Decent gym with very kind staff that are generally all very knowledgeable and helpful. Weve been going here for a few years now and never really had any issues, just be sure to fully understand your contract before signing into the agreement as there are a few stipulations that you will want to be 100% comfortable with if you choose the commitment options. Otherwise it is absolutely a good gym with great people.

Nice planet fitness on the east side of Phoenix. Smaller parking lot, you might have to walk a ways from your parking space. Easy to access from the street. Friendly staff and helpful as well. Nice medium sized planet fitness and really nice locker room. Cloth shower curtains, Three sinks, three or four showers. Plenty of seating in the locker room. Clean organized gym

Clean, lots of open/unused equipment to choose from, quiet, and the black club zone is outstanding.

Very clean but if you are here for the 30 circuit forget it. People jump on and dont pay attention to the lights and play on their phones. Management doesnt watch 😒 whats going on.

Yes I would love to share my experience today! Im here in visiting with my Girlfriend as she had surgery! So I came here to workout and wanted to tan after? I was told that the other planet fitness did not upgrade me to black card? So I was looking for a big deal but I got David C and not only did he handle my concerns but in a professional way and kindness way as I was already having a bad day!! This is an excellent model PF for the rest to follow. Ive been to over a 100 PFs this is one of the best Ive been to. Still dont like the PF no judgement zone because all their signs are very judgmental arent they???

Staff is always smiling, very willing to help. Knowledgeable, and if they do not know the answer, they tell you and then try to find the answer WITH you. They dont just say, I dont know and leave you on your own, they also dont fake that they know and answer. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED, nice change from many other consumer based companies!!

I went in to sign up for the program. The young lady behind the desk was a very pleasant and very accommodating. she was new and had to ask someone else for guidance along the way but thats understandable. The one thing she probably needs to learn more is how to talk up the program because I had to ask her questions regarding the amenities of the gym. I was never asked if I would like a tour or anything it was just go right to sign up. It would have been nice if I had been taken around and showing the equipment and where the facilities are for the other amenities because I left there really not knowing anything more about planet fitness than when I first got there.

My boyfriend has the black membership where you can take a guest, so he brings me along with him. Ive been there twice so far, and I know that as a guest there is a sign in sheet or some sort of guest sign in. The employees at the front desk are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I had asked if there was anything I needed to sign as a guest of the main member, and one of the employees told me that he, didnt have time to deal with me. I work in retail, and never would I ever talk to one of my customers that way. I didnt feel welcomed at all, and was completely disappointed with how they treat people. Im not the type to make a scene or leave bad reviews, but this was disappointing and unprofessional.

Planet Fitness offers the exercise equipment that is always clean along with: tanning, infrared, and massage equipment and even a movie room with exercise equipment in it, and a free weight station. Mind you, the space between each exercise machine is generous and comfortable. They also offer personal training for free! The staff have good, courteous, supportive, friendly, and welcoming attitudes which I appreciate. There is also a shop/store which stands within the entrance and front desk where I go to sign in. Once signed in, Im able to freely enjoy services (like the massage beds or massage chairs) with no limit on time usage because, I can request more time. That is the key 🔑 in where their nonjudgemental attitudes really showed for me. I am extremely grateful for this gym being available near me and, many locations are available near me. But, what I desire Planet Fitness to have is: a working sauna and, a swimming pool and, a hot tub🔥and, working showers available for me. Thank you so much to Planet Fitness! Stay awesome!

I recently joined and feel very comfortable going to Planet Fitness to work out. The staff is friendly, the machines are well kept and the gym is nice and clean.

Great equipment, excellent prices. Not crazy about the lucite walls between treadmills but I get why they are there. Staff is so nice!

Its convenient, the machines are available when needed, maybe a short wait, but there are other machines that I can utilize while waiting...the PF Team are helpful and they seem to be attentative to the surroundings, keepint the stations filled with sanitizer and paper towels to wipe the equipment down after being used. I love watching HGTV, and happy to say its on at both ends of the gym, so I can always finish the episode, no matter what equipment I used. Mind you there are some blind spots, but I need the getaway from too much TV! Thank you PF for being there for me and my family. Trying to keep fit and healthy...

I recently joined this Planet Fitness gym because it was very clean and I need to shed my pandemic pounds. The machines are well maintained, the front desk staff is friendly and I feel safe working out there.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and keep everything so clean! Lots of cardio equipment and machines that are out of order are always repaired quickly. Not a lot of free weights but its sufficient for me. Highly recommend!

The Apache Junction location is always clean and not crowded when I go there for my workouts at 11 am. Staff is attentive for the most part and the trainers are very friendly and willing to give tips on workouts.

