Great service, clean machines that are fast and efficient. We came in late but Cindy was awesome with her customer service helping us through the process as we had never been here before. Recommended to anyone needing affordable quick laundry done.

6/24/2021- Response to owner: The washer was half full, not tightly packed, and I used less than 1/4 cup of HE soap based on low soil level. The clothes were not only still dirty, they still had soap in them. I had to re-wash at a different laundromat. Thousands of happy customers?? You have 273 reviews for this location and more than a few have had the same issue. Im not new to washing clothes, laundromats, or low water use washers. Ill take my business back to my old laundromat, its worth the extra drive. You can keep your extra low water washers that dont clean properly. I wont be back.6/23/2021- If you like spending money to do your laundry, only for your clothes to come out dirty, this is the place for you. Their $3 washers dont load enough water to properly clean the clothes.The owner will respond with some song and dance about low water use washers and HE, blah, blah, blah. Most of us are aware of that. Your washers dont load enough water even for HE, low water use washers and the clothes are absolutely NOT cleaner.

Wow! I absolutely LOVE this little laundromat. The staff is helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and although, like ANY laundromat it is slightly stuffy, but I am NOT complaining! I may let laundry pile up just to come hang out with the friendly people here! (*Side Note* Yes, I understand why and it is EXTREMELY hard to keep a laundromat not stuffy- definitely did not mind, it is afterall, a laundromat. Absolutely the best staff, the gentleman and the lady working on Sunday did a great job tending to each customers needs, always remaining polite and helpful.) This is definitely my GO TO for laundry. I will be back. Thank you for making something that most people dread, into a pleasurable experience with a clean building and polite staff. You can tell when people care and it makes a difference.

This place isn’t terrible but I’m not impressed with the customer service. First time coming here, I thought I had enough quarters for the machine, but I fell short by like 50 cents. I didn’t have any other cash and there was no button to return the change, so I downloaded the app to pay. It cleared out my $7.50 in coins completely and started over with my purchase. When I let the staff know, she told me the machines don’t do half payments, and there’s no way for me to get my money back. There are signs all over the place explaining how to make a payment, among other things, but there are no signs stating anything about being unable to get your money back if you fall short on change/bills and have to use the app. They’re obviously in no rush to prevent this from happening. (They do have a machine to get change if you have dollar bills) Maybe there was a way to get the change back before I tried paying on the app, but the staff member I spoke with didn’t seem very concerned. I know it’s only like $7, but a lot of people come to the laundromat specifically because they’re broke, and that’s a pretty relevant detail if an establishment is interested in customer satisfaction.

My husband and I had a great experience at this laundry mat! We don’t need to use a laundry mat very often, but we will not hesitate to use this one again. Very clean and very helpful employees that helped to make our experience nice. Thank you!

Cant say enough about this place! I am very very picky about a clean laundry mat, the machines and all. This was a first time here, and we were SO pleased with the cleanliness of the entire place! Great place, very clean, lots of machines. There is only one really big washer for large items and it was in high demand. The attendant, Leslie, was so helpful and kind. The machines are cleaned after each customer and the attendants were always wiping, sweeping or helping customers.

It is always very clean. Always available size washer per needed use & the attendents working there are always very helpful, polite, & very nice to talk to.

As far as laundry mats go this place has the majority beat. Its clean, cheap, quiet, and with very friendly staff I would suggest this place ro anyone. Keep up the good work!

As you can see by the picture and two out of the three washers I was using I had items that stuck in the door and sat there the whole time. I was charged $3 for each one of these cycles. And now I have items that never got cleaned...? For $3. Last time I had to do laundry was about a year-and-a-half ago. I was in Fort Worth Texas and it was a dollar twenty-five a load. The washers may not have been quite as new but they were good washers. I never had steps in the front door and never get washed. I will never go back. I feel cheated!

As I have stated I hate doing laundry!😫 However today I happened upon the cleanest best little laundromat I have accosted in my travels! Leslie is the most personable conscientious helpful manager I have ever met! She and a couple of others clean by hand each washer what economics. In Flagstaff larger but each evening the manager must drag a hose and cycle the washers a discussing waste of water and time perhaps the owners might change that policy. Westar is 10Star❤

Very very clean and employee’s are awesome

With new machines and a detergents and not being real laundry literate..the first time I went my results where not so good. The second time I went I asked the attendant for some advice..followed it..even asked her to dbl check my loads...one was way over loaded and another was under...a little swapping and using right soap and stain fighters..my clothes came back like new. My favorite part tho..is the Christian quotes and references on the board. I always make it a point to read them and even meditate on them some while waiting for my machines. To few are willing to show their faith now a days..Its nice to some are not.

