events each month. From Chick-Fil-A breakfast to making your own bouquets, they really try to make this place feel like home!!

10 out of 10 for Ten TenThe first thing I look for when touring a property is its cleanliness. From the office/shared tenant spaces to the corners of a living space. I was greeted by a man named Jay who exceeded my professional expectations for an apartment property. It shows that he cares for the property and each tenant. He was full of knowledge and answered every test question I had with ease. Ten Ten is SO clean, has the MOST friendly staff and beautiful property. I cant wait to move!!

This has easily been the most enjoyable, hassle-free moving process Ive ever had - in such a beautiful area with great sunsets. Karla made the process seamlessly convenient as well as accommodating to any questions/answers. Some construction is still going on which is typical, however - from this picture I took from my porch, it is going to be one of the most beautiful properties in the area when finished! As a 2 month resident of the Meridian at Ten Ten I want to highlight what I have enjoyed about the apartment complex. My apartment is amazing and I have had two requests for maintenance (minor) that were fixed within a few hours. What works best for me is how quickly I can get to highway 1 in the mornings for work. Also the complex staff/management are very receptive to questions and they have routine events multiple times a month. Excellent place and location!

I usually don’t give five stars, but this property and it’s staff really deserve it. Well mannered, very professional, and down to Earth people. There’s nothing negative that no one can say about how Jacob, Nancy, and Devon take care of their residents. I love it, this staff is the BEST property staff on this side of the planet!

We just had a virtual tour with Jay and it was amazing! He had a sense of humor and answered all of our questions to a t. The staff seems as they’d be very helpful and there for us no matter what we need. We we’re very impressed with our tour even though it was virtual! I look forward to seeing personally what this community holds, we can’t wait to move in!

Jacob Plummer took the time to walk me around and answer soooo may question I had. He was very courteous, professional and polite, not to mention very knowledgeable of the complex and the surrounding area. We didn’t pick this complex, but ONLY because there was no children’s park, which is probably not a big deal to most, it’s just one of the little things on my list of criteria. This place is absolutely stunning, from the grounds to the clubhouse to the homes themselves. I know this will be our loss in the long run. It has now been about 6 months since i moved into my apartment here at Meridian Ten-Ten and I absolutely LOVE IT! The facilities and common areas are always well kept. The staff is more than accommodating and the other tenants are very friendly! The location just cannot be beat! It has overall been a VERY PLEASANT experience and I couldnt imagine living anywhere else!

All I can say, this is best home we’ve ever lived in. We we’re looking for a short term stay (1-2 yr) and choices we’re limited, we feel extremely blessed & happy to find Meridian @ 1010. Fantastic Floor plans, convenient Hwy access, amenities, service & staff are amazing. Super fast & friendly maintenance services, our experience with leasing staff Nancy & Jay was extremely delightful, coordinated and helped us with great patience, dignity & respect.

I moved in during the craziness of covid. Karla, who works in the leasing office was super helpful. I wanted a last minute tour on a Saturday and she accommodated me. She also answered all my questions. After the viewing, I was ready! She communicated with me via email and was so attentive. The apartment is BRAND NEW. My building just opened, so I was excited about that. The maintenance men are nice and get things addressed ASAP. The neighbors stay to themselves for the most part but everyone that I’ve met has been very kind. Overall, I’d say it was a great choice moving here!

Leasing agent/Jay toured me 3 separate times, haha, and he was consistently very friendly, professional and helpful. The apartments are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The one and only reason I didnt lease is b/c my preferred floor plan is sold out for my time frame. These went quick and I can see why. I would absolutely recommend touring & leasing here!!

I have absolutely loved my stay at Meridian at Ten Ten! One of the things that makes it stand out is the event coordinators and the unique events that they plan. Especially during COVID, it is nice to be able to go pick up veggies from the farmers market event or enjoy a pizza delivered to my door on pizza night. Would definitely recommend Meridian!

I recommend this place for anyone. The apartments are AmaZing, conveniently located close to everything and the senior leasing consultant helped make the moving process easy and less stressful being very receptive to my questions and concerns. Best place to stay in Apex!!

Meridian at Ten Ten is by far the best apartment location that I have ever lived in from the amenities to the monthly get togethers. The floor plans are very modern and very well put together. I would greatly recommend this location to anyone.

The apartments are amazing as well as the amenities. The assistant manager Nancy Hicks is very helpful and always answers questions or request in a timely manner.

I have never been happier since moving into Meridian at Ten Ten, nor have I felt more at home in any other rental property and I’ve been a renter since college. The property is new, has great high-end finishes and offers amazing amenities. It is also run by an outstanding staff who have been so helpful along the way to answer any questions I have and always communicated very well from application through to move in. Jacob, especially, was fantastic but I also want to shout out to Devon and Karla also! Thank you all so much for welcoming me home!

Meridian @ Ten Ten has been a breath of fresh air. I transferred from another Bell Property that was previously run by a developer and it was not such a great experience. However, since Bell Property purchased the property you could see the genuine concern from the new staff. So I was super excited to know I could transfer to another Bell Property. The property is brand new, beautiful, modern, quiet, located in a centralized area in Apex and the staff is super sweet and flexible. My Carriage Home is not yet ready to move in so the Management was flexible by providing me other options until my home is ready so that I was not inconvenienced. That really meant a lot to me so although I am still waiting on my place to be ready I am almost at the finish line and it has been a very easy process so I have no complaints.The entire staff is awesome! Thank you to Devon for being super understanding and flexible. Thank you Karla for being super sweet and caring. Last but not least my boo Jay he is hilarious, sweet, honest, straightforward, gorgeous and down to earth. The entire team works well together and makes you feel right at home. Thank you all! Do I recommend Meridian @ Ten Ten? Absolutely!

This is great place to work! The residents are friendly and the office staff is hard working and professional!

My family has enjoyed living here for the past month. Our daughter loves crawling around the apartment and playing, we love having everything brand new, and the best part is the staff and neighbors here. Everyone has been so friendly and kind to us and we feel so safe, especially with a courtesy officer on site to handle any issues that may arise. We can hardly wait for spring and summer to enjoy grilling and cooling off in the pool. The gym, which is accessible 24/7, has a little play area to the side designed for little ones to enjoy while you work out. Ive never seen that before but it really shows the attention to detail and care that was put into every aspect of this community. Were looking forward to calling Meridian at Ten Ten home for the foreseeable future!

Came to tour the apartment complex and the was immediately greeted by the staff very prompt and asked questions to find out what I needed. Especially, Nancy who was super helpful in providing great information and steps for the application process!

Meridian at Ten Ten has exceeded any and all expectations I may have had prior to becoming one of its residents. The property is brand new and is conveniently located to everything in the surrounding area (wake county). The apartment homes here (focused on maximizing space while paying close attention to detail, in such fine quality products/finishings) feel more like living in a home/resort VS a typical apartment home. Meridian at Ten Ten is an impressive property focused on its residents and guests. The property management/front office staff are genuinely caring individuals with their focus on customer service and taking care of anyone who walks through their doors. If youre looking for the next best thing NC has to offer in Apartment Living please look no further! Meridian at Ten Ten is the place to be and a community I’m proud to call my home.

Beautiful apartment and very helpful community and staff. Very comfortable space and quiet environment.Since this area is completely new, some GPSs may have trouble understanding the location though (and any online service).
