We would definitely recommend this company. Scott and his team were very professional and helpful. We rented items for our annual block party and couldn’t of been happier with the product and service. The kids had soooo much fun! We will definitely be using them again for any parties and our annual block party.

This company has great service, nice and clean bounce houses. They accommodated my last minute reservation. The unit arrived early and the driver was friendly and got it all set up quickly. This combo unit was a HUGE hit and made for a successful party!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had another company no call no show for my sons 5th birthday. We had canceled his party, but still wanted him to celebrate with a water slide. It was all he had left, so when the other company did that it was very upsetting. We called a perfect party rental and THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE AND SET UP WITHIN AN HOUR. They saved my sons birthday! They saved my sons 6th birthday party. My son is autistic and was looking forward to his water slide party. The other company canceled last minute on a Sunday. Scott answered right away and was able to deliver in time for the party. Hank arrived with cheers from the crowd. He was professional and efficient. They didnt charge extra for last minute arrangements. We have found our new rental company. Everybody left with their number and we will refer. Thank you so much for giving my son his special dau.

We rented a water slide for my sons birthday, they arrived early in the morning and didn’t pick up until the next day which was amazing the guys that delivered was nice and quick and the gentleman I talked to on the phone was very professional. Highly recommend we had so much fun. Thank you

The owner was pretty cool. I rented a few tables and chairs from here and was able to have the tables for the weekend. I only needed them for Sat afternoon. But because they are closed on Sun, they said to just bring them back Monday morning. It was nice to not have to rush to get them back. I have no complaints and am happy to see that there is a party rental place in East Mesa.

Really nice people ! Really reliable and on time ! Best jumpers they are in amazing shape ! Super fun ! The kids loved the dolphin waterslide!!! Great prices! The owner made it work to deliver all the way out to casa grade and that was amazing!

We were planning a wedding and needed a vendor 2 days prior to the event and A Perfect Party Rental saved our day. Highly recommend their services. They are on time, quick to respond, and had the best price!

This company threatened me with a cancellation policy for a service I never used and has my bank information. They hiked prices up everychance they had, and then upset, extremely rude and unprofessional when we canceled. Id worry about youre personal information with contact.

We rented 30 chairs for a party and when we set them up they were filthy. We ended up buying other chairs and using them because we didnt want our guests to have to sit on the one we rented. When we returned them and mentioned it to the staff the response was. oh yeah our chairs get dirtied up so unless you are ok with dirtied up equipment rental I would pick another place.Since the time I posted this review I was contacted by Kim who is an owner in this company. She at that time reported that what happened was not the way she does business. She did return my rental fee and asked if I would delete this post, I told her I would not delete it but was willing to update it. I let her know that I ended up buying other chairs which cost me 400 dollars and now I have chairs I wont really use. While I do appreciate her reaching out to me regarding this issue I do feel she wouldnt have had I not written this review in the first place.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give negative stars, I would. Our first experience wasnt horrible but it was bad. 2 of the 4 tables they delivered were broken and I had to fix them so they were usable. My wife made a 2nd order months later and we told them about the broken tables again and requested they check their equipment. They assured us we would not receive broken equipment. They are unbelievably low cost but I suppose you get what you pay for. So this 2nd order was tables and chairs for our annual Halloween party we are hosting for 75+ people. It was confirmed upon ordering and wife was told that they would be in touch on delivery time. My wife called the day before our party to get delivery time and they said we were just getting ready to call and tell you. They said they did not see her on the delivery list and would call her right back. After several hours and my wife trying to call several times we still knew nothing as they would not pick up the phone, probably because they recognized her phone number. So my wife called with our daughters phone and they picked up right away. When my wife stated who she was, suddenly Perfect Party said their phone was breaking up and they hung up on her. After a while, I called from my phone and left a VM with only my first name saying I was looking to rent something else and they instantly called me back (but unfortunately I missed the call and my VM states my first and last name so they knew I was related to her). I immediately called back over and over again but they would not answer. Needless to say, what a horrible experience. They should be absolutely embarrassed with themselves and how they conduct business. I have never dealt with a company that didnt even have the guts to take a phone call. We are not unreasonable people. Things happen and we understand that but we do not understand the way it was handled. Why couldnt they say they made a mistake and screwed up? Or simply say we wont be able to provide the tables and chairs? That, at least, would have been respectable. Very much in shock on this experience. Between my wife and I, we called them several times and left several messages and nothing. I typically dont post but this experience was so bad that I was compelled to share. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My sons wedding was planned out perfectly,we thought. After the beautiful ceremony and during the photos of the bride and groom we served horsdoeuvers and had open bar. all this was a outdoor event on 21st of December 2014 . got the picture. What was overlooked was the temperature after sunset out side. This is where PERFECT PARTY RENTAL came into our picture the venue was at Las Sendas Trail-head members club Beautiful setting as I was walking around talking to our guest I notice they were cold, being a good father of the groom asked the directors if they were supplying heaters?No they said, Oh boy,I said but they said they had a wedding the night before and heaters were brought in so they called the host of that party to find out were they rented them from. Bingo they said Perfect Party Rental.We called them. Remember 21st was a Sunday night 5 PM. they had them there by 5:45 just as dinner was being served. They saved the evening Thank you and a special thank to the driver that came and set them up so perfect it like it was planned out . Thanks Joseph Szabo