Went around 9am. Only 2 other people were there. Clean and plenty of machines! Use to go there a lot when kids were little. Its my go to laundry.

Everything is immaculate, clean and works well but $3 a wash is double what Im used to. The dryers are 25 cents for 7 minutes and you can get two loads of washing in one so thats a bargain.

This is the absolute best laundry facility that Ive ever used! The gentleman that was working there tonight (David) was very polite and helpful. The customer service that we received from him was top notch!

Very clean and safe. Whenever we are here, we note that the place is spotless and all of the machines work. There is a full time attendant too. Change is no problem, and vending machines are available for incidentals. The place has TV and free WiFi.

Prices are fair. Pay attention to the indoor signage about change dispensation. They actually have a lot of information around the walls which I appreciated. I will be returning to this business in the future.

Cleanest laundromat I’ve ever seen! David (employee) was busy helping customers, sweeping, tuning up machines and constantly wiping everything down, even the insides of the washers! Very conscientious worker. (2.75 for a decent sized front load washer& 25 cents for 7 minutes on the dryer) Vending machines for laundry supplies & one with drinks & snacks...change machines, a Primo filtered water machine out front...even an ATM inside.I rarely do reviews but this deserved a mention!

The place is spotless the workers are awsome. The machines are a little over price. And you dont get very much water in the washer. I put 3 pants 10 shirts 2 towels. And I never did see any water in the washer. The cloths didnt even get clean. Please please please add more water to the mach

First time to this laundromat and I was very impressed. It was clean and well maintained.I needed to wash a huge teddy bear and was able to fit it in the oversized washer and dryer. The manager let me borrow tennis balls while I dried the bear to keep it fluffy and dry better.The largest washer was $6.50 a load and the small one was $2.75. I thought it was reasonable from what Ive paid at other places.I will absolutely utilize this laundromat again when needed.

I recently moved into an apartment that doesnt have a washer and dryer save for a few community washers near the lobby. I went here after a recommendation from my family member. I was able to do a big load of clothes as well as a super load of bedding/sheets/blankets for around $12. The machines are actually really nice (quite literally looking shiny and new) and the dryers were very easy to use and I just put in quarters into them as needed for my super load. I didnt get the female attendants name, she had blonde hair with colored streaks, she was really helpful and nice and even gave me the wifi password and came over to help me use the 60lb washer to make sure I was using it alright. Upon reading the comments and thinking about my experience, the owners seem very knowledgeable about laundry. I feel like I even learned more about washing what with all their informational signs posted all over the walls. I think this is a neat place. You can load up all of your laundry and have it done in AN HOUR. Its a convenient option for folks who dont have laundry facilities where they live or cant wait 5 hours to wash all of their clothes. Attendant was very thorough with sanitizing every surface after use and masks were required. Kind of an interesting place on the edge of civilization with all the christian propaganda and posters but I will definitely use their services again. Thanks guys (:

Been to a lot of mats and this is by far well kept and easy to use. Large row of seating which most places dont have. David (employee) is very helpful, friendly and was constantly wiping the machines down. Hands down, best one Ive visited.

It one of the most cleanest laundry aroundAnd the prices are reasonable and the snack& pop machine prices are very reasonable tooOnly 60 cents for a can of pop1 load of clothes costs $3.50 - $4.00Wash and DryThats not badAir conditioning is a plus.

Ive been doing to this laundromat for 14 years its nice and clean and the workers are very friendly 😊. Ive gone to another place and never went back, I wouldnt want to spend 2 hours of my time at any other laundromat than here at westar laundry.

Place is clean and really nice, but the washers dont clean very well. Not enough water was even used to get crusty mashed potatoes off my babies clothes. Thats pretty bad to leave food crusts on stuff.

I was recently staying at a local hospital and needed some laundry done as the stay was longer than anticipated. I went on Sunday I believe a gentleman by the name of David was working, very hard working wipes the washers down after EVERY use, was there explaining to people how to use the machines. great service very clean

This laundromat is super clean! Theres an attendant there at all times. There is a drop-off laundry service as well thats reasonably priced. The self-service washers/dryers are a good price too and all of the equipment is fairly new. Multiple sized washers and dryers. Machines take quarters and dollar coins and there are change machines.

Always clean and staff is always kind and quick to clean the washers and dryers before the next person uses it I would recommend thia flace to any e who needs to do laundry

I appreciate every second that Im here theyre so friendly and helpful with every problem that I encountered with a machine. I have never had a problem except when Im doing my laundry and people let their children roam around and cause trouble, yes I understand thats not an issue with the attendants but with the parents on properly raising their children. Thank you for an awesome place to do laundry and since I moved here in March from Florida I havent even thought about finding another laundry mat even though this laundry mat isnt the closest to my home.