A manager said theyd issue a refund and they never did. I even called and followed up about the refund and they said itd be issued Monday. It never came. I called them again today to see where it is. I got told notes were vague. They said they called and left a voicemail to not issue refund but there was no call or voicemail left by them denying the refund. In the past I had notes left for them to call me back but they never did. They said they would have a manager call me back but not sure when. They also did not have the information to their corporate office. I actually went back to them after one bad experience before but this will be the last time. When I asked questions I got a bunch of ums and Im trying to helps but just ended up going around in circles. It seems like you get different answers from different people here and management doesnt know what they are doing. Very poor and deceptive to promise something and say something shouldnt have been charged and not deliver. After I looked further that day they said they called and left voicemail is actually the same day I spoke to a manager and got promised a refund by the manager for not just one month but two months. So they never left a voicemail denying me a refund. That was the day they promised the refund.

Wish free weights were heavier they max at 60 lbs im trying to build some strength here no steam no sauna but on the plus side taning total body enhancement massage machines a few hotties strollin around and much cheaper and closer than la fitness

I really like Planet fitness! This one is always clean, and the associates are very friendly. Exercise is important for ALL ages and sizes. If you want to make a difference in your health and overall quality of life, it can certainly be accomplished here for a very small fee. Be sure to check with your health insurance company, many offer you a membership for free. There are plenty of classes and extra bonuses. And an instructor is available if you ever have any questions. Absolutely a 5 star! (Even without the seat covers)

By far, this is my favorite gym. This location always such a great atmosphere. You dont feel pressured to rush from one machine to the next, since its usually only moderately busy.I train here 3-5 days a week and this is the perfect spot when Im needing to focus, such a quiet gym, the televisions are a plus when youre on a treadmill / bike. Great place. Just joined but i already feel encouraged and safe. Employees are awesome, friendly and available. Classes are great and coach/trainer is knowledgeable and patient. He encourages and allows you to be comfortable. He makes it so that you want to push yourself. Equipment is in great condition and lots to work out from.

I love everything about the planet fitness message. The tootsie rolls on the front counter, the lack of a scale to weigh yourself on, the walls that are solid rather than mirrors to admire/despise (depending on the person) yourself in... all tell me that nobody expects me to be perfect. They have a “meet me where I am” philosophy. I discovered this year that the Planet fitness in my area has a teen program where teens from 15 to 18 can have a free membership during the summer months. When I went in to sign my son up, I asked how much a membership for myself was. I expected it to be out of my price range but was thrilled to find out it was quite affordable! Now my son and I have something healthy we can do together!Did I mention they have hydro massage beds? Knowing I can lay in one of those after a good workout is one of the things that keeps me motivated to work out. They are WONDERFUL! I also find myself using the guest pass to bring my daughter and there are others who have expressed interest as well. The staff at my local Planet Fitness is friendly, helpful, and greets everyone who walks in with a hello and a smile.I am loving my Planet Fitness Experience!

Apache Junction Planet Fitness has excellent and new equipment; friendly and knowledgeable staff, and is clean! Both the staff AND clientele take great pride in keeping this magnificent gym clutter free and sparkling! I see clientele wiping machines before and after for better and germ-reduced workouts. I am extremely satisfied and grateful that I am able to call Planet Fitness Apache Junction my go to workout haven!!

I love this gym. I go there about 3 to 4 days a week. I really feel like I dont have to be ashamed there. I would also definitely recommend you take classes such as the strength 360 or the Refresh class. It is all awesome.

Very friendly staff. Always willing to answer my questions. They are always cleaning and refilling the sanitizing solutions to make sure we can keeps the machines wiped down. There is plenty of parking no matter what time I’d say I go. All in all it’s a great place to work out.

It has gotten better that it was before. I used to come to this location every morning before 6 am. Then the mornings got too crowded so I decided to come after work around 5 pm. Even more crowded than the mornings. The evenings are chaotic as well as the weights are rarely put back and people on their phones more than use the equipment. Not sure if there is new management now but I recently started to go back and everything is is much better shape/order. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

They single people and harass them. And when you vocalize your concerns you are shamed again for even questioning their tactics. Do not waste your time or money here. Even La Fitness is a better choice than Planet judgment

Gym staff is nice and they do listen to your concerns. Main issues is that is getting too crowded during rush hr and some machines are showing their age. Overall a decent gym.

My wife and I are enjoying it. The 30 minute Express really works for us. At 70, it gives us a decent workout and seems to be accomplishing our goals of losing weight and toning up the entire body.

I love everything about my Planet Fitness! The staff are all knowledgable and friendly. Our trainer, Robert, is the most supportive trainer Ive ever known, and our members are always friendly as well. The gym floor and bathrooms are always clean and well maintained, and whenever a piece of equipment is malfunctioning, its not for long. Repairs happen quickly and efficiently with little to no interference to members. I couldnt be happelier with my decision to join!

Planet fitnes in apache trail apache junction is one of the best fitness place to work out since they practice the best social distances use the mask they are extremely clean and constantly cleaning the macjines and the floors they dont have gatherings because people there go extrictly to work out not to have conversations . we need this gym to be open because we need to improve our health working out and i am 80 years old and working at the gym is helping me tru out the years to be heslthy completely. Thank you for this gym and god bless this gym
