We couldn’t afford the original price and they worked with us after assessing our house. They did an extremely thorough job (they were at our house for about 3 hours.) technician Trevor was really professional and congenial. I would recommend them to friends.

Made an appointment online. Pleased with the ease of that. Received a call the following day I believe asking to reschedule for a different day preferably. I called them back shortly and there was no answer left a voicemail explaining I couldn’t change days or times. Didn’t receive a call back for days. I finally called the day prior to my appointment to confirm that they were even still coming. Again no answer left voicemail. The technician called back a little while later and confirmed. I’m happy with the way the carpets turned out. We did the deep clean service. Seemed pricey but I guess worth it. I was emailed my receipt and after reviewing I was charged a $15 fee because I paid with a card. I was extremely frustrated by this. Why was this not mentioned prior to payment or when I had booked the appointment. I would’ve gladly paid via cash to save myself $15! I emailed my complaint in and received no response back. Not satisfied over all.

Scheduled a carpet cleaning with Trevor 3 weeks prior and he never showed up! When we called him, he told us he remembered our call, but had neglected to put our appointment in the schedule. Wasnt apologetic and told us basically, too bad, so sad, I cant come out. Then we were suddenly in a pinch to find someone last minute, on a SUNDAY, for a move out carpet cleaning! Dont call this company if you like everything to run smoothly!
