Awesome experience! My laptop needed the screen replaced because it was cracked. My laptop was also not running right. I dropped my computer off and had it back by the end of the next day. The 6+ year old laptop stayed dark. A few days before one of us had shut it down during updating. Now, nothing and the battery light was red.Thinking it needed a new battery it was ordered (Amazon) and installed, plugged in and charged till light was green.Hit start: Nothing!Asked around RV resort here about repair referrals, called one-no longer doing repairs, only warranty work.Called DataMovers the closest one here in Apache Junction.He said come on over and we can take a look.In a residential setting just East off Tomahawk. Brought it in and he cleared a space and plugged it in.Tried a number of things and said: “It appears that it has died. Charger is working but something inside is not receiving the electric.”Took back cover off, no obvious signs of trauma there.Stated it would take significant labor/time to find and fix whatever is wrong. Really not worth it on an older laptop. Better to replace.Suggestions?Stated to try Costco or Amazon new/renew since they are better at insisting vendors stand behind their products.Avoid Walmart etc since cheaper price typically means cheaper components.He had nothing to sell usAND BOTTOM LINE: “No charge. I didn’t do anything. 10 minutes of conversation and removal of hard drive is not a service call.”Really appreciate this level of professionalism and customer care.Strongly encourage others to give DataMovers a try.(Fortunately we have Carbonite backup service so we can get everything back.)

The waitress was very bad..seem like they were put out cause they had customers.. they both were very rude. Food was good great band. Nice setting.

I have an older laptop and Dave brought it up to speed so I could do COVID tracing as an RN for LaPaz County Health Dept. As an RN at a reasonable cost. Than recently when a hacker got into my computer he repaired that at a reasonable cost and time. He is kind and supportive. Thank U Dave.

Dave has saved my laptop twice in the last year: first time I fell for a scam and thought my p.c. might be seriously infected (in this case I was able to keep the Webroot forced upon me and the bank stopped the charges!) and this last time I busted a hinge while holding my p.c. open with one hand to hit it with duster. Both times he finished in the same day. Last word: Hes my computer savior ~
