I really like this dentist. They are friendly and professional. My son likes the fact they dont lecture you or try to get you to get work done that youre not interested in doing. They ask you what you want done and they get it taken care of quickly. Excellent for anyone who is scared to go to the dentist like my son. Hes had bad experiences with other dentists. Dr. Nash and his staff make the experience pleasant and stress free.

Excellent service, there was no bait and switch with their pricing. Friendly staff, and the doctor was very professional and pleasant! I had a crown come off and the majority of the dentist that I called wanted at least $130 or more to glue my crown back on, plus x-rays . I was in and out in about 45 minutes for only $80, thank you for your excellent service and for helping out cash paying patients!

Love going here....have dentures but I go in every 6 months to have my posts clean and for a month exam.

They were able to squeeze me in without the standard 800 day wait for an appointment. The staff was kind and courteous, I will be returning.

Called afternoon before needing an emergency visit for a possible tooth issue. They gave me a 9 am appointment the next morning and did a full exam including X-rays and fortunately found no issues with my teeth. Charged me next to nothing as a private pay customer and I was out in 30 minutes. Dr Ford and the X-ray tech were great and I would love Sunwest Dental as my regular dental clinic!!

Everyone was professional and friendly. I got in right in time and they did a great job! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. The dentist has a kind and caring demeanor and is gentle. You won’t be sorry if you go there!

I had a poor experience here almost 10 years ago. My fillings are completely over filled and lopsided and have ruined my bite ever since. Needless to say, I was hesitant about returning! I was so pleasantly surprised by Dr. Ford and impressed by the young ladies in the office. I never want to see another dentist! Theyve taken care of everything I needed, which was extensive, and Ive never felt judged. Even though I definitely couldve been based on the condition of several teeth. They really are phenomenal here!

That was the best doctor/dental apt. I have since 2014(2014 I switched insurance )I went in a new patient. Filled out the first time packet of paper. They didnt ask for all my information more times than they need it. The paperwork was high lighted only the parts u needed to fill out, (not filling out parts u didnt need therefore not wasting my time) . The paperwork was limited to only what the needed. They took me at the time I was scheduled, not making sit there and wait, so they didnt over book and calculated their time with each patient correctly. It was also a convenient location for me. If I needed anything there was a convenient store right next door. I was back home right on time with my schedule for the day. Staff was polite and professional.

Dr Ford is the best dentist I have ever had.

First visit for deep cleaning went great and was painless. Second appointment for the rest of the deep cleaning they had a temp working in the office who absolutely butchered my wifes gums. After a couple weeks of pain and talking to the office they did call in a prescription that we got filled and helped her a lot but after that experience she will not be going back.

I went in for cleaning an xrays. My Dental Hygienist was wonderful. Very caring and gentle. I only saw Dr Ford briefly but he seemed very nice.

I love this place, especially the dentist. They go the extra mile to give custom care.

Found this place online and so thankful that I did. My last experience with a dentist did not go as well as it should have and I was not happy with the outcome. As a result I had been avoiding going for a long time. Well I couldn’t avoid it any longer and found this place. After reading all the reviews I went and everything I read was true. The staff are genuinely friendly and nice and I felt very at ease. I ended up with better news than I expected and they didn’t try to get me to see anyone that I didn’t need to see right then. Very professional AND courteous. I left very happy and made sure I scheduled my next six month cleaning before I left. 🙂

Sunwest dental location is in an undesirable strip mall. I normally would not believe the area would feel safe outdoors, and desirable indoors to provide great, or even good dental just by location alone. However, as I entered the staff was very kind, and helpful. Once I was in my dental chair for my visit, the staff only continued to be professional. I met with the Dr. Ford and discussed the procedure. Dr Ford has great bedside manner and was absolutely the kindness and most gentle dentist, especially with the procedure I was having to do. I would happily refer any family and friends I know to see him...Thank you Dr Ford and your staff for taking great care of me during a stressful and worry procedure for myself.

Outside of being easy to book this wouldn’t be my first choice I had my top row of teeth removed and feel disfigured and 2 plus mths later still can’t eat anything without my mouth hurting or being in pain not to mention my concerns about my sinuses being effected by the extractions was neve rn addressed thnk god we all have to wear mark so I can hide that the right sid er of my face is deformed and disfigured it’s very depressing that I allowed myself be butchered like this

This was our first visit to this office and from the time we walked in the door, the staff was so nice. They allowed me to go back and be in the exam room with my husband for his exam. We saw Dr. Adam Ford and he is the best. He has such a gentle voice and is very personable and explained everything about what needed to be done. He explained that my husband had an infection and even prescribed him meds for it right then. My husband said he made his experience way less stressful than any dentist he has ever been to. This is our new dentist.

They were pretty fast. I didn’t like the X-ray machines, my mouth is too small. Ended up on a different types of machine. Couldn’t fix the problem, still in pain. Gave me a referral for a surgeon in Gilbert that can’t see me until October 8th. That’s not for the surgery, that’s another day. I’m in pain

I went in earlier today for my first root canal. I have heard so many terrible things about root canals that I just honestly was so terrified.
